I'm catching up on Gameplay this morning. I just got to the post where the GM said we're coming to the door. The buffs Quiella would like to cast in this situation:
- Life Pact (on Quiella and up to 3 other party members who opt in)
then
- Shield of Faith
then
- Divine Favor
then
- wand of Shield
Is that okay GM? As of this post I don't know what's on the other side of the door.

I always get mixed up on this…..if I want to cast Dimension Door to pop out of the tentacles, do I cast defensively or do I have to cast versus the DC as if I am injured for a concentration check?

In addition, grappled creatures can take no action that requires two hands to perform. A grappled character who attempts to cast a spell or use a spell-like ability must make a concentration check (DC 10 + grappler’s CMB + spell level, see Concentration), or lose the spell. Grappled creatures cannot make attacks of opportunity.
A grappled creature cannot use Stealth to hide from the creature grappling it, even if a special ability, such as hide in plain sight, would normally allow it to do so. If a grappled creature becomes invisible, through a spell or other ability, it gains a +2 circumstance bonus on its CMD to avoid being grappled, but receives no other benefit.
Your DC is 30 + spell level Pai. It's the Grappled Condition that you have to contend with.

The post that you linked was at Round 1 after Krune acted. At that point, Quiella had already taken her Round 1 action because her initiative was higher (I have since delayed you to after Krune, to keep the game moving). Before Krune's Round 1 Black Tentacles, there wasn't any Life Link healing to be triggered.
I labelled the combat tracker "Round 1 / 2" ; everyone below Krune's initiative would be taking their Round 1 actions, everyone above Krune's initiative were up for Round 2 actions.
Hopefully that's more clear. I may experiment with a different layout for the combat tracker.

Pai has an ability that can grant the effects of Air Bubble to everyone in the party for 9 minutes. Would that work to prevent being affected by Cloud Kill? Or is it more of a contact poison?
Of course, Pai won't know the answer to this question, but if I do it'll help me craft my post.

Air Bubble helps you breathe but doesn't block gaseous attacks or poisons. You want Life Bubble which is a few spell levels higher.

I'm guessing this could be the end of Quiella, especially if she's the only one to go to Pai's aid (though Life Pact might save her) but she is not the type to leave a screaming teammate to die.

If someone does decide to follow Quiella out of the room and has the presence of mind to grab her lucerne hammer on their way out of the room and bring it to her, that could be handy later.

I am not against the idea of coming to help. But this is also literally the first our characters have heard of anyone being in trouble out there. Everyone else already risked the cloud once to get inside to help other allies or go after Krune, but we will probably risk it again next round.

Ability Score Damage, Core Rulebook p.555 wrote: Constitution: Damage to your Constitution score causes you to take penalties on your Fortitude saving throws. My question is what is my current HP (as in how much do I have left). Am I at 64 or 46?

I see what you mean Hamish. Usually I track hp damage rather than current hp totals, but where CON damage occurs it can become confusing. This is exactly why I had to double check at what point Teric could die.
You are at 64hp with a current maximum of 66hp - which could be seen as 2hp damage, or as 20hp damage given that your normal max is 84hp.
I will convert the combat tracker to show current hp instead of hp damage, which will hopefully be clearer. (I also need to update Teric's damage as I hadn't included the effects of Pai S's elixir, and need to move him in the initiative order to reflect that he waited for Pai to give it).

One more housekeeping note - I had recorded (under the normal Spellcraft spoiler) that Krune used Empowered Summon Monster VI to summon his shadow demon friends. It was in fact an Empowered Summon Monster VII.
