Avonatha looks at the undead and is uncertain what they are, she believes them to be vulnerable to bludgeoning damage.

@Gurka - indicating who you attack as well as the damage type goes a long way to make my life easier.

Gurka smashes her meteor hammer at the hurt statue. The first hit crashes the statue into sizeable chunks, so she swings her second attack at the other statue hitting. Hit and destroy pink, hit yellow -10 (hardness applies)

Hamir looks at the status and believes them to be animated statues, with a standard construct armor and immunities to bleed, death effects, disease, doomed, drained, fatigued, healing, mental, necromancy, nonlethal attacks, paralyzed, poison, sickened, unconscious.

Then he sends a ball of flame at one of the statues and hits them Yellow -15 (hardness applies), and a big cracks begin to show up on its armor.

Using shield block uses your reaction, so until you have more than one you can't use AOO :( Let me know if I missed something

Klatzu knows nothing about weaknesses, he does know that they are not very agile nor strong-willed (low reflex and will saves altho they are mindless :().

He strikes at the damaged statue and strikes in the newly created fractions in the armor, the statue falls into pieces. Then he raises his shield. Shive attempts to strike but misses.

By default Im using the meteor hammer which I forgot to mention. Also, I honestly forgot that here were two enemies next to me.

Watching the one statue go down with some interest, Hamir nods and turns his attention towards one of the undead. He moves into position to toss a second ball of flame, which appears in his hand before he throws it.

Gurka moves to attack the closest thing next to her but awkwardly moves to avoid her eccentric but rather endearing goblin friend.


Zabu grabs the undead by the head and restrains him, then he slashes with his claw twice leaving massive wounds in the undead body. Grapple - crit, first attack - crit -20, second attack hit -10. No one casted bless so I removed +1 from the attacks ;)
Fort save, DC22: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24

Hamir sends another ball of fire this time aiming at the undead. The hit tear the undead apart and Zabu is left holding the head which bites Zabu Those undead have reaction when dying ;) Crit vs blue -36 and burning which takes them down!

Jaws@Zabu: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21
Damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11

But the jaws miss and Zabu toss the head to the ground.

@Avonatha do you have Acid splash prepared? I don't see it on your PC sheet? And yes your acid arrow made 11 dmg + 1d6 persistent. Wright hat 5 temp HP - 11 (from acid arrow) = -6 dmg 1d6 persistent gave 4 = -10 and I rolled 15 to recover so persistent acid ended.

Gurka moves and swings twice at the red undead but misses.

"SIVA! Cull the weak!" The goblin bangs his sword against his shield to signal his companion, who barks in acknowledgement as they move in to attack the wounded Zombie. As the wolf jockeys for a good position, the goblin lifts his sword skyward with a shout of, "Milanite steel the best guillotine!" before sweeping it upwards at neck-height against the remaining dead.

Norden Balentiir image in slides arrives along with several other Pathfinders. He looks at the fallen and eyes you carefully.

"Hmm, we just fought a similar group, I am glad that you are all right. Those statues were our old defensive measures, I guess the undead learned how to activate them from the fallen Pathfinders." he looks at the young pathfinder standing in the corner

"You boy, why are you hiding here" the young Pathfinder skitters past you slowing down when passing Gurka and handing her a hat made of straw "I think it is yours"

"The vaults beneath the Sandswept Hall are under constant attack from below," Balentiir says with urgency. "My forces are stretched thin. I fear that the undead may soon reach the surface. To prevail, we can’t remain on the defensive. That’s where you come in. As some of our most experienced and capable agents, you are to serve as a small, elite strike team. Your actions today may alter the course of this fight."
Balentiir spreads a piece of parchment out atop an unoccupied dais and begins sketching a crude map of the vaults.

"I have two urgent assignments that must be completed if we are to break this siege. Near the Old Gate Chamber, here," he indicates, "a group of Pathfinders has been holding off a horde of mindless undead. We need to divert the horde away from their position, rather than confronting them directly. Doing so will require both skill and cunning."

"And here, undead are spilling into upper levels of the vault through a breach within a collapsed cell block. We need to seal it, though we’ve had reports that malevolent spirits linger there. Once you’ve completed an assignment, report back to me. I’ll remain here in the hall to direct our forces and brief you on your next tasks. As you complete these dangerous tasks, I should be able to send scouts deeper into the vaults to learn where the attacks originate. Then, you can help with a final push to end the siege."

"I defer to your expertise in determining which assignment to complete first. But know this: until we know where these undead are coming from, I expect the completion of each task to grow more difficult with each passing minute."

"Which of the assignments shall I brief for you first?" Venture-Captain gives you some time to think.

You see that more Pathfinders are coming to the chamber, most of them are hurt, dirty, and hungry. You see that this state must have been lasting for days. And you can see in the eyes of some that they are exhausted


So you need to pick which one you want to do first:
- Old gate chamber - which is a set of skills
- Collapsed cell block - good old fightin'

"A breach? Sounds like something KLATZU can patch up easy! SAY NO MORE!" As the goblin finishes patching up the party (and his shield) and his companion shakes the undead flesh from her fur, Klatzu quickly mounts Siva and brings the massive wolf to bear. "Klatzu's skills sound like they will be high-demand, this day, Siva!" Siva howls confidently in response.

"Our combined defenses are only as strong as their weakest point. And I believe I know where that point is." Balentiir explains. "As this lodge once served as a prison, the vaults of the Sothis Lodge still contain several cell blocks that have held various prisoners over the years."

"About a year ago, a portion of the ceiling and walls of one of the cell blocks partially collapsed. With all the destruction and heavy debris, the cell block was no longer functional. It was abandoned, if not forgotten." Balentiir pauses in thought, his face momentarily shadowed by a look of regret. "I believe the collapse left an opening the undead are using to reach the upper levels. I need you to get in there and close that breach to ease the pressure on our forces."

Balentir shifts unease and nods to Po who excuses some of the agents to give you some space.

Venture-Captain comes closer and says in a hushed voice

"That particular cell block has a tragic history. About a year ago, I had tracked down a fugitive named Omad Col. I brought him here to the lodge to be held for bounty. Although he was checked for contraband, he somehow managed to smuggle a wand of shape stone into his cell." Balentiir explains.
"One night, the fool tried escaping by activating the wand. He must not have realized just how deep underground he was. Once shifted, the cell wall could no longer support the mass of the sand and stone overhead. Collapse was inevitable."

"Several Pathfinders bravely rushed into the collapsing cell block. They struggled to release the prisoners’ restraints and dig them free. That is when the remainder of the ceiling gave way. Pathfinders and prisoners alike were crushed. Eighteen lives were lost."

The normally calm and dignified venture-captain pauses a moment to maintain his composure. "The regrettable loss of so many lives—lives of people trapped in harm’s way— has caused many to grow concerned about the Pathfinders' practice of holding prisoners for bounty within the lodge. The future of this lodge—and my own future—have been called into question by many, myself included. The investigation into the incident was still ongoing when the attacks began..."

"The questions raised by this tragedy will have answers, but for the time being, action is needed. Go. Seal the breach, and put the trapped spirits to rest if you can."

Shove requires freehand or weapon with shove action, afaik you don't have either => so you need to drop your sword (or you have some other way to shove without a hand free?). The hole is not a sinkhole, but there is a rigid incline of some sort there. I will keep the undead and let him climb next round., pushing them again would take them out of the map - fall down
