When Jean finishes up his long exercise he returns to find the others and says, "Hey, I have some news about what happens if we don't do the exercise. I didn't get it finished yesterday and was sent to some desert place and told to survive for 3 hours. With full gear and equipment the group heads out, most at a run to get that 5 K done. Two hours later you find yourself heading towards Elrick Manor.

With the direction confirmed, it takes another hour to find the two story derelict tower. It is about 3 pm. There is still no mist and you can see clearly for about a mile. This area seems rife with vines and the vegetation seems diseased. The wooden door is still solid. On the door is a metal ring and a very apparent lock.

You jam the lock on the door.

Past the door:
Entering into the tower you notice it is much bigger on the inside. There are shelves filled with books, a table with plenty of chairs, a cold fireplace, stairs up, stairs down, and four other doors.

First room on the left:
It is a privy with toilet, toilet paper on the roll, and a tub.

Second room on the left:
It is a filthy kitchen, it smells horrible in there. In a sink is a pile of used pots, pans, dishes, and more that never got cleaned. There is piles of stuff all over the place. And a lot of mold!

First room on the right:
It is a walk in bath with a few benches. There are towels folded nicely on the benches. A drain or grate is centered so the excess water flows to it. The bath has steps down into the pool. The pool is covered in flies, algae, and mold. All the walls are covered in mold. It is strange that no mold is on the floor or benches.

Second room on the right:
It is a small room with drapes, a table and upon the table is a crystal orb on a marble stand.

Upstairs:
You find it much smaller up here. There are four windows and beside each window is an arrow slot. There are two weapon racks which have javelins, broken crossbows, broken bows, and a collection of bullets used for slings.

Downstairs:
You find a hallway full of cobwebs. Moving down the hallway seems possible without dealing with the webs first. You find many doors along the way. Beyond the doorways, as most of the doors are brokwn, you see piles of rocks indicating the rooms have caved in. At the end of the hallway is a door.
At the end of the right of the hallway:
You find a golden door. It is sparkling and glowing. No lock is visible, just a simple handle to turn and likely pull.
At the end of the left of the hallway:
You find a red faded cherry wood door. There is no handle or knob but on the wall you see a mug chained to the wall on a spike, and a dry empty basin beside it.

Shatash:
Zaidel and Shatash relax together in the hot springs, her head on the satyr's shoulders as he played his pipes. Over the next two hours, the cleric feels a strange creeping magic enter his bones, giving Zaidel a feeling of toughness and durability. It must be working, Zaidel thinks. And even tells Shatash so. "I think I can feel the magic of the hot springs. Thanks for bringing me out here."

Once both fey and humanoid are done with the springs, they get out, and Shatash immediately rolls out a double bed roll. Both Zaidel and Shatash get under the covers quickly to keep the heat of the hot springs with them. Both lovers kiss each other for several minutes, then part and go to sleep.

Zaidel wakes up around 6am to find Shatash waking him up as he suggested earlier in the night. Zaidel says his morning prayers, giving thanks to Cayden, and to Calistria, for last night. Both pack up and walk back to the inn to arrive around 8am. Zaidel, a bit worn out from last night's and this morning activities cast lesser restoration on himself.

Considering Elrick's fate it would make sense that his presence would likely blight his lands. If we kill and destroy him, it should at least make it possible to restore the lands. Presently the lands are not safe but likely as dangerous as the manor and its grounds. Still we could stumble upon a displacer beast or undead horrors." At this utterance she points her hand at one such undead horror. A large undead boar of some kind. Pieces are obviously missing on it.
