The mysterious voice once again issues forth through the ship's intercom system. You hear an audible sigh, then the voice says "Please just contact Multifold Industries.”

Liilywind sits on the barrel panting, "I just need to catch my breath but I will secure the parameter." She moves to check the other door and secures it if it has a panel and then positions herself in the opposite corner while she recuperates.


Referencing the schematics provided by Representative-1120 indicate that There are three main areas attached to the primary cargo
hold. A2 is a repair bay where worker drones used for repairing
damage to the ship are stored, dispatched, and controlled. A3 is an
engineering bay with controls for the ship’s systems including life
support. Finally, the ship’s manual piloting, scanning, and gunnery
stations are included on the bridge (area A4). All the ship’s controls
and systems are automated and managed by the VI, but can be
operated manually if needed.

The ship’s defensive systems prevent remote operation of piloting, scanning, or gunnery stations by individuals who are not on the bridge. The bridge is currently surrounded by a protective force field. you may be able to disable this force field by first
going to the repair bay to restore power to the engineering bay,
then deactivating the barrier from a console in the engineering bay.

To determine the ship’s layout and navigate it successfully PCs
must succeed at a DC 15 Survival, Physical Science, Culture, or
Piloting check (DC 18 for Levels 3–4).

Seggas pulls up the schematics for the ship on her data pad and then adds a few markers for important places, primarily where they are currently, the repair bay, the engineering bay and the bridge.

She then marks out the best paths to take between each of the locations with meticulous notes on how to skirt around possible road blocks, she then finally sends a copy of the map to everyone's personal comms.

"Right, everyone should have a copy of how to navigate the ship, just in case you get lost or separated. There might be an unknown amounts of damage that might make some pathways impossible to access. Be careful."

<Yeah, good AI can be hard to develop. This one is in that perfect golden zone for being a nuisance. But I think these aren't the last of the defenses the ship will throw at us, but given how the arms aren't noted in the schematics nor any anti-entry devices that we have already seen, I think we should be on our toes.>

The kiirinta pulls out her datapad to make sure she got the deck plans then she begins to move out, taking up position behind cover and waiting for the team to move forward. She does this if the team does not, Gotta stick to my training...

After a little rest, Sturmvanger nods at Keskada's question, his serpentine neck making the motion carry a foot or so. He also takes the lead, his bone blade extended. In ship based combat, a ranged weapon isn't going to be particularly necessary or useful. With his bulk he's also going to form a moving wall to protect his fellow Starfinders.

He checks his datapad once to make sure he's going the right direction then trusts his Bond Partner to "tell" him if he makes a wrong turn.

Seggas walks through the corridors of the building with an eye on the walls and her ears open.

Her eyes widen for a moment as she quickly picks up a faint noise with her sensitive tiefling ears (that may or may not have been modified with other genetics, a bio-engineer has to keep some secrets.)

There's something here. *quick auditory replay of the sound she just heard.*

She falls in behind Sturm before seeing the computer console that now seems to be fully powered up from his and Bonkers' efforts. The biohacker moves up to the console and starts to mess with it for a few moments, seeing if she can't access the bridge controls from here instead of making yet another trip to a different part of the ship.

"Well, nothing else to be done here. Maybe we can force the doors open physically once we get there," he says, certain that if Seggas can't get the computers to work none of the others can.

<Do you also find it odd that the ship is so insistent on having that specific maintenance vehicle assist it? It's not that it wants help it's that it wants THAT particular craft to help. Almost as though there's another motive behind the request. Love? Trust? A demand from someone else?>

Seggas gives a huff as she looks at the logs. "See this is one of the reasons I don't use machines as much as I can. My creations won't possibly randomly become sentient and self-aware and have a crisis of faith about it, they are already sentient and (after having reached maturity) can choose their own fate. Cuts out a whole mess of problems."

She frowns and then looks at her datapad for a few moments. "I have a psychologist I sometimes use when my pretties have issues... But she is sleeping at the moment, and can only help those willing to take the help."

"Anyways lets get to the bridge and see if we can't actually have a talk with the ship."


There is a moment of silence following your discussion regarding these revelations. Seggas has 5 fire resistance, she should be okay for damage. I swear this has saved her so much damage at low levels. Also she and Sturm share the faster initiative, so he should be up too.

Seggas frowns as the laser flashes across her skin and deflects off of a few scale like growths just under her skin and seems to leave her unscathed. She growls and pulls out a blob of biomass that quickly unfolds itself into a longarm shaped gun, she aims it at the robot that shot her and fires it in retaliation. "I'll take days to heal that skin back! Geez, I hate getting hit by weak lasers!"

Seggas trains her aim up at the drone in the rafters and tries to take a shot, moving forward as she does to draw the drone's fire.

Continuing to be guided by his connection to Seggas, Sturmvanger leaps into action, dropping his gun and heading to and up the ladder.

Not sure how far up the ladder is so I don't know if he can climb up in a round. He also has a fly speed of 30' but has to land on the ground at the end of each round so if it's farther than that, he can't make it. If I can make it up the ladder as a move action -
