Going to cap Recruitment at 4 (so, with Tarondor, UncleFroggy, and Brenael, we have room for one more). Doubt we'll get it because it's not repeatable but just in case.

I will be staggering the start to this, to allow Gameday games to begin in earnest. Will make noise when we lift off. If you would like to introduce yourselves early, however, Gameplay is already set up! Or wait. Either way.
