Quiella has no way to get past these things in plate mail, no acrobatics, and a 15' move speed, just FYI.

GM supervillan |

Teric it's a DC10 Acrobatics check to move at greater than half speed when blind - though if you fail the check you won't fall prone, you'll lose 10' of height (equivalent to failing a Fly check). The ceiling is 20' high.
So you can get to your current position with a safe double move, or you can risk the Acrobatics check. If you fail the acrobatics check, you'll lose height and will be subject to AoOs but (assuming you survive the AoOs) you'll have a Standard action remaining.
You are still in total darkness in your current position.

Teric and Pai S survive the lightning bolts - but Pai falls unconscious due the the tremendous strain her powers put on her, and begins drifting to the ground.
Hamish is felled by a wind blast.
Hamish heals 1hp from Life Pact, taken from Pai S. Both remain unconscious.
Quiella is set upon...
When Quiella takes the penultimate hit she would drop below zero. At this point she can choose to take an Immediate Action and cast Hero's Defiance, using Lay on Hands. This will keep her above 0hp. Then she'll take another 8hp damage from the last hit. Quiella takes damage after Hamish drops because the demons act after the azatas, so Life Pact won't trigger for her. I assume you'll want to use Hero's Defiance Quiella, but please confirm and roll your Lay on Hands. If you heal for at least 9hp you'll stay conscious and can act. Bear in mind, you can spend an Immediate Action to activate Hero's Defiance in Round 12 in response to the demons' attacks, and also an Immediate Action in Round 13 to drop Life Links before they activate at the start of your turn.

The surviving demons cower from the light - save for the one possessing an azata. It flies down towards the next wall-mounted rune, and neutralises the daylight once more with another darkness spell. Teric winces at the blasts from the whirlwinds. He continues to flee away from them, letting his frozen fortitude heal his wounds. When he feel he's at a relatively safe distance, he warps space and time to try and escape.
Using the following boon as a swift action. Teric has cold resist 20, so he should regain 20 hit points.
Frozen Fortitude Use the boon as a swift action to gain cold resistance 5 + character level for 1 minute. Alternatively, use this to regain hit points equal to your existing cold resistance. If you have immunity, regain 30 hit points.
Then he's casting Dimension Door to go vertically as far as the spell will take him (800 feet). If there's no free space there, he should get shunted first 100 feet, then 1000 feet into the closest empty space.

GM supervillan |

A failed Dimension Door shunts you to a random open space within the specified distance, rather than the closest. It also causes a little damage. Krune's sanctum is more than 800' underground.
Teric digs deep into his reserves of power and attempts a direct escape. But Krune, the consummate conjurer, does not lair in a place accessible to lesser mortals.
Dimension Door fails due to range limitation, and there is no open space within 100 feet of the desired destination. The only open space within 1000 feet is within the sanctum itself. Teric's new location determined by random role here.

Hamish gets a DC18 Will save to disbelieve the shadow conjuration. If he does so, he takes 20% damage. If he fails the will save, he gets a DC18 Ref save (with DEX = 0) to avoid the damage altogether. If he fails this Ref save, he must attempt another DC18 Ref save to avoid being entrapped and likely drowning.
non-damaging effect: 1d100 ⇒ 82 This result means that passing the initial Will save will also prevent entanglement and drowning - but the shadow-water nonetheless reveals Hamish's location because of the way that invisibility works underwater.
The final shadow demon flies into the cloudkill to search for surviving pathfinders. Emerging from the other side it sees the pair of azata. A brief telepathic exchange between the outsiders prompts the demon to turn back and start searching the chambers. It enters the ziggurat chamber, and spots Teric, but has not enough time to launch an attack. Teric, you notice the shadow demon just inside the cloudkill.

Teric looks around and finds himself in the ziggurat room. The Trade Prince sighs. "Well, Darla, it would appear that the Runelord planned his sanctum well." He spots the shadow demon and shakes his head. "Just being hunted down like a beast. I'm already done death. Let's try something new." He flicks his hand and shifts space and time again.
This time he does arrive where he chooses -- back in the Runelord's sanctum. He tries to halt the immediate onslaught with words. "Mighty Krune, if you would spare me for a moment, I have an offer. I am Trade Prince Teric Cain. You have clearly shown your power and skill. A good businessman knows when his venture has failed and it's time to move on."
"Unfortunately, we were able to destroy many of your heralds. You have no one to teach you what the world has become during your slumber, to prepare you for what you will find. My life is forfeit to you; it is clear. If, however, you spare me, I can serve you in that capacity. My life has been spent in the accumulation of influence, mostly through arcane power and coin. I have influence and contacts in a variety of nations. But power is power, and this has been a demonstration of it. I once worked under that fool Guaril Karela. Now I seek a new master to serve and gain from."
"Extinguish my life if you choose. But I think I can be more use to alive." He pulls back his sleeve to show the Sihedeon Brand. "You have already taken this for yourself. Why not own me as well?"
The Varisian bows deeply as he awaits the Runelord's choice.

Ever the pragmatist, Trade Prince Teric Cain formulates a new strategy. He appears back in the chamber with the broken sarcophagus. His instincts are as good as ever - Runelord Krune is right there, floating 5 feet off the ground. Just in front of the runelord is a beautiful celestial elf - in fact another bralani azata. At Teric's back, a bank of thick acrid fog makes any attempt at reaching the bowl of rune tokens and the possible exit a deadly challenge.
Krune sneers and releases his sentient dragon-tooth spear; it angles its point towards the Trade Prince. But the runelord, despite having no knowledge of the modern Taldane trade tongue, senses Teric's intention. Krune barks an order at the azata and, rather than strike Teric down with a thunderbolt, the celestial begins repeating Teric's words. What Teric hears as Varisian, Krune hears as Thassilonian thanks the the azata's Truespeech.
"An arcanist? The cold lightnings were yours." Krune switches to Draconic. "I have no need of an apprentice. But you perpetrated a successful subterfuge to obtain that Brand without supplication to the Goddess. That is a useful skill. To serve, you must learn obedience."
Krune gestures. The twisted Sihedron Brand warps inside Teric's flesh, reworking itself into something new. A shackle. A rune of servitude, binding Teric's body and soul to the will of the runelord.
"Obedience is pleasing to the Goddess" Teric says as he kneels...
