The later. It's only the 7 that you take for being drained without accounting for adjusting your max. So yes, you are -25 from the reduced 108. Sorry for not clarifying that in the heat of battle.
A quick healing or Medicine check would reveal something unusual about your particular condition, though.

Tao and Marigold work together to patch up Khaul while he "bangs Myrsa." Phrasing! ;)
When he's done, he feels remarkably better. I would imagine so ;) As he assess both their work and his own wounds he realizes that the supernatural tiredness he had felt is completely gone.
The creature entry says: "...a creature that takes this (bleed) damage is drained 1 until it receives healing (of any kind or amount).
With the the pack of akatas and zombies defeated, you finally have a chance to load up the entirety of the skymetal hoard. Given the circumstances, you don’t have time to specifically count the total value of the hoard while also hurriedly transferring all the skymetals into the bag of holding; there’s simply a lot of skymetal. Additionally, as you move the remains of the decapitated zombie from the stairs, you notice a wounding rune hidden amidst its tattered apparel, and the other one stuck on Mindartis’ arrow has one moderate healing potion stowed in its pocket.

Some of you take time to refocus, some to play some music, while the others load up the bag of holding with the skymetal - you know, the thing you were sent here to do. Just as it’s all secured in the bag, and you’ve finished otherwise looting and scouting the area, you notice something ominous happening.
Weblike fractures spread across the noqual cocoons scattered around the temple. Then, with a sickening crack, the cocoons burst open in a shower of delicate shards. An akata - each as large as the two you just recently fought - emerges from each one of the dozens of cocoons, taking a moment to get back on its feet and steady itself as it prepares to rush the closest source of life it can sense!
It takes only a moment for you all to realize that you would face overwhelming numbers should you choose to stay in the temple and confront the awakening akatas. Wise Pathfinders who have completed their assigned mission would likely flee back to the boat, all the while being chased by the awakened and ravenous hoard of akatas!
The remains of the akata pack, shattered noqual cocoons, and some groggy akatas litter the way between the dais and the temple’s exit.
