Very cool Rizz! Hey everyone, I noticed a lot of familiar faces from previous WoT games!
I'm still working out Kunala's backstory but never fear it will be done soon. Just trying to cross T's and dot I's.
While I'm at it, does anyone know the proper form for using 'Lord' or 'Lady' in WoT. There's a lot of 'Lord of this' or 'Lord of that'. But when they refer to someone as Lord 'such and such', do they use the first Name or the Family name?
To simplify, would it officially be Lord Perrin or Lord Aybara?

Every country in the real world tends to have their own rules, but the books never seem to observe any, probably an effect of being written by someone from a country that never had any lords.
In the UK and parts of Europe, a sitting monarch is Your Majesty, and a member of the royal family is Your Highness. Lord's are supposed to be addressed by their title only, such as Lord of the Two Rivers, which may be neither first or last name. However, in the books, Cairn is right; they always seem to just use Lord Firstname.
I always thought it odd that in the entire series, Elayne is never referred to as a Princess, not even in passing, or in someone's internal monologue. It is always just Daughter Heir.
"We all walk in the Light and the Light shines from us that the Dark may find no place to rest."
--------------------------------
@Kunala - no idea! I'm interested to know too, although Luce is used to calling everyone 'Child X' so this whole Lord/Lady thing will be tricky!
@Niketsu - is 'Princess' actually a recognised term in Andor? I though the term was 'Daughter Heir' and any other daughters are just members of the appropriate family.

“The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. In one Age, called the Third Age by some, an Age yet to come, an Age long past, a wind rose around 7 new Hunters. The wind was not the beginning. There are neither beginnings nor endings to the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning.”
Sweet! And, thank you! Hello All!

Janus was a skinny youth, looked down upon by most boarder landers He came south escorting Niketsu as more of a groom then an armsman. It was Hammar that first saw potential in him. Hammar saw th eboys potential and offered him training as Gaidin.
Janus feels he is not worthy of the title of warder, or of Niketsu Sedai's bond, but he is too stubborn to ever admit that.
Oh, I thought maybe you were talking about the amazon show... I was going to say, sadly I've seen it too. And worse, my wife and daughter are watching it so they think This is what I was all excited about all those years. I spend more time explaining what they got wrong than anything else.
I mean how hard could it be? They ignored the fact that the group met back up in Caemlyn, how can you write out going to Caemlyn in the first book?

@morel: Just apply 1.5x the price to get Ogier sized prices.
Yeah, ive seen the...thing being displayed upon the amazon streaming service. It's what prompted this whole campaign in the first place.
Also, i posted a prologue on the gameplay thread. As many of you who have played with me in the past, especially WOT games, i like to start the adventure off similar to the books, with a prologue, and at random times when i feel the wheel turning in my head, a random short story about elsewheres in the world. It's a fun way to flex my creative writing muscles. Just read the prologue, but dont respond to it on the gameplay thread.
I'll set the starting point, and you guys will be able to get the *ahem* Wheel turning.

I created a discord channel for our group to chat in outside of paizo, if you feel inclined to. I did this because a few years ago, Paizo had a website failure where people couldnt sign in for a few days. I know I, along with some players, were rather annoyed with this. By having the discord server set up, it provides us not only a place to continue to play the game should paizo crash again, but also a chance for us to BS with each other. It also provides us with an easy, quick opportunity to alert the group if something IRL is happening and he/she cannot play for a while.
If you dont like discord, and dont want to be a part of the server, that is fine. No worries.
I dont want people to think that this is a requirement to play in the game. it is just a value add that I rather enjoy.
The link is valid for one day. Once youre on there, please change your nickname to that of your characters so we all know who each person is.
Adroushan, I'm assuming we traveled from Edou Dar to Illian together, I'm going to assume by horse back. I'm also going to assume you know everything in my backstory, let me know what you want me to know about yours.

