Ramona begins her Courageous Anthem (+1 attack/damage/save vs fear).
She then casts Runic Weapon on Seelah's weapon (Making it +1 Striking).

Sorry but Runic weapon has range touch and you're two squares from Seelah.

You're absolutely right. Here's the retcon for the spell:
Raise shield and move through barrier

Ramona begins to sing to give courage to her companions and raises her shield before to go the other side of the barrier.

Unarmed: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23 Dang, was hoping for the crit... I guess it frees me up for Blue!

Haohji looks at the retreating leopard and to the command tent, Damn!
The brawler rushes and vaults the fence to back up Seelah! I think I can get there in two Strides! If I do not have enough movement to treat the fence as difficult terrain, I will happily make an Athletics check.
Unarmed Strike, Flanked with Seelah: 1d20 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 10 + 1 = 16

Haohji moves himself towards the command tent as the blue beast went over there. And the fighter places an attack well helped by Ramona flank bonus and Courageous Anthem.

Duration until start of next turn
You raise a magical shield of force. This counts as using the Raise a Shield action, giving you a +1 circumstance bonus to AC until the start of your next turn, but it doesn't require a hand to use.
While the spell is in effect, you can use the Shield Block ↺ with your magic shield. The shield has Hardness 5 (10 because vested). After you use Shield Block, the spell ends and you can't cast it again for 10 minutes. Unlike a normal Shield Block, you can use the spell's reaction against the magic missile spell.

Veiled Lady takes her time to Refocus.
"Maybe we can look around and find where they might come from? There might be others, and these poor goblins will still not be safe."
| GM J |
Ahhh she says we won’t be safe… We will all die. That’s the end of the goblin race. Muckmuck is very optimistic as usual.
But fortunately the other goblins are more confident after Ramona’s performance.
| GM J |
Ramona will entertain the goblins.
"There are probably more. Is there any way we could track them to their lair and get rid of the problem completely?"
A goblin replies: They left tracks for sure. You could perhaps follow them once you have found them.
Haohji PFS

Let us rest the night, I will take the rest of this watch and wake Seelah up for the last watch.
Haohji stretches his limbs and moves to sit near the fire...

Nothing more happens during the night. When you all wake up in the morning the camp is already in activity with the goblins building the bridge.
One goblin says:
The quicker we have finished to build this the quicker we can go away from here. Well if they let the bridge standing then.
Another replies:
All in all we would be safe then.

We will all die I told you. The beasts will come back and eat us alive, alive do you hear?
