Welcome everybody, and welcome to PaizoCon online Play-by-Post! To get this going, I need a few things from you:
- I need you to fill out the RPG Chronicles (you can find the link in the campaign header) with your PFS details and your character level
- On the Maps and Handouts (also linked in the campaign header), I need you to upload a token and enter your Initiative and Perception modifiers.
- Once you have done that, feel free to introduce your character in the gameplay thread
- If you haven't already done so, please roll a single d20 in the discussion thread
I like to keep a good pace in my games, and would normally ask for a posting frequency of 1/day + 1/weekend. I use the 'two-vote' for moving to new areas. In combat, I usually give people 24 hours to post an action (which is usually more than enough), and I'd either ask the other players to suggest an action or just allow the player to catch up when I don't hear anything after 24 hours. If there are days that you are not available, or if something unexpected comes up, that's of course no problem - if possible, a notification is appreciated.
Still waiting for one more player to join in, then we can start!

I am fairly sure he isn't in negative credit. Lol I need to change that.
He should have enough to buy this wild speach implemented and a few antitoxin and antiplague serum.

Question for the GM: Kneepuncher has Multi-Weapon Fighting. Can that reduce the multiple attack penalty for an entropic strike, such as by striking with two different body parts?
I've had it ruled both ways. Just need to know what you think for when I start a turn adjacent to an enemy.
| AbadarCorp Entertainment |
I remember you asking this before, and apologies if I didn't give an answer that time. Your question was slightly different then:
Okay, ready to go. A couple of notes for the GM:
Finally, a question of GM interpretation, since I have never seen a clear answer: Kneepuncher has the Possessed Augmentation boon, which reduces the full attack penalty on attacks by that arm by 1. He also has multiweapon Fighting, which reduces the full attack penalty by 1 when attacking with two different operative melee weapons. The question is, could he attack with a fist and elbow from that arm (using entropic strike) and have both reductions apply? I've had both rulings in the past, so whatever you say is fine with me.
Without knowing the details of the boon,it looks like the boon affects a single body part (at least as far as intention is concerned?). So I'd say if you attack with left fist then right fist, you'd get a +2 bonus for one (multi-attack plus augmentation), +1 for the other (just multi-attack). Happy to get challenged on this if you have a different reasoning.

Kneepuncher has many ways to full attack at better than -4. But yes, the augmentation is a single arm, so it would be something like fist and elbow to try to stack the penalty reduction.
(Paizo was being dumb and not letting me see my history more than 50 posts ago, or I probably would have seen the previous question and answer.)

I'm still missing a D20 roll for Chryssi and Kneepuncher. Could both please roll a single d20 in the discussion thread?

Psychic Resilience (SFS #5-99: Battle for the Bulwark)
Psychic Resilience (Slotless Boon): You are a veteran of the battle for Sangoro’s Bulwark. During the battle, you faced waves of
intimidating grioth soldiers and weathered their psychic attacks. You gain a +1 bonus to all saving throws against mind-affecting
spells and effects. Once per scenario, when you attempt a saving throw against a fear effect, you can roll twice and use the

CEREBRAL COUNTERMEASURES
Starfinder Alien Archive 2 p.19
Level: 6
Price: 4200
System: Brain
A cerebral countermeasure is a tiny gland that constantly monitors your brainwaves, watching for unexpected spikes in activity that indicate mental assault. As a reaction before you attempt a saving throw against a mind-affecting effect, you can cause the gland to release proteins that deflect and confuse mental attacks by overloading the chemical receptors that would otherwise respond to the mental attack. This grants you a +2 circumstance bonus to your Will saving throws against mind-affecting effects until the end of your next turn. The disruption this defense causes makes it difficult to concentrate, giving you a –2 penalty to Intelligence-, Wisdom-, and Charisma-based skill checks until the end of your next turn.

20. After we flee 10 rounds, we need to make it back.
Either way, it's the entire combat. The only question is if the mission is an extraction when we return.
Kneepuncher
|
I will be traveling from June 26 to July 3. I expect to have computer access, but feel free to bot Kneepuncher as needed. He will move and hit or hit and hit, depending on how far away the enemy is standing (once he is done being afraid).

How're we looking, so far as nearness to the end of this mission?
I'm juggling PC options for an upcoming 7-10 mission & wondering if Omni might be available.
The last group took about 1-2 weeks to finish from the point where you are now. This one runs a bit long.

Thanks for the update.
I'll likely be pulling Omni from the candidate list for that mission.| AbadarCorp Entertainment |

Wait How big of a zone this spell is to affect everyone?
The ability affects the entire battle map... quite powerful indeed, but this is Zahenni we're talking about.

Ok. That was fun. Those that mean a 60ft wall is on Ok now or that he can still shoot the undead?
| AbadarCorp Entertainment |
The floor between the blue lines has lowered by 60 feet (only the two marked areas). Any blue line between those two areas are also lowered by 60 feet, any blue lines between lowered and normal areas are at normal level (which means there's a steep cliff between the gray parts that Maxamas, Omni, OK and Chryssi are on and the blue squares that border it).
The undead are hovering 60 feet above the lowered floor, at +0 ft level.
Does Omni have a way to prevent falling?

Gm, i knee attacked blue.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean. If you mean your targetting in the last round, I interpreted 'wannabe god' as Zahenni.
O.K. Coral

Kneecapper was too far to attack zahenni and do full attack.
So it should have been the last undead.

I’m hoping to get some time today, sorry for the delay