Can I have a wooden practice knife or just a stick that can be used with weapon finesse? Technically, there is no rules for the wooden practice knife, but they should exist.
Luce has 7 cha so I'm explaining that a couple of ways, all of which blame the Whitecloaks.
First of all she's neat but not exactly attractive. A few old scars and the buzz-cut doesn't make her exactly a beacon of femininity. She's also not good at social interactions outside of an armed camp so she'll mess up manners, be accidentally (or maybe deliberately) rude a fair bit and generally should not be the one introducing the party anywhere!

@Rizzenmagnus I thought when I built the character that Eliminate Block was just innate to guys so I didn't state my block. Since I didn't state it I thought I would let you pick which you thought would make the most sense.
I was thinking I could bypass the Block either when I was hyped up on adrenaline or when the opposite was true and I was serene. If you think something else makes more sense we can go with that.
Or I can switch out the last feat for the Eliminate Block if that is easier.

You can play with the block still in place, and only when the surge of combat is upon you can you channel? thats very valid. would make for some intersting RP opportunities.
or you can remove a feat and take eliminate block. thats fine too

I have not. It is in the name because it is a recycled Alias from an old game. Likely no one would suspect it was likely, or even possible for her to be Aes Sedai, as she probably looks about 16-17, though she is actually in her mid twenties.
She'll likely not reveal it until necessary, even if she has to reveal her Channeling at an earlier date.
How long has she had her GS ring? Luce is trained to look at every other woman as a possible Aes Sedai so stuff like a band of pale skin on the usual ring finger would make her paranoid. :D

She would have had it as an accepted, which one assumes was a period of 4-5 years. She would have gained the right to wear it on ant finger just recently, say about a month. That would be enough time for the old tan line to fade, but whether she had a new one based on where she was wearing it recently is debatable. I think since she is trying to go incognito, she would have taken it off right after leaving the tower, and been traveling in the sun without it, so any tan line is probably unlikely, but not impossible.

I have a few thoughts and questions, but most concern only Rizzen, and Janus, as my warder. I'll spoiler the questions, but I don't mind if people read them, as long as they can keep player and character knowledge separate.
Rizzenmagnus and Janus:
So first off, I couldn't think of a good term for what someone like Janus might be doing for a young noblewoman traveling more or less alone. Presumably, at the age she appears, he would be a guardian or chaperone, but neither seemed to capture what I was going for.
A Shambayan (if you didn't already know) is basically a chief of staff, or head retainer for a lord (or lady, I suppose). It would be his responsibility to manage all her other staff (if she had any). The wellbeing of the lord or lady is their chief concern, so the title seemed at least somewhat applicable. Fialle appoints Master Gill her Shambayan in a later book, meaning they must be used in more than just Shienar, as since Arafel lies between Shienar and Saldaea, use of the term probably does too.
I thought I would check in with Janus in regards to the specifics of their relationship. What made him willing to bind his fate, life or death, to a slip of a girl he has seen all his life, but probably not talked to that often? What was their relationship like? I always thought it odd that the relationships are not more often depicted as romantic, as well as practical; a Warder is for all intents and purposes married to his Aes Sedai. Aes Sedai are too busy to have a marriage outside their tasks, so whether they bonded their husband or married their Warder, the effect would be the sake. I sounds like there is an obvious class divide between the two, that might make them decline to even consider the idea, as she is a noble, and he is 'help.'
Third, I need help picking an Ajah. All have an extra bonus, as lister in Dragon Banner. I wanted to consider good story reasons first. Green makes sense because of her family history, obsession with sword fighting, and the blight. However, Green feels too stereotypical. Blue works well, as what amounts to the intelligence wing of the Aes Sedai, dedicated to being out and among the people, and getting involved in their causes. Yellow is always straightforward; I healer needs no other motivation to practice her skill. The last I was considering was Brown. Not all forgotten knowledge is to be found in dusty old libraries and books. Some small minority of the Browns choose to explore the world and finding ancient places, and exploring the secrets they hold first hand. The big advantage of that is that it grants Gleeman's Lore, basically a bardic lore skill that is likely to be frequently handy.
Forth, Rizzen, I rolled a positive for an Unknown-Ter'angeal, so I wanted to check to see what you might have in mind. My first thoughts would be to have an Angreal, but alternatively, an heirloon Power-Forged sword might be pretty cool to have too, and make me competative enough with the men at arms in the group that I am able to hold my own with them, and maintain the ruse longer.
I have more thoughts to discuss, but it's late and I should sleep.
So if you folks hadn't figured it out, Rizz gave me the hook with the book. Said since I offered to 'finance' the thing in recruitment that he'd tie it together with an idea he had. So trying to get it going.
Niketsu, Kunala answered your question with what he feels is a logical answer, of course he has a wisdom of 7 so take it as you see fit. Do you have any other questions?
I don't want to be a curmudgeon, but PBP games are a thing of momentum, your posting here, but not addressing the situation in game. I'd rather not take your opinions or actions for granted.
Again, not trying to be a jerk, but even a small post acknowledging your ready to move on helps.
Janus, you too, you don't get to hide behind her. If there is something we can do to make it easier please let us know. I'm not trying to be a jerk, just want to keep a reasonable pace so no one looses interest.

