Hmm. Looking at the posts, it looks like we worked out Raptor and Jay going one way, and then Danny, Onyx, and Figment going another. Is that the right mix?

Raptor's last post seemed to indicate he was going with Onyx, Danny , and Figment. I wrote my post to accomodate whatever he wants to do.

I must have gotten confused. I don't think it's a good idea to have anyone off on their own.

Much better, thank you. The bandage contact lens should be removed today, and I can finally see well!

For those who are curious, this is the culprit. The docs remove the raised tissue - like the skin of a blister - and put in antibiotics, dilation drops for the iritis, and the bandage contact. It takes a week or so to heal because I tend to tear off large chunks.

That's why I went with the cybereyes. Also, I don't need sunglasses anymore.

Hi all. I know I’ve been quiet. Life has been busy, and I don’t check in here as much as I used to.

I think I’m going to continue to have difficulty being here regularly and following the game, so I think it is time that I bowed out.

This has been a lot of fun, and I appreciate everything you have put into it, Tilnar! I am sorry that I am not able to continue.

Partial reboot, I'd say. You lot finished this, get a few karma, turns out that Onyx and her brother were just too rough to get along with, and work from that point.

Of course, that assumes you three are in - and we can maybe steal 1-2 more.

Tilnar, partial reboot sounds good. I am in.

Jesse, you're comparatively the expert. And I'm a "play what you want" sort of guy, so I will not venture an opinion.

Unless Tilnar is running an unconventional game, a hardcore samurai may be important. Being able to suck up bullets and survive combat is a necessity if you are going to ever get into a fight. Just fighting a small group of gangers when your whole team is softies is gonna get you all killed.

Shadowrun comes out of an era of game design when it really wants you to cover various roles for your team, and there's a bit of an expectation that most teams will have a samurai, a spellcaster, and a decker, and everything else is negotiable unless you have a specific mission profile need (e.g. you are doing drone intercept so you must have a rigger).
