Got my chronicle. There might be a slight adjustment. The earn income result is *per* day, so it should be that times however many downtime days are granted for a PFS agent in one of the three school (not field-commissioned). Something like 8?

Per this page the amount shown is for the 8 days of downtime. However, Field Commissioned agents do get 11 days worth.