Sorry for the lack of post, work went a little sideways as the hardware we where waiting on finally arrived so I had to spend a-lot of time deploying.
Niketsu:
I think to start he followed you to Tar Valon because one of your older brothers died saving his life and he feels it is his duty to do the same for you.
I think it would be interesting for him to begin to see you as a person as time goes on, Not the obligation to your dead brother or even the holder of his bond.

Niketsu:
THought about your ter'angreal. A power-wrought blade would be cool...but no. When i have people roll for a ter'angreal, the ter'angreal is for something of a "non-combative" in nature item. Given what you wrote about your family backstory, and your father going out and helping to protect the lands from the Shadowspawn, it clicked in my head that he would have spent a lot of time in the field. Therefore, it makes sense that he would have a family heirloom of a sleeping cloak. This always kept me warm on the coldest of nights, little Niketsu. I would warp this around me, and lay down upon the cold, frozen dirt and i would be most comfortable. My only regret is that I wish i had 20 of them that night prior to your birth. So cold, even the sap in the trees froze solid! Such a sound to behold! The wind howling from the north, as if the Dark One himself sought to freeze us in our tracks. The trees! they exploded as we lay down, huddeled around a massive bonfire. To have anything smaller than that would have meant death to the horses. The men, they huddled around the fire as well, and still the winds howled. I tried giving the cloak to one of the my men, but they all refused the honor. Said that "it was your duty to survive the night". And that i did, Creator be damned how i wish that night it was instead one of those men! We huddeled around that fire. And One by one, Some of them died. frozen to death. Horses as well. We had to...Nevermind that, my dear. We did what we did to survive that night. 8 men died. 12 horses. But, for as bad as we had it, those trollocs and Fades, they had it worse. 200 dead trollocs, 12 dead fades. All frozen in place.
THe cloak, in game terms, is a ter'angreal cold weather cloak. when a person wears it, it grants them immunity to all cold weather conditions that would require a fort save.
HP 35/35| AC 16 (T 16, FF 10) F +4 | R +5| W +8| Perception +9
Rizzen:
That is a pretty cool idea and it works well with her backstory. Could it be an all-weather cloak instead though? The Blight can be as hot as the Borderlands are cold, especially to a man in Armour.
Basically it would be the equivalent of a pathfinder Endure Elements (level 1 spell).

