Magnus shook out the banner on the pole at his back and called out, "I am Magnus Stormshield, standard bearer of the fallen Therdan Guard and sworn warden of Angradd and all the dwarven gods. Magnus moves in and cuases the one nearby bandit to slink back a bit behind the boxes.

Red is still hidden to you, so you head towards green

Since Green technically Critically Missed Galadir on that second attack, he'll take advantage and use his Reaction to use Opportune Riposte

Opportune Riposte:

Teja bounds up the crates to surround the mage. However he is still too wiely to get hit by any of the attacks thrown at him.

The mage calls down some more lightening

Then calls down an arc of lightening on her and Galadir
Eletric Arc: 2d4 + 4 ⇒ (1, 3) + 4 = 8
Teja Reflex: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23
Galadir Reflex: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
Both both are able to stay out of the way of most of the blast.

Then clambers across the top of the crates out from between the two combatants.

Everyone can act again

Galadir shakes off the electricity coursing through him and gives the devious mage chase. Once he reaches his foe, he continues his attacks. "You will not escape that easily!" he calls out, finishing his attacks with a spin and a flourish.

Galadir and Teja nimbly catch up with the mage and with much more ease this time strike him down.

After taking a moment to survey the scene, Themolin finally arrives. He takes a look and shrugs. "[b]Well looks like I have more reason to leave now. Just put the bodies under some crates for now. Also feel free to take what every you think will travel well. I won't need it now. No one should be coming here for a while. I don't have any shipments scheduled so it will be a while for anyone notices the lack of actvity. I hope to be long gone from then.[b]"

The bandits did not have much, and on Barrabalus is his spellbook and an empty potion bottle. You are able to find some more portable treasure as your payment for your services.

At this point you have made contact with everyone and you have time to prepare. So who do you want to ship out though the cove on the Rolanna’s Prayer and how do you want to deal with everyone else though main gate

The ship can only take 4, correct?

Once they are 'sitting around the table' planning, Galadir states, "The obvious answer would be to put Daffrid and her family on the Rolanna's Prayer. Just a family outing to see the world."

"That would mean the others are going through the cove... and our makeshift raft." notes Teja.

"Think we could smuggle a giant out somehow?"

Teja The other way around. You need to figure out which four you will take though the cove, then the rest though the main gate. Given that there is plenty of time, I am going to assume you get enough rafts prepared. Depending on who you have for the main gate, you will have different issues/challenges

Yes

the opening spiel said 5.

"That's not a bad idea, but if we did that, I would want Daffrid with us. Seddothrum trusts her and her family, and faking servant papers would be easier if the 'servant' knows the 'employer'." Katerina thinks about that for a moment, before adding, "I say we send Flitch, Themolin, 'Garrla', Yurag, and Vurna to the Prayer, then when we leave on the Mayfly, we set up travel papers for a sabbatical for Daffrid, who needs her family and trusted servant along for the studies that she needs to do in Magnimar."
