Cool, Roy doesn't sleep per say, he just wants a place to put stuff he finds interesting. Do you actually have any crew in the crew quarters? Or is there just a closet he can hide stuff?
Rigel's primary interest is the fact that there's a desk there ... but he could also use the Med Bay for that (given that he's the healer)

Thank you fro the update on Roy's Stats GM ST, earlier I asked
GM SuperTumbler wrote:... or a sort of plasma cutter thing to cut through hulls,I really like the idea of the 'sword' also being able to cut through the hull of a ship. My original idea was that the 'suit' would enable the replicants to be 'shock troops' actually attacking ships. So the blaster 'cannon' can punch through the hull of a ship, or the plasma blade can cut through.
Sadly I'm not sure exactly how to do it :(
Would we decrease the accuracy and increase the damage like we did with the blaster or would we do something else?
Also, what information do you want in our headers to make GM'ing easier?
I didn't know if you had time yet to look at it or not. I know stuff is going on in RL so no hurry.

The equipment cutting torch is damage linked to weaken toughness.
I will build it something like that. Not running the points yet, but something like:
Cutting Torch: Linked Damage 10/Weaken Toughness 10, penetrating, precise.
So it does damage and also weakens the armor (lowering the resisting toughness). Basically doing a lightsaber through a blast door or hull.
Makes me wonder if we should give him Wall crawling so he can stick to ship hulls. That costs 1 or 2 points depending on whether it leaves you vulnerable or not.

Once back on the ship, Tess goes back to disembodied voice mode.
"Of course I can, also there are holo projectors throughout the ship. You need only ask and I can display any crew member."
OMG this made me laugh - god I hope Tess doesn't "display" anyone when they're having a private moment!

Probably would have been 'werebear' at least I hope so.

I could really use some fast healing or regeneration from a lycanthrope template right now.
@Rigel can you please put your build in your profile.
@Everyone, when you get a chance, update your race and class portion of your profile so that it looks something like this:
Att +12 / Def 20 (22 in shadow/darkness) / Toughness +12 / Fort +12 / Ref +12 / Will +12
Perception +18 (Darkvision) / Init +1 / Hero Points 2
Customize for your particular senses and defenses. It is a little tricky to make a template for this game. Just anything that is passive that I need to remember. (Insubstantial, Immunities, Senses, etc.)
Makes it easier for all of us.

ok, I got the header started, there is probably other stuff I should add, I'm just not sure what it is. Earlier we'd discussed.

But I havn't made the changes on my sheet yet.

That looks good Roy.
Everyone should have 1 Hero Point right now unless you have Luck Power or you have activated a complication (or I have).
@Roy, as for the changes, I did that build a while ago and never posted it. I'm getting my mind back for the first time in a long time.

I'm aiming for comic logic or superhero-space animation, but if you guys want deeper dives in investigation, let me know.
Dude, I'm so good with comic-logic or superhero-space-animation.
I figure there's a reason the smartest fellow in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" is a raccoon.
QUIN-TESS-ENCE
hi All taking the comic-logic, you always have a pre-act, and this is it, Qinn is not a stealth ship, so we are doing this "Maximum Effort" as Deadppol says. She has hidden herself behind a large space rock that is going Evil Villan's space base way. Once she is in Teleport range, she will port you over to the Evil Villan's space base, but before you can do that, your going to have to scan for a suitable location on the Evil Villan's space base to port too. That means climbing to the far side of this space rock and doing a scan, while not being seen or meeting anything nasty on this rock.
comic-logic, Mag 1 of the arch come to a gripping end.

My posting may be slow for a couple of days, I still intend to check the boards a couple of times a day, but I'm not living at the computer. Don't wait for me to make the decisions and if we get in combat bot me if needed.
Both my wife and mom have come down with covid. My mom (86) was almost unresponsive so we called the squad, she's at the hospital. I'll end up being there a bit and taking care of my wife, thus not at the computer as much as usual and I hate posting on my phone.

Rock is not leaving the ship, he's remote viewing. Rock is fairly defenseless if he's walking around.
Thanks for the heads up Rock, I didn't realize he was 'defenseless if he's walking around.' So did he teleport with us to the station and isn't leaving the ship we found at the station, or is still on our ship?
Rigel Kentaurus
Yeah, a lot of this has been 'super' hard to follow. Not a lot of coordination. I sort of thought that Tess transported everyone over too, but I wasn't sure why, because we hadn't talked about anything in terms of a plan. If Rock can remote sense frm a thousand miles away, why would we go closer than that to begin with? Tess is a ship, couldn't we have progressed from a preliminary Tess scan, to a Rock scan, to a Rigel scan, or something?
Praetorian Roy Cobb
Having trouble translating the map, the right side looks like the hanger we teleported in. After we inspected and disabled the ship, we said we would 'knock' you said "The door from the hangar into the factory slides open, revealing an industrial tripod robot walker. Floating above and behind it is a minotaur-like alien warrior clutching an axe made from pure darkness." so I've moved Roy to where I assume the door would be.
It looks like you've combined two maps, the map on the left is squared differently than the map on the right. Are the squares on the left-hand map 5 ft? Is the Auroch and robot Large or medium?
Also double checking attack with the blaster, it would be: blaster attack 1d20+10 for damage 1d10, would I need to include things like 'Precise Attack' every attack? Or do you want them listed under a spoiler or something like that?
GM SuperTumbler
This makes me realize I haven't discussed some basic business.
For initiative, I will roll, and we will use what I think is usually called cloud initiative so as not to have to post in exact order. Since you all rolled above me, you can go whenever.
For maps, in Mutants and Masterminds, I don't worry too much about being exact. Character movements and sizes can be so large or small as to make Pathfinder size maps useless. Roy's movement is 2 miles as a move action.
For particulars:
Robots and Auroch are medium size. Auroch is 8 feet tall. He has a rank of growth but isn't large enough to be large.
He and that robot are right at the door.
GM SuperTumbler
Attacking with the Blaster at based would be 1d20+10. You can shift that with your accurate attack, all out attack, power attack, defensive attack.
You don't roll the damage, it is just damage 10, which means that if you hit they would make a Toughness save vs DC 25 (Toughness save is DC 15+damage rank).
Since that attack has Multiattack, if your attack roll succeeds by 5 or more, their Toughness save would have a higher DC.
Praetorian Roy Cobb
Everyone: I added a link at the top of the page in the short campaign description. It will take you to a matrix where you can line up the damage DC of an attack with your roll vs damage (usually Toughness).
Roy: You rolled a 17 with a DC of 25, so you failed by two degrees (fail by 5 is one degree). That means you have a -1 to future saves vs damage. You are also Dazed for 1 round, which means you are limited to free actions 1 standard (or move) action. You could use a Hero Point to reroll your Toughness save. You don't really need to, probably.
Roy, your rolled 3 attack rolls but your flavor tells me you are only attacking one robot. If you are multiattacking 1 target, you only roll once. If you are attacking multiple targets, you would roll for each and take a -1 penalty for each target. I'm going to interpret that you are attacking just the one, and therefore just use the first roll. You could also reroll that with a Hero Point.
Thanks for the link and the explanation. I've been running ragged and not paying great attention. I'll try and get it all straightened out.

I have had respiratory issues and asthma every since moving to CA, bronchitis almost every year, and pneumonia once ... which just about landed me in the hospital. Have never had to take antibiotics like that before or since.
All the best to you and the family.
Monday will be an awesome holiday for you guys.