Canadians melt in the heat; everyone knows that.
Sorry about messing up the time/distance estimates. I had just recently reread the first few books (so I could compare notes when I thought the series might actually be based on something more than the barest impression of them), and book 3 has Moiraine and company travel from Arad Doman to Tear in about a month, so I was immediately kinda shocked at a 3 month estimate. In Book 4 Elayne and Nyneave sail from Tear to Tanchico in 3 weeks, which was said to have been probably twice as fast as it would have taken if they weren't on a raker. In book 2, when Rand transports them via portal stone from Cairhein to Tomon Head, they appear three months later, which Veren says is longer than it would have taken them to ride the same distance.
The travel times are not always consistent between books, and the measurements are not the same as ours either, which tends to mess things up. A mile in WoT is 1000 spans, of which each is 2 strides, so we get a distance of about 2000 yards, which is a bit longer than an imperial mile. A league (very often the unit of measure used for long distances in the books) is usually 3 miles in English speaking countries, but is different in just about every other country, sometimes more, sometimes less. In WoT, I think a league is mentioned as 4 miles, but I could be misremembering that. A few commentaries I've read complain a bit that distances and travel times are inconsistent across the whole series, and seemed to function more like distances in Star Trek, where the time required always equals the time required by the plot, and never any relation to actual distances.

Hello everyone! it is I, the bestest of DMs out there. lol
It is that time of year, where Christmas happens. And, as the majority of us know, this is the time of year where practically everyone takes vacation. This results in the usual christmas and new years time lag for posting.
I recognize that everyone has plans during this time of year, and posting on this website is a far distant thought. Therefore, Starting tomorrow, and lasting until Jan 3rd, 2022, It will be assumed that everyone is on vacation/away from keyboard, is doing IRL things.
I will keep an eye upon this game, and if a majority of people continue to post and respond, the game will progress a bit more. If not, thats fine as well.
As usual, i will be on discord visiting various servers, so if youre feeling up for a chat about anything and everything, feel free to hit me up.
Here we go! a proper recruitment thread for a WOT pbp by yours truly!

