Then, the Monarch casts a spell that attempts to require the ulfen archer's senses making him process noises as bursts of color, smells as sounds, and so on. The cloud of kill moves 10 more feet.

Please make a DC 28 Will save. Remember to include your Stupefied if needed. Fafrd will also need an aura save at the start of his turn, but let's resolve that a bit later.

Will Save:

The target's senses are suddenly rewired in unexpected ways, causing them to process noises as bursts of color, smells as sounds, and so on. This has three effects, and the target must attempt a Will save.

Due to the distraction, the target must succeed at a DC 5 flat check each time it uses a concentrate action, or the action fails and is wasted.

@GM Sorry, still on some of PF1 rules and wrongly believing that going done flying was like moving speed x2 (like in PF1). I've reread the rule on flying for 2E.
