I think Tik is right about the init, that should be +1. I think the STR should be 1 higher (at the cost of another stat) as well: the 10-point but only allows adding stats.
I took the liberty of entering your character build into PCGen (it's a free program I use to keep track of my character - sadly it's no longer being updated, but it's got all the core rules in it). I've shared files for you below - let me know if that is useful. PCGen is not perfect (it didn't pick up some of the Lashunta spells), but it' a good start.

The RAW do not explicitly state that. I suppose a case could be made in Step 4 that is the implication of what is written, but I never read it that way until you brought it up, probably because every other system ever created allows for it.
It does say this on page 18: "These rules allow you to customize your abilities to build exactly the character you want."

It does, however, state that you gain nothing for reducing a statistic below its value after species penalties (if any).
Alright, please be extra helpful and help me find that in the book.

Rilynn is the worst fighter in any group she's in, and that includes this one with two mystics.
Zoey, Tik, and Tech are probably the front line, simply based on HP, so go ahead and grab the light armor for yourself. We're going to have to be smart and lucky when we get into combat. Seriously, our first combat encounter could be a TPK.

I'm built to be ranged, so it looks like T| might be our only frontline fighter.
If we're worried about it (and if it's not too late GM) I've got a level 1 solarion I can swap in who is melee focused.

If we're in a shooting contest we're gonna lose. One bruiser to go in and at least create some AOO and absorb a few hits would be helpful. Although a lvl 1 Solarion is a bad trade for HP with your Lvl 2 Tech. At least you can use the heavy armor.

It's really only a 3 HP swing, but I see what you're saying.
Personally I think playing with the hand you're dealt is part of the fun of organized play. I'm willing to give it a shot with whatever we have, I just wanted to put the option out there for anyone feeling worried.

It's a good thing that Starfinder doesn't have the PF2 mechanic where really messing up an Aid Another roll penalizes the person making the main check. Tik is too short to pull off a Gordon Ramsay with two slices of bread.

We have a lot of loot that we haven't used so far:
two basic medpatches (+10 to specific medicine checks),
a brown nanite hypopen (gives lesser remove condition),
two commando serums (+2 to acro and athletics (!) and a temp HP),
a grappler ,
a mk 1 ring of resistance (+1 on worst save), and
100 feet of titanium alloy cable line
adamantine alloy survival knife ,
an autotarget rifle with 25 rounds ,
a brooch of shielding,
a brown force field armor upgrade, and
four mk 1 serums of healing
Since we need acro/athletics to maneuvre in Zero-G, why don't two of us down that commando serum (I've got +5/+5, so I'm not priority). We can use the rope to make a line in the waiting room, so we can always hold on to that one?
If we need a runner, Zoey has 40' of movement plus +5/+5 on acro/athletics checks. If we tie a rope around her waist, she just make it to the lone flag before running out of rope. We then just need some pulling to get her back. Some backup would be nice, though.
On the other hand, Tik is even better at acro stuff.

I have another idea. Rilynn can cast Disguise Self to sow confusion or to make a late run at the enemy flag if we need it.
To that effect, I'd like to take one of the Commando serums, the Survival knife, and one dose of the mk 1 serum of Healing.

Reviewing the Team Moxie character slide... They have a stealth drone and another character that specializes in stealth. How do we deal with that?
GM, when we encountered the team earlier, what was the method of propulsion for Shonvyzam's stealth drone?
Sort of related: might we need to have a discussion about mass vs weight in zero-g as it relates to "bulk"?

Who has the lowest Acrobatics/Athletics? In my opinion they should get one of our combat serums or just play defense with the flag.
Can we use the grappler to grab the neutral flag from farther away?