*** When a non channeler takes the Composure skill, they can only utilize the check for bonuses to Bluff, Diplo, Intimidate checks. And the check to fall asleep fast.
Channelling skills:
Composure: channelers have full access to the composure skill benefits
Invert: at this time, this skill is closed to players.
Weavesight: No changes
Special
SwordForms skill: Found in the netbook Under the Dragons banner.
I like using these sword forms as a skill rather than being stuck to the Blademaster Prestige class. As the story has progressed the forms were better described and as such, i feel that this way of conveying Blademaster skill is better than what is found in the Prestige class.
yes to background skills Channeling skills nor the swordform skill are considered background skills.
feats and changes:
Feats: Pathfinder feats are utilized, along with feat progressions (1st, 3rd, 5th, etc). Feats found in the netbook Under the dragons banner are allowed by DM approval. (its been a while since i have looked at these. So give me a chance to re-review the feats to ensure that they will roughly balance within the party.)
Do not take any initiative enhancing feats. In my pbp games, I dont bother with using initiative.Instead real life manages that when combat occurs
Wolfbrother feats found in the netbook UTDB are used for those who want to follow the path of the wolfbrother. This removes the PrC Wolfbrother.
classes and homebrew changes
Class restrictions: Male initiates.
class changes:
Algai’dis’wai – Use the class from Under the Dragon’s Banner – this replaces the core 3.0 version of the class.
Armsman: Change bonus feat progression to every even level (2,4,6,8,10, etc) (Source Post #663 Jonasty’s Campaign)
Initiate: Hit die is now a d6, bumped up from d4 (Source Post #661 Jonasty’s campaign)
Noble: (Dragon Reborn #1039) The resources from the UTDB will take affect over the "call in a favor" shown in the wotrpg book.
noble knowledge: as like bardic knowledge, nobles have greater access to books, and may have read a plethora of topics to help them learn to be better, or worse, nobles. THis allows nobles to make all knowledge checks untrained, and can add 1/2 his/her noble level to said checks.
Inspire Confidence: as per the bard rule but with a minor tweak. The increase in bonus applied to those listening will be +1 every 5 levels. so at level 15, the noble can apply a +4 unnamed bonus to those listening. this effect lasts as long as the noble speaks, but should he stop speaking, the effects will last the noble level+charisma modifer in rounds. The noble cannot use inspire confidence and instill fear within the same combat.
Instill fear and doubt: the reverse of the bard rule. the noble has the ability to demand attention to himself, even in the heart of combat. with this attention, he is able to cast doubt upon his opponents, making them second guess their cause. perhaps he points out the infallacy of it all, perhaps he offers money. either way, his speech saps the will of those he and his army is fighting. this ability affects up to 2x the nobles HD in creatures if they are 4HD or more less than him, if less than 3hd or up to 3HD more he affects his HD in creatures. If 4HD or more above his HD, he affects 1/2 his HD in creatures. all creatures listening are allowed a Will save DC= to noble level plus charisma modifier plus 10. The noble cannot use instill fear and instill courage in the same combat.
inspire greatness: as per the bard special ability
inspire competance: as per the bard special ability.
Woodsman: (The Taint Discussion #16)
Natures warrior ability (3.0) is now replaced with favored enemy and favored terrain from Pathfinder’s Ranger class.
Favored Enemy List: Myrddraal, Trolloc, Draghkar, Gray Man, Darkhound, Country (Tear, Illian, Andor, etc…)
Favored Terrains: Blight, forest, Aiel Waste, Desert, Wetland/Marsh, Plains, Urban
Equipment: As per the WOTRPG book, pg 112. Take max starting wealth listed on the table and multiply by 5. Ie: noble is 5d6x10 at first level, equals 300mks. times 5th level, 1500 mks. pretty rich noble. You can purchase masterwork tools, but can only choose either a MW weapon, or MW armor.
unknown ter'angreal Everyone can make a d100 roll. on a 99-100, one of the items you purchased is actually a ter'angreal of some sort. I will work with you to figure that out and what not.
channeler selecting weaves:
Characters start with the number of weaves for first level, as specified in the wilder or initiate class descriptions. For progressive levels, Channelers are allowed to learn as per the WOTrpg book. Characters are also allowed to add a number of weaves known equal to single highest key attribute modifier for class. Ie: Initiates utilize both INT and Wis to determine bonus weaves per day. (example: Karli has a int of 17, Wis of 14. Based on these, karli can learn +3 weaves in total due to high Int modifier)
Restrictions: weaves found in WOTrpg and UtDB are allowed, so long as you qualify to the above
Choosing Weaves: If you meet the level requirements neccessary to cast a weave, you can freely choose any Common weave.
If the weave description says Lost, its not allowed. period.
If it is Rare, and you meet the minimum casting ability without modifiers (feats and such), you may roll a D100. If you roll above 90%, you can learn the rare weave
Background traits in the WOTrpg vs pathfinder:
The WOTrpg book has background traits built into it, but there is a limited selection. And a few of them provide an initiative bonus. You can use a pathfinder background trait, but it needs to be modified to the WOT setting with an apt descriptive text. Or if the WOTrpg book as a trait that you like, but has an initiative modifier for a benefit, we can work out a proper replacement.
Special note
Group size will be a max of 6.
im sure i have forgotten something. Any questions, just ask.
Hey Rizz, neither source materials confirm we start with the Human Racial trait Bonus Feat and Skilled. We did not use them in the previous games, but I thought I would ask if we are using them here. I'm just looking for all the help I can get with my fourteen point build :)

Humans are the norm here in the Wheel of time. As such no racial bonus exists.
Not sure yet what I'm going to go with. Wanted to see the starting place, and make sure we were 'hunters the horn.'

Ooof.
First glance, i see a Noble. Sink the 17 into cha, get the +1 for level 4, total 18. Having a charasmatic noble as "the face" isnt a bad idea.
Maybe put the 14 in charisma the 17 in intelligence and the 12 in wisdom. Dump all the physical stats, then I could play a smart nobleman who's weak, sickly and undersized.
He could say stuff like: 'That's what I do, I drink and I know things.'

