Unclear; the damage type is not listed, but I'm going to say it's bludgeoning since it seems very, very similar to a kineticists kinetic blast (air), so yes, your DR will apply.

Blue druid's electricity resistance doesn't matter for the horn of the hurricane. He takes full damage.

Also, Navi is 30' directly above Grasping Storm and the druids. Urzaia is on the landing with the throne in front of Grasping Storm. How can he wind blast us both?
I don't think you're looking at it from a three dimensional point of view. (Take a look at the little side view map.)

It's a ranged touch attack that can target two different creatures within 120ft of grasping storm.
Also I thought it ignore the immunities and resistances of creatures with the air subtype, not all creatures, yes?

Oh, crap! I didn't realize it was only air creatures that it ignored their resistances.
As for Grasping Storm's pull attack, it shoulda gotten a -2 to hit on each attack, then. I guess it doesn't matter though.
"Grasping Storm can spend 4 points to issue forth two air blasts in the same round. If it does so, it takes a –2 penalty on both attack rolls. It must select two different targets within 30 feet of each other for its two attacks."
