Think Nic Nic will stay up for a while longer so will shift to attack.

With another voice of power, Panarug commands the undead shambler to keep up its attack on the skeleton.

Briney dodges with an expert back flip - the spinning motion wobbling like an ovular sinusoid as the disproportionate weight of his head to his small body aggravates what might otherwise be a smooth rotation!

He lands, and looks at Nic Nic like "did you see that!?" but she seems busy so instead, having also thrown off his own inner ear, and unable to reconcile a physics that connects with the creature, he scrambles to the northernmost side, running between it's legs, in hopes of knocking it onto it's back as well as boxing it in!

Possibly losing his balance and falling prone himself!

GM - is "9" a critical failure?

Botting Guz!

Smiling at the full battle, Guz calls down the power of Gorum two-fold. First, to suffuse his foe with positive energy so as to weaken it, and second, with his enchanted greatsword, carving into the marrow, sundering it both spiritually and physically!

The giant skeleton falls into a pile of bones which then break down into dry bone dust before being blown away by the wind.

Just then, with a warm green light, the paper lantern smoothly ejects a small humanoid figure with moss-like skin and a conical hat. The kodama bows to you and thanks you for both returning it to its home and dispatching the usurpers that had profaned its grove while it was imprisoned. It gifts the now non-magical relic to you and affirms that you will forever be welcome in its stretch of the Forest of Spirits.

The kisune briefly approaches you following your triumph over the villain. He offers you a low-grade cold iron katana followed by a blessing from Pharasma. After doing so, he quietly disappears into the woods.

With the villain defeated, you can lead the caravan safely along the remainder of the Spirit Road into Minkai. There you reunite with Amara Li and present her with the paper lantern relic. She is relieved to see everyone returning safely, including Lin Po and Ti Lan. She listens keenly to the tale of your exploits in the Forest of Spirits, fascinated that the relic housed a trapped kami all this time and that neither she nor her benefactor had any idea. Finally, she suggests that all of you take a well-earned rest before embarking on new adventures.

The scenario is over. Could I please have your downtime rolls.