Looking to prove himself in the real world?
A third born child wanting to see the world and possibly tell a great story. Especially if he's going 'Gleeman.'
As you know I normally play martial or 'skill' characters. I hadn't really read much about the 'noble' characters, nor the 'gleeman' prestige class. Trying to decide if I can put it together and if I'd go 'gleeman' or not.
Also trying to decide high charisma or high dexterity. Charisma apparently helps 'favor' and 'resources' but doesn't effect 'inspire' or 'coordinate.' Dex obviously helps AC and range or finesse weapons. Both of which would make him more help in a fight.
Just thinking out loud, well in type but you know what I mean
Charisma or dexterity 17 the other 14, intelligence 12, Wisdom and strength 9, the constitution 7. I know that's a bummer, but it makes him a sickly child that has lived much longer than anyone thought he would. Also, if he dies, I can reroll a new character and hope for better stats :)
Does armor stop you casting Weaves in this system? It doesn't look like it but I thought I would check.
nope. it doesnt. As long as youre not blind/vision is impaired, you can cast a weave.
also, just to point out, the WOT classes have built in Defense bonuses. You as the PC, will utilize either the defense bonus for AC, or armor and shield worn total bonus for AC, which ever Bonus is highest.
I know that armor doesn't stack without the class ability.
It looks like there are a lot of people wanting to channel. And I am not feeling inspired by what I am seeing there. So I am looking at doing an Aiel who got caught up in the moment or an Armsman or Dai'Dore Blademaster using the new skill.
Hm, not that bad as it usually is with me rolling. Not quite sure what to make out of it yet. Thinking wanderer of some sorts, possibly woodsman/armsman. Maybe going for blademaster.
@ GM are we doing character creation as stated in WoT?
Skill ranks done 3.0 method or PF1e?
Only difference is Feat progression and choices must be PF1e equivalent?
Just trying to mentally build him using WoT, PF1e and your House modifications.
Male Ebou Dari Wilder 5. Most likely Spirit and Earth but not certain as yet.
Str 13 Dex 16 (15+1 @4th) Con 15 Int 13 Wis 16 Cha 16
well.... I don't believe I had Matt's dice for my stats. Not really sure what to say or do about this one other than bow out?
Well I will still put a submission together. I suppose a Borderlander Woodsman might be the best option of having 4 Charisma. That being said DM, if you aren't allowing Improved Initiative is there anything that I could switch out the Partial Improved Initiative class feature they receive at 2nd level?
Partial Improved Initiative:
When wearing light armor or no armor, a woodsman can fight as if he had the feat Improved Initiative. He loses this special bonus when fighting in medium or heavy armor.
Thank you; although, I just finished rereading the WoT rule book just now and I have Int+4 (x4) in my brain now...lol.
Thinking Spirit and Fire for Healing Talents and Illusion Talents. I must admit though, that the Weaves are a bit underwhelming....Conjuration Elementalism Talents looks devastatingly fun...lol.
You don't necessarily have to have the Prestige Class to be a Whitecloak; they have Rank and file soldiers as well. I would imagine the prestige class is more likely for officers.

