Once Yambul is done changing, Ruha carefully clambers up the northern cliff and lets Yambul tackle the eastern one. (Taking 10 for a 10) Once up top, she settles into a crouch and examines the tunnel ahead. She stays quiet and focuses her senses to see if she can notice anything skulking about in that direction.

The story she had heard involving gremlins ended up with a ship going way off course and the crew not getting back alive. She hoped that these particular gremlins wouldn't prove so dangerous...

Yambul carefully cleans the spores remaining apparently with just his will, before dressing Gerrol's fine chain shirt. The cook feels the shirt tight around his belly, but otherwise it seems Gerrol and him had a similar height and build. The armor adjusts good enough and the poor fiancee is not going to need it anymore.

Grimacing like a maniac, a lean little bat-eared horror with a mouth full of needle-like teeth and glowing, orange eyes, charges over the four-armed woman catching her off-guard and pushing her flying over the cliff to land hard down and prone.

Rhoreen attempts to daze the mind of the gremlin but finds a power shielding it from magic which she does not manage to pierce. She clearly sees a lot of wires on this cave, but all serve nothing now the metal spike has been triggered. Apparently it needs manual mounting.
Yambul snatches a potion and drinks it, his wounds quickly closing. The Kellid steps forward, the light only reaches as far, but it seems there might be indeed more caverns to the north, and a south connection with the skulks cave.

Zzvkgrogk climbs the cliff, this time finding good support to reach the top, and draws his device.
Expecting for the gremlin to show up at one point or another, Rhoreen prepares herself to scare him once more.
Yambul advances squeezing through the small tunnels of the gremlin caves. The glands on his falchion find not one, but two gremlins on the next cave! The Kellid approaches the two and swings with might, but not used to fight with tiny creatures, he marks the wall.
Rūha stands up fast and tries to climb up the cliff, but in her hurry, she slides down as the rock breaks.

Catching up with the group, Chaance tries to get up the cliff. It takes her some serious effort but finally manages to reach the top, but has no time to draw her bow.

Zzvkgrogk quietly scurries forward then delays on Yambul.

Chaance decides to follow the sounds of the little biters, hoping to find another vantage to strike at them from a distance. "Roo, we'll not be too far ahead. It sounds like our cook is fast at work!"
The elf draws an arrow, and looses one into one of the gremlins, should they survive Yambul's fury!

Rūha is left to scramble up the slope last, wincing slightly as the stones jab into her hands. She crosses her fingers that no one is getting too badly perforated yet, then rushes in to cover Chaance. As she moves, she looks out for any traps or tricks that the elf managed to avoid, but which would pose a hazard on the way up the northern tunnel.

Not sure if I can do this while moving during combat. If so, moving to the square shown. Otherwise Rūha will take the time to inspect the area ahead for a few seconds rather than rushing in.

Yambul dissects the head of the first gremlin to approach him, chopping him with an impetuous swing of his falchion before the gremlin can attack.
Rhoreen moves until she sees the gremlins and tries to scare off the little critter but he shrugs out her magics. SR
Zzvkgrogk protects the Chef's Knife with a few shots of light, but in his attempts to avoid injuring the chef, the shot goes wide and strikes on the wall. shooting into melee penalty
That is when Yambul, stepping back, slices through that exact gremlin, the falchion hitting hard, and sending the critter to the ground, unconscious.
Following the clash of battle and the light of the fiery glands, Chaance finds Yambul in the cave and puts an arrow on the remaining gremlin, who is left badly injured.
Rūha helps herself finally up using the extra balance of her four arms, and moves after Chaance, looking around for traps but, at least on her rush, she does not find any.
The remaining gremlin makes fun of you lowering his eye with a finger and showing you the tongue with a fart-like noise "Prrrrrrrrrrrt!!!" just before running back into the caves and disappearing from sight. green arrow
You hear some noises to the northeast, in the darkness.
You spot multiple wires well concealed and linked to a metal spike.
With some care you can enter the cave avoiding the wires moving at half speed or rush it and maybe face the trap. 50% chance
Maybe surprisingly, you cannot see where the gremlin has hidden himself.
Currently, there is only light around Yambul and Rhoreen, and Rūha and Chaance cannot see what is going on in the cave to their north.
The 10' cliff to the north can be climbed down DC 10 or jumped with a graceful fall. Acrobatics DC 15

She minds her own words, readying an arrow at anything that appears from any direction, showing any sign of overt hostility.

