The stairwell ends at a small, curved foyer facing a broad set of heavy, iron double doors that block further passage. Shallow alcoves flank the doors on either side. Each boasts a statue of Cayden Cailean, one holding a massive flagon, the other hoisting a large sack. The latter is badly chipped and one of its arms lies on the floor, broken off at the shoulder. Across both doors is a message scrawled in blood. The doors appear to open inward, and though they are closed now, they show signs of having been damaged when they were forced open.

The archives are a series of wide, interconnecting hallways with high, arched ceilings. Long, stone-topped reading islands run down the center of the halls, dividing them. Dust and cobwebs cover everything, easily marking the recent passage of several large creatures. Tall shelves line the walls, filled with assorted tomes and grimoires. Some of these bear recent damage: shelves smashed and singed, and books lying in scattered piles, torn, tattered, and burnt. Ten feet from the door sits a large desk covered in an assortment of dusty tomes...

As Andor moves further in he notices the archives consist of an 80-foot-long central passage, with shorter passages bisecting along the north and south
walls. Before he can proceed further, he, and only he, hears a whisper and then immediately he finds himself surrounded by the same kind of darkness from before; neither he nor those of you by the entrance can see through it...

Torean walks in warily unused to darkness that he can't see through. He holds his warhammer at the ready. "Can't see nothing in this magic mirk." He waits as Kat dispels the darkness, then tries to spot the mage who is doing it.

Kat dispels the darkness once again and Andor comes into view...and he flies back in your direction...
You see no signs of adversaries, demonic or otherwise...but from Andor's reaction, you know foes must be near...

As his companion pads forward, the archer pulls his bow from his shoulder in an easy practiced motion and draws an arrow tipped with dull grey iron from his quiver. "Wilk'll give us 'n idea where we might find somethin', but you'll 'ave t' act fast t' take advantage of it 'fore th' demon moves." As he speaks, his eyes take on a golden sheen and his unkempt hair takes on the appearance of feathers.

Well, halving the damage, then subtracting 10 for the DR, means me attacking the demon is mostly pointless =)
Soooo.... this will get a little complicated with no other info to go on...
"There... but not there." Shirley complains, as the shadowy demon appears, clawing at Rudzig. "We find more."
Not a big fan of incorporeal enemies, he decides to find more solid foes. He urges Effy forward with a solid smack to her flank, and follows Rudzig's wolf's indication that there is an enemy to the left somewhere.
Using Chameleon Step hunter trick to double Effy's movement for the round. Them moving Effy forward and to the north, waiting for the owlbear's scent ability to automatically pick up the target once adjacent (if its concealed), or to actually see it, if its just hiding.
Effy does not take squeezing penalties here, due to compression.
So with a 100' (or is it 90'?) of movement, she should be able to complete the complete loop if needed, all the way back to Wilk... or until she finds someone else.
If a target is detected, she will overrun it, and Shirley will hack it either before the overrun (if it comes into actual view) or after the overrun (if it has total concealment)
No clue what order these might come in... so will just throw up a bunch of rolls, and apply them in the order they come up, if at all. Included miss chance if they are invis.
He and Effy get a +4 bonus for flanking, despite not being flanking, due to Pack Flanking and Outflank teamwork feats

Oh, didn't notice the compass was 90 degrees off. His intention is to go the direction Wilk indicated... so will go right instead, along the backside of the shelves? and loop around if he sees nothing.... or break to the actual north if he sees something in the fog-of-war covered direction. She has 150' of movement to work with (and could bump it up to 200' if needed)
Removed the last arrow, and added a new one, with a branch if it comes up... Exact ending point depending on what he comes across.

No indication of where this voice is coming from? They obviously need line of sight... so that would go both ways.
Though if invis, then I would have needed to be within 5' for Effy.

I followed your loop around and past the statue since you didn't spot anything. The voice is coming from behind you and it has LOS. You did not come within 5' of it in your move, hence it must've moved there during its turn just before you heard the whisper. When you turn around, you will be able to see it...

Following Shirley's roundabout route, Andor flies 60'; he can barely make out what appears to be wings sticking out from a humanoid creature hiding behind Cayden's statue to the east...
Wilk sniffs in frustration as whatever he smelt before is no longer within his nose's range...
Rudzik and Eorsten make quick work of the shadow demon; a mighty blow from the paladin's axe along with the ranger's uncanny accuracy, as all four arrows find their mark, destroy it utterly...
A shadowy shape emerges from the wall to emerge behind Shirley and Effy...a long claw reaches out...
