3-action version of Heal states that it targets all living and undead in the emanation. With the Heals that Stroime and Flac tossed out I think everyone is at full hit points? I have a feeling this is going to matter soon.

Can you point me to where it says that Negative Healing allows a Fort save from the Heal spell? I didn't know that and can't find the rule anywhere, but I'm probably looking in the wrong places.

FYI, the 3-action burst version of heal doesn't give a sh*t about your willingness!

My options, admittedly due to the build by my own hand, are limited in their tricks. My character is a very straight-forward approach, unlike my usual.

I understand the rationale, but I wish we could edit outside of the allowed window for just such a reason.

My descriptions have been very dramatic, but I think it's fair to point out that the building is not actually beyond hope. So you have two main options at this point, each having multiple ways to approach it. A) Fix the problem, or B) evacuate the library.
The water is rising, but NOT in '6-second increments'. So you have some time to assess the situation, but it's not unlimited. Because of this I cannot assume anything about what actions you want to take.
I do need to report this tomorrow night IRL, but this is the last thing to resolve in order to do that. I can do the epilogue with the VC afterwards.

Maps
Fixing the problem involves things like Engineering/Architecture Lore, Athletics, Crafting, or other "creative solution". Anyone can make numerous attempts, you need 3 successes without crit-failing. Appropriate, non-cantrip, spell casting can give auto-success.
The books total 30 Bulk, but are extremely fragile. One skill check can move 5 Bulk: Library Lore, Crafting, Thievery, or other "creative solution". Failure is unacceptable. Spellcasting can affect up to 10 Bulk per spell.
Failing to fix the problem still leaves evacuation as a possibility. Destroying the books destroys the books.

Thank you all so much for this experience. I had absolutely no idea what to expect with a Play-by-Post game and you all made it a wonderful time. Apologies for the learning curve at the beginning and also thank you all for being patient as I figured it all out.
Earned Income for downtime. I do believe I've recently discovered Acrobatic Performer can't be used for this, although every GM I've played with until now has allowed it.