Chaance moves forward, finding and avoiding the wires she spots on her movement.
As Rhoreen moves forward, the darkness recedes letting you see in the edge of the dim light another gremlin mounted over a giant flea.
Next to them, is the green gremlin whom somehow reached there and has his wounds healed despite Chaance's arrow still protrudes from his chest.
You know giant fleas are Small vermins that cannot fly but can perform long jumps and have DR 5/slashing.
They are immune to mind-affecting effects, cause disease with their bite and some wizards use them as familiars.
The gremlins are both pointing at you with their tiny shortswords.
A11. Jazvit’s Lair
Several different passageways converge on a narrow ledge overlooking a rubble-filled cavern. The far wall is made of a smooth, dark gray metal. A single circular door, tightly closed, sits on the metal wall just above the upper level of the rubble.
I think Zzvkgrogk perhaps still has a standard action remaining after his move?
And Rhoreen can also change her standard action after the unveil if she wishes so.

Not wanting to be left behind to any traps or gremlins still hiding in the dark, Rūha pushes ahead and into the light cast by Rhor's spell. (At some point prior to getting blinded, I lit a torch, but that's well gone at this point) She follows Chaance's guidance, moving slow as she reaches the region where the elf spotted the next trap.

Suddenly finding herself rather exposed on the ledge, she readies to strike out at any gremlins that approach.

Yambul puts his falchion high, menacing the gremlins from atop the cliff.
Zzvkgrogk puts his eyes on the flea, and his light beams fly soundly through the cave burning the vermin's skin!
Rūha puts herself in the light and her fists on the ready.
The green gremlin puts his hands on a wand on the flea-knight's belt and tries to pick it, but the knight pushes away his jinkin's inferior with the foot "I Jazvit. This me lands." proclaims the knight in a very coarse Common "You rat, stop burning Xutxut" and performs some arcane movements scaring Zzvkgrogk with magic.

The other gremlin laughs sadistically while holding up his tiny blade.

Chaance sinks her arrow on the targeted gremlin, but indeed, the lack of cold iron means the fey skin absorbs the arrow head without injury.
Rhoreen throws a flask over Zzvkgrogk's head, and as it lands on the gremlin knight's head, it crashes spilling its contents and flashing in burning flames!
Zzvkgrogk holds himself against the raising fear, but his hand trembles and his shots strike the ground in front of the flea.

Seeing Chaance's arrow doing all of nothing to the little gremlin, Rūha reasons that her two semesters of self-defense training would have no better effect. She certainly doesn't have any cold iron on hand. "Well at least out in the open like this, we have the upper hand." She draws a javelin, lines it up with the flea, and throws!

Rūha javelin flies high, too high, hitting one stalactite that breaks and falls to the ground for the very shock of everyone.
The head spikes of the gremlin-knight are consumed by Rhoreen's flames, but the gremlin endures the burn stoically while producing the eye of a salamander from his pouch and saying more arcane words "Like play fire? Burn flame then!" the gremlin's eyes light with a burning gaze menacing Rhoreen to be set aflame.

Chaance briefly huffs, the elf choosing to express herself before regaining herself, her breath a necessary function of the next arrow's alignment. She speaks kindly to her ammunition. "If you can't be cold iron, do your best, and punch as deeply as you can, alright?" The elf chooses the flea-backed rider.
"Jazvit, was it? You should leave this place, and never return. Grow old, somewhere else." She lets fly her admonishing arrow, hoping he gets the message.

