ok, This is one of the scenarios that I haven't played in season 1 and I really wanted to. Unfortunately, all my lvl 3+ PC's are busy so I want to play a pregen. However I don't really want to play a pregen since I tend to RP them poorly => my solution is to play my PC 'from the future'.

So I level up my PC to lvl 3 and play them, and the chronicle will be applied when the PC gets to lvl 3. Is there any ruling prohibiting such an approach?

Yeah, technically that's not allowed. That's what pregens are for. You can grab a pregen and RP them as your character though, as long as you don't change any of their stats.

Yeah what Larrathion said. You can go for a freaky Friday kind of set up (maybe it was that strange Varisian Fortune teller or possibly you volunteered for one of Kreighton Shaines experiments) but you mind is inside a pregens body. With all the pregens abilities not your own.

Damn, that is unfortunate. In that case, I will pick one of the lvl 3 pregens. I remember Tyranius having their profiles, anyone knows the link?

I will play pregen Amiri (barbarian): there is not that many options for lvl 3 :( And I dislike fighters so barbarian seems like a good another frontline.
