            Players,
I'm going to "pause" the game here to support you in assembling a Character Bar (or "header")! The reason is because having such information displayed helps DMs to quickly reference some basic stats without having to click around too much - greatly easing the work on my end of the screen.
If you haven't done so already, opening your Character's Profile, please put the following "standard practice" information in the following sections:
Gender
Ancestry (Heritage) Class (Subclass) Level
Race
| HP | AC | Saving Throws | Perception
Classes/Levels
| Hero Points | Current Conditions | Speed | Default Exploration Activity
Again, let me know what I can do to support you to do this!

GM, I Included a spoiler in the character header the necessary information. I hope you don't mind me doing it this way.
Correct me if I am wrong, I think characters have 1 hero point initially. Let me know if not, and I will remove it. Cheers.

Bot Tree
In the event a PC is "up" for more than 24 hours in Gameplay, this is a buddy system I use where players vouch to "bot" the missing player alphabetically before and after (and wrapping around) their own PC's name. To assist when you are out, please house "botting instructions" in your character's profile:
Dulcinea
Jacknife
Snoslun
Ysoldt

If it sneaks and hides we have a just less than 50% chance of finding it.
Or we start to run back outside the cavern into the open where there is less chance it can hide, it's colouring helps when in ice, but in pure fresh snow, it should leave tracks.
I kinda like brining it out into the open... get it away from where it has a natural advantage. If it stays in the cave, we can start to make a large fire at the entrance. Once the entrance is sealed, search for more entrances and continue to seal it's cavern. If it doesn't come out in the open that is. Choose a battleground where it doesn't have the complete advantage.

Not sure that is a good idea. We might spend weeks (months, if the cavern complex is large enough) looking for who knows how many entrances to the cave from the outside. We might corner it or try to surround it.
I have knowledge occultism, but I doubt that would help identifying it. Do we even know what it is?

            Ready Two Actions
Concentrate
Source 2.0
You prepare to use an action that will occur outside your turn. Choose a single action or free action you can use, and designate a trigger. Your turn then ends. If the trigger you designated occurs before the start of your next turn, you can use the chosen action as a reaction (provided you still meet the requirements to use it). You can’t Ready a free action that already has a trigger.
If you have a multiple attack penalty and your readied action is an attack action, your readied attack takes the multiple attack penalty you had at the time you used Ready. This is one of the few times the multiple attack penalty applies when it’s not your turn.

Someone needs to be designated to find it and point it out. That should be someone's focus.
Let JacKnife concentrate on damage.
Can someone cast heal or give him a potion?
My focus is to get the net on it or to grapple it or both. But I need to know where it is in order to stop wasting actions on ready. Ready helps but is expensive at 2 actions per round.
And the 4th player should also deal damage or debuff etc. and help find and point out.

We need to be better at this, we need to find an area where we can trap the creature (so blocking the creature in an area by staying in the 5ft corridor if we move ahead alone?), we need to identify the creature, (knowing the type for recall knowledge might help).
It might be more help if we leave 1-action left for pointing the creature out, so only use 1 action for movement.
How many actions to cause an ice cave-in along one of the 5ft tunnels to block that route off?
Jac has the worst perception, so probably best if someone can point the creature out, or if we fail, Jac goes in front and then at least gets an AoO, if it moves out of the square after attacking Jac. Bit worried about the breath weapon, which will be a killer.

Dulcinea if you drop a 'D' where you want to move to, one of us can move your token.
If you want to move into the corridor between Snoslun and Ysoldt, Jac can block the corridor to stop the wyrm getting at you and leave you closer to the action in a position to be more active.
One other thought we need the wyrm to always have to move to us, so that it only has 1-action to stealth, we then stand a better chance of seeing it. Unlike when it didn't have to move and struck at Ysoldt, then had 2 actions to stealth, failed the first and passed the second.
Happy to know what everyone else thinks we should do?

Just above my most recent post, it says The cavern is brightly lit.
Why is that? How is it lit?
Does the light contribute to this creature's stealth bonus somehow?
Is there some way to make it darker in here?
Or are we producing the light somehow?
I do think staying in or near the 5ft corridor is to our advantage.
I have a decent perception bonus, so maybe I should focus on that for now. I can also try a society check and see if that help ID the thing.

We need to act in concert, once we get together, we can then all act to seek, if needs be. If the creature is able to just change direction and hide, it's gonna be harder to find and hit, rather than be corralled into a smaller space, where we can close in on it and do some damage.
You're idea to grab or net the creature is good, as it will give us a momentary edge, anything to restrict its actions or movement.
So given Dulcinea moves into the corridor this round, and given where we are what do people think we should be doing next round, given that the beast's tactics are sneak, hit, sneak (not knowing quite what the breath weapon will do and how many actions it requires, which I think is only 1 action).
I think we can make a defensive line across from Dulcinea's current position across to the ice wall by the cavern (Jac in the middle of the 3 squares), then the creature can only attack from one direction and escape in one direction, we can then move together 1 action, seek 1 action knowing it's either to the north or south, if seen point it out and we can attack....
There's no point to seek and not leave an action to point out, for others in the party to attack, grapple etc, with whatever they have. We're probably gonna need plenty of health from potions and soothe spells, to keep us going.
God this would be so much simpler to plan at a table.
