Groff takes 1 damage after DR.
The blinded (Yellow) rast seems confused by the situation and how to get to its foes, but the other two rasts gaze at Groff in an attempt to paralyze him.
Groff needs to make two DC 14 Fort saves to avoid paralysis. He gets a 50% chance to avoid the effect for each attack because of averted gaze (on a 0 - 50 you do not avoid the gaze, but on 51-100 you do.) This is a supernatural gaze attack.
That's a lot of rolls to make. If you see anything that looks wrong let me know. Blind characters (or characters blind to a direction) do not get Dex or Dodge to their AC and take a -2 penalty but will count armor, deflection, natural armor and shield bonuses which is now I got the AC for Helgash and Tristan.

If the W Azer goes downm rotate second attack to the N one. I'm fuzzy on if I need to roll a miss chance on the Azer.

Zorblag |

I was waiting for Groff to roll the avert eyes/saves from last round, but it's your turns, yes.
@Groff, if you're averting eyes you just need to roll a miss chance when attacking rasts; all azers get normal attacks with no concealment. Having said that, you do have another 4 avert eyes/saves for the rasts to start your round before your attacks can go off. Also, the inspire courage is +1 for now.

4 more?
I must have missed something. What I saw was:
Groff needs to make two DC 14 Fort saves to avoid paralysis. He gets a 50% chance to avoid the effect for each attack because of averted gaze (on a 0 - 50 you do not avoid the gaze, but on 51-100 you do.) This is a supernatural gaze attack.
4 more would mean I have to make 6 saves vs gaze, and I cannot see how that is possible when there's only 4 rasts (that I'm not attacking).

Zorblag |

The four more are the four you would take at the start of the round if you're averting your eyes. The two you already made were from the active gaze attacks that the ones who can't reach melee made on you last round. It's part of why I was waiting for you to make the previous two saves before starting the next round, to distinguish between the two sets of them.
*edit* If you'd rather turn your back to the rasts and be blind to things behind you then you won't have to make the saves and they'd only be able to use the gaze attack (which you would count as averting your eyes to,) if they moved around to your front first. That would make you blind to attacks from your rear though.
Grimm, Helgash and Khoran will need to deal with 4 (or 3 for Grimm) gaze saves as well if they're not blinding themselves to them.

Helgash |

Helgash takes the hit from the blind Azer in stride, and decides to throw some of the caution to the wind when he sees things taking a turn to the worse, and Grimm paralyzed - "We need to step this up Groff - attack those threatening to paralyze us. They need to go down" - he grunts, keeping the pressure up.
At the moment, I think the Rasts are the biggest threat.

Damage if it hits: 1d6 + 13 + 3 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + 13 + 3 + (2) = 24

Zorblag |

Groff avoids the rasts' gazes once more and hits the azer to his west once. When it doesn't go down he hits it again, harder and this time, and it falls.
Helgash, throwing one sort of caution to the wind analyzes and then stabs at the azer to the east, risking and avoiding the rast gazes. He hits, but does not find a critical spot. I think you should be getting +15 on your hit with a studied foe, and the cold damage isn't rolled again on a hit (though the 1d10 for icy burst would be clearly.)
Rolling the opportune Parry and Riposte ahead of time is a good idea, like with AoO you expect. It'll kick in on the first attack that comes your way regardless of whether it hits (from the Yellow azer in this case, but generally from where ever.) Just be aware that it'll eat your AoO and, if you make the riposte, your immediate action (so your swift action for the next turn.)
Also, I should have had Khoran roll SR for the azers on the blinding radiance last turn, but I forgot, so we'll just let it go through at this point. Please if possible on your end remember that if you're casting a spell or using a spell-like ability on the azers you need to roll to overcome their SR in addition to whatever else is involved in the spell.

Grimm, perhaps having discovered the trick from his previous attempt, manages to avoid the gazes of the rasts this time and causes an explosion of glitter to erupt in their midst.
The azer and the yellow rast can't become blinded as they're already blinded, but it works just fine on the other three. Also, thanks for rolling the SR, that makes my life much easier! (Though for this particular spell it turns out SR doesn't apply.)

Ok, my current damage count is:
Tristan: 18
Groff: 21??
Helgash: 11 6 (Shield master with your protector familiar).
This is a survivable level...but I better not get paralyzed in case, So
Khoran uses his shield to completely cover his head from the general direction of the Rasts, and uses a hex on the northern (orange) azer.
standard action - Silkstring Snare on the Orange Azer - DC 17 reflex save or be entangle and anchored to the spot.
Ok, whether I get paralyzed or not I think the hex will go off; it's SU and thus qualifies as a "purely mental" action. Not sure how Zorblag will rule the shield thing will work, but I figure it's at least averting gaze, thus these rolls, if needed:
Miss chance, Gaze #1: 1d100 ⇒ 80 high is good
Saving Throw, Gaze #1: 1d20 + 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 2 + 2 + 1 = 19

Coal is in Helgash's backpack, not touching him and so shield master won't apply. In general though if a familiar isn't going to be out participating in the fight then it's combat benefits don't apply.
I'm tracking everyone's hit points on the fist maps and handouts slide (it looks like you're missing at least the first round hit to Tristan in your calculations, and a 1 hp hit to Groff.)
Using your shield to cover your head will count as averting your eyes as it's not turning your back to them completely.
Khoran successfully shields his eyes from the rasts for now and attempts to bind the azer to the north.

The Rast which had been blinded by the burst of radiance and the one that resisted both the burst and the glitterdust fly towards the now open spots in the corner, allowing Groff to take a swing at one as it passes.
Groff can make an AoO at the yellow (or brown if he prefers) rast, but will have a 20% miss chance do to diverting his eyes.
Once in position the Rast adjacent to him attempts to bit Khoran while the one further back gazes at the shaman.
Yellow Rast Bite attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10 miss

The final Rast drifts north and tries to shake off the blindness from the glitterdust, but otherwise does not act.

Green Rast Grapple vs Khoran: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15 grappled

The final rast casts a baleful gaze at Helgash, attempting to meet his gaze and paralyze him.
Helgash needs to make one DC 14 Fort save to avoid paralysis. He gets a 50% chance to avoid the effect for each attack because of averted gaze (on a 0 - 50 you do not avoid the gaze, but on 51-100 you do.) This is a supernatural gaze attack.

Yeah, encounters that simply have you making a ton of 'save or suck' saves are not very interesting. Even more so if/when you do not have the slightest chance to gather information regarding what you are about to face. But this is Frog God Games so I guess it is expected.
Avert Eyes?: 1d100 ⇒ 31
Fort Save: 1d20 + 9 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 9 + (1) = 14
I went to the trouble of calculating, and the probability of both Avert eyes and the Saving Throw failing is 12,5%. Yet it keeps happening. And another 2 points of Inspiration spent ffs. 2/6 left.
Zorblag before I post, did Groff's attacks take any of the Rasts down by any chance?

Zorblag |

Groff and Grimm both succumb to the rasts gazes and Tristan tries to assist Groff, but the look is just too compelling. Khoran, unable to move his body still, does manage to ensnare the rast that has grabbed him.

Helgash catches a rast's gaze as well and finds himself unable to move like Khoran, Grim and Groff.
