Unable to dodge the withering falchion attack, Seamus is cut in several places, a couple of them deeply. Hearing Izomandakus' the same time he feels his friends touch, he realized that he was invisible; not just invisible, but the good kind where he could attack. Sensing the idea of retreating was a bluff. As Kast moving over his shoulder Seamus realized he only needed to hold out a few more seconds until his friends could bring down the hurt. Knowing the fake monsters images needed popping like so many soap bubbles, he went to work with rapier and long knife shredding away at the nearest Lamma.

Rastaf summons further fire against the women as he burns off some of their manes. Izomandakus makes Seamus really invisible. Kast moves as fast as he can, twice, toward the battle. Seamus did drop an image in addition to his hit last round.
Rastaf does something heroic. Izomandakus doesn’t land a blow, but he does remove two images from Zaelsar. Kast double limps to provide flanking. Valena protects herself with displacement while mocking the evil priests. Seamus did indeed drop an image last round (in addition to his hit). He drops another image before a possible hit image: 1d4 ⇒ 2 image and then he scrapes off another image to end the round.
They smile as you add on the defenses as if it doesn’t worry them. The smiles widen as they each then channel negative energy! Bringing forth holy symbols of Lamashtu, they don’t seem to affect each other, but they do blanket all of you. Twice. Each. (once as a standard action and once as a move action)

Realizing he'd just called out while trying to stay undetectable, Seamus almost falls to the ground unconscious. Stumbling back, it was a strange sensation; he realized the odd necrotic energy had almost killed him, but all he could think about was which weapon he should sheath so he could draw out a potion. Rastaf channels his own energy to try and limit the opposition’s success. Izomandakus swings on Seleval, hitting images: 1d2 ⇒ 1 Seleval who only now begins to look concerned about the accumulated damage. His second blow removes the last image. Kast starts working over Zaelsar, starting with images: 1d5 ⇒ 2 removing an image. Valena, eyeing Seleval who has nowhere left to hide, feints and hits twice - once with a critical! Seleval teeters… and falls! Seamus badly wounded, steps back to heal a bit - and does thanks to Rastaf (who doesn’t need to see him to heal him with a channel).
Looking at the map it seems Izomandakus was actually attacking Zaelsar - his post confused me. I’m leaving the above as it’s tricky to track with all the images… :)

Making a mental note to thank Rastaf, Seamus draws his mithril long knife and heads back into the fight. Moving over the dead cleric, he bites his lip so as not to chuckle at Val's renaming of the two sisters. What good wad being invisible if you were making noise? Stopping on the other side of the last Lame-ia. Stopping opposite of Val and just under Kast, Seamus stabs at the creature with his rapier.

Rastaf swings away, and while he doesn’t connect, he does eliminate two images! Izomandakus hits once, images: 1d2 ⇒ 1, connecting with her heartily. Kast hits twice, images: 1d2 ⇒ 2, though the first eliminates the last image. Valena didn’t quite trick Zaelsar, and so only gets the one swing, which isn’t a crit, but it’s a solid blow which sets up Seamus who also doesn’t critical, but who does just enough to send the poor Zaelsar to the floor.
The damage piles on, and though the images did allay some of it, too much bled through, and the final lamia falls.
The area is quiet for the moment, but you know you’ve been heard and it’s only a matter of time now before more forces come for you. Do you take the time to loot, or press on to the trolls?

I had forgotten Kast's silence on the tunnel behind you blocking noise from that direction. So you might have a bit more time... There are creatures ahead who may have heard something and come curiously to see what it is, though that's less likely as you know the trolls are guarding the tunnel and likely won't leave their posts.

Watching as his friends lay it on heavy, popping the 'images' Seamus rapier thrust is actually able to pierce the creatures defenses. Stabbing the thing where he thinks it's kidney should be, he watches it go down.
Finally able to speak without alerting it to his presence, all he could think of was "That's for the fire."
Pausing to catch his breath he asks the half orc. "Rastaf do you have any more healing? I'm still in pretty rough shape."
Not sure how to go about getting healed while invisible, he sheaths his mithril long knife and dips his finger in the lamias blood holding up his finger, asking while Kast is frisking the bodies. "Kast if Rastaf doesn't have any more healing could you use the 'hamberder' wand?"
I'm happy to roll it myself, just wasn't sure if doing it while invisible would work or if we'd have time to waive the wand

The dragons, as imprisoned pets, have no loot of their own. The sisters however have a few magics and jewels.

Seamus and, I think, Rastaf, notice that the Lamashtu altar (the lights to the east that Izomandakus was examining) has been slid across the stone floor several times. Shifting the altar one more time reveals a small hollow in the ground below.
You find several vile books full of descriptions on how to disembowel, decapitate, drown, and otherwise slaughter all major types of giants and humanoids, especially in ritual killings and sacrifices. Many of these horrific sacrifices involve the opening of a victim’s belly, inserting a small but ravenous creature like a rat, and then magically healing the belly wound shut so that the creature is forced to gnaw its way to freedom in a mock birth. While horrific, these scrolls are lavishly illustrated by a talented (but demented) artist, and are worth 500 gp in all to a discerning buyer.

Turning towards Kast he realizes that Kast was looking right at him. Shrugging he answered, "Honestly, about half." He smiled, knowing Kast would appreciate a math joke. "Well maybe two thirds."
He looked towards the caves the trolls were supposed to be in. "Do we have time for more healing? I'm afraid the invisible will wear off Maybe we should deal with the Trolls first."
I count four rounds of combat invisible, Rastaf used one round to csw and three rounds to CLW, that's 8 rounds of 12 used up, Correct? Do we go now and heal later or use up the greater invisibility healing?

How do you approach the trolls? You know they're keeping guard on the hall, and that the walls are riddled with 1’ wide openings hidden behind furs which line the walls. You could try to ‘sneak’ by somehow if you wished, since you know they’re there.
Or charge in and slay them. Conna doesn’t care about the trolls one way or another - they’re just hired muscle. If you kill them, she won’t have to pay them. If you don’t, she might hire them as useful fodder. She would have noted that they’re stupid for what it’s worth. Though they’re more powerful with their claws and bite, as mercenaries they feel they should use weapons, so they wield ranseurs.
If you want to try and sneak at all, please roll stealths and take a double move. If not, feel free to take a surprise round and a single move or standard.

Rastaf DMPC moves up a bit to get closer. Valena squeezes dexterously through the gap before delivering a stab to the calf of poor flat-footed Durek. Izomandakus moves into position and threatens the large troll. Seamus sprints down the hallway, his back to the steepening darkness below.
Hurek and Durek are also wearing breastplates and carrying bulging loot-sacks at their hips.
Durek laughs, ”Hr, hr, hr…” in a sort of rolled tongue way that makes it sound a little like he’s choking. ”Little lady has sharp stick.” He’s still smiling with Izomandakus brandishes his flaming weapon. ”You first.”
He swings with his Ranseur, somewhat clumsily really compared to the lithe claw/claw/bite routine of the last trolls you encountered. But he swings hard…

Something about the troll’s diction combined with the utter banality of “Little lady has sharp stick” sends Val into a fit of laughter. ”Cayden’s overflowing cup…haha…give me a moment, will you. Gods above! Hah!”
She finally recovers enough to launch a couple of attacks, but she struggles to maintain proper form as she continues giggling.

Rastaf draws his falchion and moves to attack the troll, but he can't get close enough this round.
So, he uses an old fallback to do a little damage. A little damage is better than no damage.