I'll ponder this. In the mean time, if you have an alternative, im all ears.
Thinking about going with a Woodsman Wolfbrother progression. Always enjoyed the Elyas/Perrin stories and their relationship. I was curious how you're doing the madness. Would you like me to roll them at each time I take the feat, or where would you like it starting out at 5th level if I were hypothetically picked?
I am tossing around the idea of doing Latent Wolfbrother & Wolfbrother for the first level feat at the cost of accelerated madness. But, don't want to end up like Noam and have completely lost myself before we even start.
I am just going to do some rolls in here so I have them. I am going to play it as if I were leveling him up as we go. The only thing I wouldn't have accounted or in his madness scores are for the times when he communicates with wolves or entering the wolf rage.
Also, which Madness will you be using? CRB (p. 210) or if its from Under the Dragons Banner, which Wolfbrother Madness Revised will you be using? Randy Madden's (p. 104) or Geoff Hall's (p. 106)
Now, I also just realized that you said that "when I'd roll." Did you mean you were going to roll these or is it okay I did? If you want to, I will stick with this same progression.
I was thinking of Wolfbrother that had been part of Logain's army, however If @Mr Clint wants to go the Wolfbrother route I can switch over to the next option, well 3rd option but I am not sure how to do a Algai’d’siswai Hunter of the horn.
If @Rigor Rictus is thinking a young Aes Sedai, I could be her Warder, You can't get into the PrC till 7 so technically I would still be a woodsman or Dai’dore
I'd be open to a Warder, especially from MrStr4ng3, as we've played together in many a game. Perhaps we can work something out. Probably, we would be incognito, with a mission of our own, only tangentially linked to the Hunt for the Horn.
I'm thinking that I'd likely be newly enough raised that she'd not have the distinctive face. Also, given the slowing, she probably looks younger than her true age (teenaged), and folk would be unlikely to believe it anyway.
In our old games, Rizzen had done away with the Warder Prestige Class, and replaced it with a template, if I recall correctly.
yup, i do the rolling. i keep track of the number. You have the enjoyment of wondering just how mad you are. LOL
Go with Geoff's version, pg 106.
Sounds good. I'll stick with the progression I picked out in the spoiler. Is this something I should know before creation, or just create away and jump in if I get picked?
Also, I might have missed it but is there a deadline for creation and are you wanting a full alias build or just a direction like I did?

Ceirn was happy to be chosen to go into the wetlands to find He Who Comes with the Dawn. He went with his fellows from the Taardad clan and started the search. Shortly into the search, Ceirn began to notice odd things occurring around him. He had heard stories of men who had the power of the Wise Ones. Those men, when identified, went north to burn out against the Shadow. Ceirn had sworn to go and find He Who Comes with the Dawn, and could not forswear the oath to travel north and take his pound of flesh from the Shadow before the curse of the One Power on a man laid him low.
Ceirn decided that Ji’e’toh required that he stay in the Wetlands and honor his oath to find He Who Comes with the Dawn, but he also did not feel that he could risk those who he was traveling with. And so he slipped further west and found himself skulking through the midlands when he heard that the call for Hunters of the Horn had gone out, and many were gathering in Illian. Ceirn quickly turned south and made his way down to where the hunters gathered. He determined that it was unlikely that two such mythical searches should be called at the same time without being connected.
Ceirn reached Illian in time to watch everyone gather for the Oath. When it came time to give the oath, Ceirn was taken up in the moment and joined with the others to swear the oath in the belief that if he could find the mythical horn it would certainly lead to the mythical man that the Aiel sought and help alleviate some of the obligation he was gaining for not turning north towards the Shadowlands.
And here are some

Aiel and Wilders get the same gold so the starting wealth should be correct.
I have a +2 Initiative from Dance the Spears. Can this be changed to +2 Stealth since so much of their fighting style uses stealth and ambush tactics? And I may be hiding a lot for so many reasons.
Is there any way to get MW weapons? I did not see it when looking through equipment but I have a lot of gold lying around.
My progression was 2 levels of Algai’d’siswai followed by 3 levels of Wilder for purposes of determining madness.
Every character that starts the game as a Warder-in-Training, or has spent time around Warders/Blademasters/Sword Form users knows Level 1 and 2 Sword Forms.
I guess that seems like a class Skill.
@RIZZENMAGNUS for the woodsman partial improved initiative would you accept a version of the Gunslinger Initiative? "if she has the Quick Draw feat, her hands are free and unrestrained, and the firearm is not hidden, she can draw a single firearm as part of the initiative check."
My Build does not currently have Quickdraw, but I could make room.

With this full attack action, you make an immediate attack when drawing your weapon, if you are within striking range (no move allowed). For the purpose of this attack, your BAB is considered to be half its normal value (round down). If you have the Quick Draw feat, you may take your attack action first, even if you lose initiative. {Requirements - Improved Initiative, BAB of +2}
