Looking at the calendar, wanna check something with you guys regarding repairs.
Option 1: You're paying experts to keep going while you're gone. Repairing the battlements takes 28 days, so 28 g for materials + 28g for labor + 140g for the one leading the group = 196g. Repairing the crumbled walls is 8 days each for 3 rooms, so (8+8+40)x3 = 168g total.
Option 2: No work gets done on the citadel until you go back, you gus roll crafting checks, and save money but have to be there for it.

Keep the Huntergate open, flood the ring, and use the manifestation of Dahak in the tunnel as a heat source for a hot spring bath-house. Tell the golem to serve people that have a ticket ( Sigil spell - lasts a week or until cleaned by scraping - 1 gold per entry / casting )

I can already see the Yelp reviews.
A unique mix of fourteen spices and a manifestation of an evil dragon god in the cellar makes for a some good chicken ON TOP of an interesting experience. The waiter is a golem that tried to kill us, so he didn't get a tip.
Food was good, kids were entertained (and somehow talked into servitude) by two kobolds... but, the staff tried to mutilate and dismember us. With that said, I am forced to take 1 star away due to the staff issue. 4/5.

Oh, no worries. I like to think I can separate player and character.
Unless they always play the same character over multiple campaigns and they never know what to roll or what dice to roll with when it's their turn in initiative. And one would think that after 3 years of playing the same thing they would know their class features, but apparently not!

Yeah I've no idea what kind of checks are involved of if they even are. My guess is, we don't need to make any at all. I'm just rolling with what Joran would think. ;)

Including a -1 for flavor is cool.
You might still include your unarmed attack proficiency on those attack rolls though. Should be +5 for level, +2 or +4 for trained or expert proficiency, and +DEX or +STR whichever is higher.
Edit: Checked Champion progression. They get expert in unarmed at level 5.

Yeah, that's actually why I went with Romanian! We could just be totally different dialects. Some commonalities, but not enough for fluent understanding. When I was living in Italy, I learned Italian from Northerners and when I went to Southern Italy, the dialect was so different sometimes that it was difficult to understand lol. So, it works!