Ruha looks down at her satchel, counts her few remaining javelins, and tenses up further. She's relieved when Chaance fires what looks like the perfect shot from her bow "Ah, excellent." She takes the opportunity to make her own throw, this against the flea.

Zzvkgrogk ducks (although not much) instinctively as he feels Rhor lob a flask over his head, then ducks again (still not much) at the incoming retaliation.
The other gremlin picks up a heavy metallic donut from the rubble in the ground and throws it at Chaance.
Oh thank you Brigh! I do believe we NEED that! Zzvkgrogk’s eyes sparkle with joy.
”Is that the best you can do?” he goads the gremlin. ”Try that again, I dare you!” Zzvkgrogk challenges, pointing at the donut at the base of the cliff.
He nods once, then shoots at the flea.

Rhor responds with a long series of hacks and coughs as the singeing of her own flesh clogs her throat. It’s unclear whether she is coughing or trying to say Zzvkgrogk’s name.
”<*sound*>, I think I’m fine, *cough* *cough*, thanks,” Rhor replies.
She reaches into her pouch and draws out an acid and an alchemist flask.

Rhoreen is spontaneously set aflame, but she puts out the fire with a quick roll over the wall.
Chaance puts an arrow on the flea-knight, the metal head sinks on the gremlin's chest despite not fully due to its material.
Rūha, not used to fight in caves like this apparently, puts her javelin short of reaching the flea.
Zzvkgrogk, appreciating the material being thrown in response to the show, puts another beam on the flea, leaving a bad scorch mark on the badly injured creature.
Rhoreen overloads herself with alchemicals.
Yambul looks at the exchange staring back and forth like in a ping-pong game.
"Stop rat, Xurxut pains!" the knight shouts back at Zzvkgrogk, the scream piercing his ears with a terrible noise.

Ruha draws and tosses her final javelin, aiming at the burning-eyed gremlin. It was getting more and more obvious that the leader's magic was the real threat.

Zzvkgrogk watches in abject horror as Yambul headbutts the green board and shatters it. He opens it to cry out to High Brigh but can hear nothing but the gremlin leader’s ear piercing scream.

‘Xurxut’? Rat? Was he talking to me? ‘Xurxut’?
His body goes numb and he freezes.
Oh, those beautiful chips, those beautiful wires! Like sparkly confetti… Who am I? ‘Xurxut’? Where am I?... Oh, how lovely – the best most beautiful thing ever – a giant burning flea!!

Zzvkgrogk halts on place for a few seconds as his ears bleed momentarily.
Yambul provokes the gremlins while keeping his falchion up and ready.
Rhoreen stashes one flask and attempts to scare the gremlins with magic, there is magical sparkles as the magic clashes, and it is almost to do it, but ultimately does not work. SR
Chaance does something heroic!
Jazvit's eyes, still with little flames on them, shine menacing to set Chaance on fire "Run! Run or burn!"

”AAWWG!” He shakes his head, focuses on Jazvit, gazing into his still burning eyes and takes a chaance.
”So you want me to stop shooting the flea?!” He points the Device at Jazvit and activates it.

Yambul just can’t take it anymore. I mean sure, our archers are out doing their feeble archery and sorcery, but he hasn’t done anything! He can no longer just stand by and watch the fight take place around him, and he’s not throwing his chef’s knife in there.
Climbing won’t cut it as he doesn’t want to lose his falchion. So he crouches low and leaps off the ledge!

He makes it to the bottom and crosses over to the enemy, smacking Jazvit as hard as he can!

Out of javelins, and with Yambul leaping into the fray, Rūha decides to follow suit. She drops down the ledge and rolls when she hits the bottom.

Then she steps over to the giant flea and stabs rigid fingers into the gaps of its carapace. She half-hopes she'll miss and not get goopy flea bits on herself.
