What money do you put into the account? The account will have your name and Arthur's, under the guild Dragon's Glory? An account is easily done with only a 100 gold deposit.
The day is pleasant, there is a light breeze and there must be some flowers nearby as the smell is pleasant too. There are a few clouds in the sky but mostly it is a sunny day. The hustle and bustle of the city continues and there are many people on the streets.

It takes Arthur much more time to return to your shared room.
At about noon he returns to the Celestial Pegasus to see if Morrigan has returned. Opening the door what does he have to see?
He relays that not much information is easily gathered, sure they have many books about their history, within the last 200 years, but a larger library would be helpful. There is no note of the Stonefire noble line.

Mórrígan Iceheart |

Mórrígan had only put the basic 100 gold into the account, as she was unsure how much of the guilds vast wealth they would want to transfer at the moment. That was something she and Arthur would need to decide, as well as likely transport the coin.
When Arthur returned to their room he found a waiting Mórrígan, her armor was gone as was most of her clothes, save for the underclothes they start with in character design and her skirt. "Any luck?" She asked

Arthur Stonefire |

He comes in and closes the door behind him, locking it. As he walks into the room he relays, "No luck, not much information is easily gathered, sure they have many books about their history, within the last 200 years, but a larger library would be helpful. There is no note of the Stonefire noble line. Though their history does not add up to the Lore I remember about the game. We are likely in a world loosely based on the game. Or the game was loosely based on this world. Matthias will be a good contact. He is one of the few owners of magical shops that can create 6th levels scrolls. I sold him seven of our coins for 300 gold pieces. He is a retired adventurer. How did your ventures go? Should I disrobe?" He said the last sentence with eagerness as his eyes beheld Morrigan's beauty.

Arthur Stonefire |

He quickly took Morrigan's hand and his smiled deepened. Coyly he states, "From what I have seen, we likely could. Though we should tread lightly to find out what powers might rival us here. I wonder if they have active gods like most roleplaying games or if they are aloof and uninterested." He changes the subject and has a positive thought, "I would love to rule beside you." With that his other hand reaches for your chin lightly touching it, raising it to meet his wanting lips.

Mórrígan Iceheart |

Mórrígan pulled him onto the bed with her, her lips meeting his. The thought had been intoxicating when she first had it but to see that Arthur liked the idea of it as well pleased her greatly. Though she did see the wisdom in his words.
When their lips parted she grinned, "We've plenty of time." She told him. "Some down time before getting back into the fray?"

Arthur Stonefire |

He thought about it for a while and rolled onto his back to look up at the ceiling, then he asked, "What do you have in mind?"

Arthur Stonefire |

He smiled with glee as she moved to straddle him, he quickly quips, "I am interested just thinking about what else you wanted to do besides me?" With that said he pulls her down to kiss those lovely lips again.
As they kiss he works quickly at his belt and then with a few quick movements his pants were soon down his legs and then on the floor. His quivering member brushing against her. Then he started on his shirt...

Mórrígan Iceheart |

Mórrígan's lips met his and she hummed excitedly.

Arthur Stonefire |

After another night of rock star ecstasy, she would wake up to him spooning her. He was awake and pushed a few stray hairs to the sight of her beautiful face. He smiled showing off his pearly whites and pushed in on her.
After she fully wakes he asks, "What did you have in mind? I could spend days in their library. The capital is a weeks travel by horse, so we could do that in about a day. What do you think?"

Mórrígan Iceheart |

Mórrígan smiled as she woke to him and greeted him with a kiss.
"I plan to go house hunting." Mórrígan answered. "Need to find a place for the guild to work out of but I'm unsure what kind to find. If we call more attention to ourselves this place might not like us anymore." She half joked.

Arthur Stonefire |

He jokes back, "Find a quaint little cottage, I am sure we would all fit there."
He also quickly retorts, "And what if they don't like us anymore as if they get a choice in it." His grin matches his malicious thought.
"Shall we meet up for lunch?" He asked as he took inventory of his magical items. A minute later he was fully dressed and equipped shy his armor. He then secured his weapons, dagger on his belt, dagger on his boot, Chakram on the loop on the back of his belt, and then he looked at his greatsword resting against the wall and went to pick it up. With a quick incantation the sword disappeared. He comes back to the bed to kiss Morrigan and then heads off with a, "See you soon!" Unlocking the door and leaving the room.

Mórrígan Iceheart |

"Can you even fit in a quaint little cottage?" Mórrígan teased.
"This is true..." She smirked in return.
"Lunch sounds like a fine idea." Mórrígan said as she sat up in bed. She returned his kiss and waved him off before she got up and dressed herself. Pausing to look in the mirror she sighed. It wasn't her... at least not her body. But she couldn't say she was disappointed either. Not surprising when she made the character after all. Shaking her head she moved to the door, making sure to lock it behind her, and made her way out into the city.
She stopped by a few places to find somewhere that was selling property. "I'm looking for something that would earn respect on sight. No so much awe mind you, just respect." She told the agent.

Arthur Stonefire |

He just chuckled at the joke of the cottage and him.
With plans settled to meet at noon for lunch he set off. Happily humming to himself and practically glowing.
He went to the library to spend the morning there.

He was able to procure his wanted item. Then he spent a few hours at the library gleaming snippets of history. A bit before noon he headed back to the Celestial Pegasus. Stopping in the general room first and then up to their room if she wasn't there.

Asking a few questions of guards would get you to the Gathering Hall. It is in the center of town on Jewel Row. It is in Sapphire Square with all the fountains, it is the building with the large marble staircase before it. Most of the other buildings are temples there. The place was very busy and people were coming and going in troves.
Stopping at the front desk you find a secretary of sorts and she would be able to direct you to the 'land use' room.
The young attendant was pulling out books to show descriptions of the buildings for sale. His large flowing robe of station must be a hand me down as it is far too big for him and keeps getting in the way. He seemed nervous and rattled. He already had two parchments with descriptions on them but was looking for other ideal buildings.
The first option was truly grand. A mansion with 17 rooms and two wide spread wings. It was the furthest mansion from the castle. Though it still was in Mithril Row. This lavish option would cost you 400,000 gp. Though a monthly payment of 500 gp would be acceptable.
The second option is rather drab. Being a large multi room warehouse that used to hold clothes. The owners both died years ago and it has fallen into disrepair for the last few years. An office and three large warehouse rooms with lots of shelving and storage. It has a small discount of 1% off each year, and a repairing discount of 10%, totaling to 34,000 gp.
The third option that is put down in front of you is an inn within the Wood Row. It is rumored to be run by squatters and comes greatly discounted at only 13,000 gp. It should have a great hall, a common room, kitchen, privy, and five separate bedrooms. There is a lean to on the back of the inn, which works as a stable for the few mounts that come with patrons.

Arthur Stonefire |

On his way back to the inn, he would cast message and see if he can contact Morrigan that way before getting to the room. He just says her name for the message, "Morrigan." You would have to be within 200 feet of him to hear the message.
