You can very faintly hear something on the other side of the wall. You can't make out what it is, but you know something is there making noise.

For ease you all collectively go before the Kobolds and then the NPCs were nice and rolled to go last. I have moved you all on the map towards the noise as the wall is not seeming to work. If that was wrong let me know. I had he marching order be your initiatives

Moving back the way you all came the noise of hissing and growls start to echo when you enter the formerly trapped room. Moving a little quicker and rounding the corner there are a group of kobolds armed with spears stabbing at something around the corner at the four way.

The familiar voice of Kimi yells, "Move! I gotta go get him!"

The response is not from a voice any of you recognize but he sounds tired. "You'll die girl. Stay ba.." A grunt of pain as a spear has clearly landed a solid blow.

One arrow tears though the throat of a green scaled kobold as Sir Pounce bites into the shoulder of a red scaled kobold its arm fully swallowed in a sickening noise. The second arrow goes over Jenkin's shoulder it hit the black scaled one though its arm while the lumberjack slams his axe down on another green scaled one, severing is snout.

There is halfling who stomach is covered in blood barely holding kimi, who has at least a foot on in him height. Both have broken sticks in their hands. Very much sounding her age and very scared, "Penny? Penny! I lost.. them! They are gonna.. die and its my.. my fault!" Behind her screaming you can hear sobbing.

"Breath girl." Keeping on arm outstretched incase the kid bolts the bloodied halfling swings wide at the last kobold. But instead of attacking it rushed past the halfing and is unfazed as the stick smack it in the chest. Lunging past kimi there is a loud shriek and the sound of a quick scuffle.

Jenkin tears around the corner, stepping over dead and maimed kobolds with a wet splorping sound as he does so, trying to keep pace with Svetlana and Pounce.

Not quite enough movement for me to make it around those two to the kobold, so he'll just sit tight and wave his axes menacingly.

As the kobold's fall, Penelope runs down the hall, leading over the bleeding corpses. "Kimi" she nearly crumbles in relief as she sees the child unharmed. Her friend is another matter. "Where are the others? We will get them." she can't promise to save them, she wishes she could promise that, but her heart won't lie. She simply does not know.

Moving Elowen for last round and for this one and flinging a javelin.

Elowen moves down the hall as a long thorn grows in her hand. Jeva trails behind her, watching the plant grow with wide eyes. Once the kobold comes into view she throws the javelin with deadly skill, it stops halfway through its chest. Another long thorn is already in her hand. The Kobold looks down and sways. Mirka, who had been in the corner shoves the kobold before diving into Svetlana's chest.

Mirka is the butchers son.

Kimi on other hand has grabbed Penelope by the arm and is pulling, "I said to run and Sav ran the wrong way. Penny we gotta get him.." Tears start pouring down her face, "Jur.. Jurin.. him might..."

The halfling, pressing one hand into his belly, pats her on the back with his other. "I help how I can. The little pale one ran off that way. An her other friend was grabbed further back."

He points down the hall in the direction you all fought the ooze. There is still one of the kids that hasn't been mentioned. Hollin, Ralla's little rother.

If nothing else to help the halfling, but she doesn't. "Okay, Sav is that way, we will go after him. Where is Hollin?"

Pounce starts gentle tapping the butchers son with his tail. The world does look brigther with a friendly tiger to protect you.


Mirka rubs at the cut on his forehead and is easily transferred to the furrier feline. He remains silent and seems more likely to crawl on top of Sir Pounce than walk on his own.

Kimi looks down, shame written all over her, "Don't know."

Starting to move in the direction Savram ran in the halfling add, "Other boy is probably further in. Didn't know bout him when I had the chance to run with those four."

She wants to question the halfling, but she has her hands full. She does take a moment to make sure the other little girl is with them still, giving her shoulder a squeeze, and then hurries them all after the tiger.

Kimi nods solemnly and slings the strap over her shoulder. Hugging the bundle and keeping a arrow ready in her hand. Looking over at Mirka who is staring at her with wide eyes and his arms locked around the tigers' neck, "You all are leaving?"

