Sneak attack don't work on them, but the 1 damage is enough to kill the injured small one.
Yen who has a lower init moves over to the other small one and strikes him hard.

Teahouse Handout
Associates,
The summer palace is lost, but not all who served there disappeared. Ihave a correspondent in Quain whose ancestor once lived in the palace. Travel to Lanming, that nation’s capital, and
seek out the martial arts master Jiang Fei of the School of the Jade Ogre, who has been told to expect you. The young woman has a favor to ask of you in exchange for her family’s lore about the palace’s location.

The shouts of merchants hawking wares and students practicing their forms are quieter in this part of the city, but the streets still bustle with activity. Rows of old and run-down dwellings line the streets. One small apartment has been converted into a food stall, where a handsome woman with dark hair chats with a few customers. The sign above the shop reads “Jiang Fei’s Dumpling House and School of the Jade Ogre Style.”

Jiang Fei is a Tian-Shu woman on the young side of middle age, with bright eyes and a demure smile. She keeps her long black hair up with a beautiful jade comb and wears the simple garb of a martial artist. You go up and meet her. Now is your chance to ask questions or introduce yourselvs

She invites you into her home
The Wang Li Fa Teahouse is well lit and nicely decorated, with elaborate murals painted on the walls displaying the feats of local heroes. The furniture and serving dishes of the place are somewhat at odds with the decor though, and seem to be of cheap, rough make. The numerous patrons of the teahouse don’t seem to mind, and the place bustles with servers moving around and patrons chatting.
Dumplings, yes, but I also need you to do something for me. Anyway, I've come to teach you some martial arts. Not to mention, some of my students are bullies and braggarts, I hope you all can teach them a lesson.

In time she teaches your 4 techniques. You will be in a fight doing nonlethal damage. Each unarmed attack technique deals 1d6+strength modifier unless it says otherwise

Ogre Scares the Foe: A hard strike with the knee aimed at the lower body. A target damaged by Ogre Scares the Foe must succeed at a Will save or lose any Strength bonus to attack and damage rolls for 1 round.
Ogre Smashes Rock: A straight-line punch designed to rock a foe backward. A target damaged by Ogre Smashes Rock must succeed at a Fortitude save or be pushed back 5 feet.
Ogre Stomps Around: A fast, jabbing kick that distracts a foe. A target damaged by Ogre Stomps Around must succeed at a Reflex save or lose its Dexterity bonus to AC for 1 round.
Ogre Swings the Club: A strong side kick. Apply 1-1/2 times the character’s Strength modifier to damage rolls when using Ogre Swings the Club.

You will also be graded, please don't make me look bad, not that you would. You get a score and details of fight. Explained below, map will definitely be up for this one.
The Scorpion School students cluster around a small table. Nearby are four servers and nine other patrons (including Jiang Fei), but they all retreat to a safe distance as soon as a fight starts. The servers hide behind the bar or in the kitchen, while the other patrons cheer on the combatants.
The furniture in the teahouse is cheap because the proprietor expects it to get broken in fights like this one. Any attack that pushes a creature into a square occupied by a table, bench, or chair breaks that piece of furniture, dealing an additional 1d6 points of nonlethal damage to a pushed creature, and forcing the creature to succeed at a DC 14 Reflex save or fall prone.
While the adventures fight the Scorpion School students in the teahouse, an audience of bystanders judges whether the Jade Ogre Style is worthy of respect. This judgement is represented by a score the adventures accumulate during the fight based on their actions. The more points the
adventures receive, the more prestige Jiang Fei and her fledgling
school receives. You are to aim for 10 points. The adventures earn 1 point each time an adventure hits an opponent with one of the principal motions of the Jade Ogre Style, makes an attack that results in the destruction of property, or succeeds at an Acrobatics check during the fight. The adventures lose 1 point if they make an attack with a weapon, make an attack that deals lethal damage, or harm a bystander.
Now I'm going to answer questions you might have that isn't covered. Suppose nobody loses points, but you all hit with high damage or high crits that you just happen to take them out before you reach ten points. Although scoring is done by number of hits and not how much damage you do, I'll give it to you. It doesn't say you can't not cast spells, so if you want, you can cast spells, just don't do any damaging spells.
Let me know when you are ready, to start a fight, you only need to insult a few of her students, not just attack them out of nowhere, so you can even cast buff spells ahead of time, but the fight takes about a minute to start cause you have to push for it, so only buff spells that last longer than 1 minute can be cast.

Did the training the PCs receive give them Improved Unarmed Strike or will they provoke every time they use an unarmed attack?

DungeonMaster

I may have not put it in there, but these 4 strikes are special. You are treated as if you have improved unarmed strike while making one of these 4 moves. You do not have improved unarmed strike automatically, however if you use the monks flurry of blows or any other kind of unarmed attack. So if you didn't take or get improved unarmed strike, then you only have it for those 4 special strikes.

No it wasn't mentioned above that those 4 strikes would not provoke. It brought back an old LG module where the contest was unarmed combat between PCs without Improved Unarmed Combat and the flurry of AoOs from trying to punch or kick someone. :)

Seltyiel will cast Shield and Mirror Image and keep his armor on.

If that was the case, you would be doing aoos on them as well, as some of them don't have improved unarmed strike, others do. And if someone has combat reflexes it is more complicated, they get an aoo for you hitting them, but you get an aoo back for them hitting you hitting them. They probably goofed in that old LG module, or they want to give the DM a headache. A level 1-4 short scenario should not cause a headache. Anyway, interesting to know.

Gnagnatsu rolls around and tries to frighten the enemy to her north with a blow to his shins.

Acrobatics to Tumble Past: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Ogre Scares the Foe: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 2 = 25
Nonlethal Damage + Sneak Attack: 1d4 + 2d6 ⇒ (4) + (4, 1) = 9

That was almost embarrassing.

Acrobatics to Tumble Past, Reroll, 2 Stars: 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 11 + 2 = 19

"Hey, do you know Ogre Steals the Peach?"

Perrine uses the Ogre smashes the rock style and tries to knock the foe back that had just struck her.

@Perrine: You're flanking with Dimak, so you can add +2 to that attack roll.

@GM DoubleGold:
What happens if this monk is hit by Perrine and fails his save?
Is he knocked into Dimak?
Does the dwarf need to make a reflex save?
Does the monk provoke an AoO from him?
I'm curious...

DungeonMaster

Dimak does a club fist swing at yellow knocking him out
Seltyiel hits gray hard and tries to scare him with his tactics, but he is knocked out.
Yen misses.
Goran also misses
Gnat flanks a guy and ouch it hurts. will save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20 but he is not scared.
fort: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Perrine knocks a guy back but he can't go anywhere, so he just breaks that bench and takes another dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 5 By the way Perrine, these strikes do 1d6 damage, not 1d3 as a normal unarmed strike. rerolling her correct damage dmg: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

They attack back.
Normal moves away from Yen Yen aoo to flank dimak hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23 dmg: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Light blue also attacks dimak hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 dmg: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 but misses
Blue and orange attack Gnag hits: 2d20 ⇒ (11, 17) = 28 +5 to each
She is hit once dmg: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
