Sorry, Can't read the scrolls right now, I don't have the relevant cantrip memorized. You can giggle as you want. These two potions are of Barkskin, to protect your body from attack. The make up is some warpaint, to scare your opponents. I know the armor is magical but can't assess its properties. The cloak is a cloak of resistance, to boost your luck in dangerous situations. The chain shirt seems beautifully crafted, probably of very good quality. I'm no expert on armors, perhaps Bobbie? This cestus is beautifully balanced. As for the rest, I have no idea.

Power Attack (IC): 1d20 + 7 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 7 + 2 - 1 = 27
Damage: 1d8 + 4 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 2 + 2 = 14

Crit?: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11 Not sure IC still applies, but feel free to add +2 to both rolls if it does.

EDIT: Yeah, nevermind about IC. I think the poor bugger's dead.

Retrospectively, perhaps telling the fighter "Come at me!" wasn't the best strategic move.

While Markus is unable to connect, from around the corner, Bobbie stabs deep into the orc.

For a moment, it looks like sheer rage will keep him on his feet, but even it is not enough. He slumps to the floor, dead.

"Well, now, to continue seems hardly sporting," Farzinel notes, spying one orc dead and the other presently paralyzed.

"Yeah, it doesn't." Erica wipes her sword clean of orc blood, before turning to the last standing enemy.

"Here's the deal. Because we are in an excellent mood, we are going to tie you up, and ask a few questions," she states matter-of-factly. "In return, you won't even think of struggling or screaming for help in any way. Otherwise, we stab you. Understood?"

I'm leaving those rolls public, because they're amazing.

Desynthia on delay

Bobbie grapples the frozen orc, only to have it recover!

Full round action to shake off the Hold. @Bobbie, please roll one more grapple, if you pin the orc, I'll call the fight.

That's one determined orc!

Taken aback by the orc's sudden recovery, Erica does her best to physically overpower and immobilize him.

Grapple: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 Not too shoddy a roll here either, Iomedae be thanked!

Scarab Sages

Great.

You now have two captive orcs, one conscious, one not. Also remember, the boss's skin is burning hot.

Desynthia tries to plead with their captive

Now calm down and cooperate. If we really wanted to kill you, orc, you would already have relinquished your soul. If you agree to tell us everything you know, truthfully, about the place, we can simply bind and gag you, and release you on our way out. The less blood we spill, the better I'll feel.

Specially if it's MY blood we're talking about.

Scarab Sages

The orc looks at you, looks at his dead allies, and his unconscious boss.

"Fine," he nods at his leader, "Just don't kill her. At least not anywhere near me. She always said if she died, she'd become a pillar of fire in retribution against her killer. Now, what do you want anyway?"

Scarab Sages

Sense Motive:

Bobbie: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
Markus: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Ahmande: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (4) + 13 = 17
Farzinel: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
Desynthia: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (4) + 0 = 4

The orc appears quite sincere, and just hoping to get out alive. The part about his boss is particularly strong. However, Ahmande senses he may have a lot of information to bargain with.