Jeva's lip twists, irritation written all over her face. "I am not staying."

Gonna need either a bluff, diplomacy, or intimidate to get Mirka to stay behind and not panic. DC 15 for that. If you want Jeva to stay back and keep Mirka safe its a DC 18 bluff, diplomacy, or intimidate.

You can of course tag along, but you will probably get splattered with Kobold guts. And you will see what I am really capable of in terms of violence. You may not want to experience either, but you can make your own decisions.

She tries to respect the wishes of those around her, so she tells Mirka and Jeva "You can come with us, as Svetlana says, we will protect you. Sir Pounce will also if you wish to stay." her voice is soft and anxious at the same time "But you have to decide now."

Mirka looks panicked at the conflicted opinions. Staring into Svetlanas dilated eyes, a line of blood runs between his eyes. Not letting of Sir Pounces fur but he nods, "Wanna help.

His shorter legs and injuries had the halfling leading the way at the start but quickly falling to the back of the group. Moving quickly down the hall and turning into the hallway where you fought the ooze. That acidic smell still lingering. It opens into a large room. Three large stone tables stand in the middle of this room, while the long benches that once stood next to them have been knocked askew and overturned.

But this room is empty, Further ahead there are 2 kobolds standing in front of open double doors. One has turned back to stare at you all, Smacks the other and they both swear in draconic before running down the gall to the right.

The open doors lead into a dark space with the sound of dripping water and the occasional sound of something hitting metal. Those of you with darkvision can see thin arms reaching into the open walkway.

Elowen:
You can hear whimpering and mumbling in the room the kobolds where looking into. A very quiet voice saying over and over, "It's ok. it's ok. Gods please. It's ok. Kimi's cmoing, Kimi's coming. It's ok.. it is very quiet you are catching maybe every other word but can fill in the rest easily.

Elowen quickly dashes into the room the kobolds were looking into. "In here! They need help." she says plunging into the dark room.


This dark ossuary is cold and full of the sound of dripping water. A dark corridor runs north down the center of the room, while to either side two large bays open into small niches that contain ancient dwarven skeletons. At the far end of the corridor rests a large iron anvil.

The arms reaching out of the caged alchoves are those of the long dead and they reach towards anyone they can while pressed against the bars. But that only goes so far. A skull is fling at Svetlana and a rib at Elowen.

The skull slams into the stonework's behind Svetlana's head while the rib smacks Elown in the shoulder.

Kimi remains next to Penelope staring into the dark room and flinging at the noises. Rushing foward to hug her pale shorter friend when the trio are out of the room. She grabs him gently by the shoulders and looks him over.

The halfling looks back and forth before speaking up, "Mirka. Why don't you go to him as well, ok?" Offering the kid a tired smile and Mirka rushes over, tugging Sir Pounce along. With the children momentarily distracted he waves the adults over.

Keeping his eyes on the kids and his voice low, "The other kid, Jurin I think. He was grabbed by this thing. Never seen something like it before. I don't know if the boy is gonna be ok. No clue what happened to the other one."

Pointing down the hall, "We were in a storage room in the lower level. Got out when they took Tyran. Figure the other kid is somewhere down there. When we got up this thing of smoke and chains rushed us. We ran and it grabbed the boy. Then the kobolds were there. Took a guess on where to run."

Mirka is quietly wiping the cuts on Savram's arm. All three children and quietly whispering to each other. Thrilled to have found each other again and worried about the last two of their group.

Jenkin follows behind Svetlana and Elowen, but seeing as the tiger-lady has things in hand, doesn't intervene, aside from hanging his axes on his belt and drawing out his quarterstaff, remembering that skeletons get smashed easier than they get sliced, and stands on guard to make sure they don't start spilling out of their alcoves.

Readying an action to stave in any adjacent skeleton that starts throwing more stuff.

Once the kids are save I will slaughter these effing undead with their own effing bones.

For some reason an adult who is a horned tiger lady being extremely aggressive against things that are not Savram has an almost calming effect on poor Savram.
