Pharos Alexandria |

She attaches her glaive to her pack with a quick slip of it between her shoulders in response to Alia's words. Then offers, "Lilianne, I will take your kindling."
She has suppressed her hair as it barely gives off the light of a candle and only is a deep red now.

Lilianne Nightshade |

Lilianne will order the searching to stop after a while. They would have pulled back a bit from the scouting location to the less stealthy of their companions (such as Aramyros and his horse) to get the kindling.
"The quicker we act, the better. We want the light. Once it becomes dark some of you will struggle more," indicating that she will not struggle at all. "This actually shouldn't take too long once we get going."
When ready, she will head to her position and get ready to run once the fires kick up.

Thorn Slivertip |

Not enough time? No biggie. I can go without the Mutagen then. thought we'd have encountered something earlier hence I used it.
Thorn nods as he passes what he collected to Lilianne.
Moving towards his designated spot, he waves to the others that he's off. Making sure that Aramyros is with him as he moves.

GM Wolf |

Aramyros and his horse slowly follow Thorn, he lets the distance grow but not more than 30 feet.
Lillianne, Thorn, Andrei, and Aramyros can go really slowly as you only need to travel half the distance and without a load. Add +5 to your Stealth if you go a quarter your speed unless you want to go at half your speed.

Alia Silverleaf |

She sees that the guard next to her exit is sleeping. She puts down her load of wood carefully. Then she puts a arrow in him when 5 feet away, coup de grace.
Then she goes back to get the wood and lays it out to burn. Soaking the wood with two pints of oil. She then backs away climbing a tree and is ready to throw an alchemist fire as her other hand holds onto her bow.

Pharos Alexandria |

She walks up to her spot... seeing no goblins she begins to lay out the wood in the exit. She puts her hands on two logs beginning to warm them up. Once they begin to smoke she pulls out her glaive and becomes large.

Aukan the Goliath |

With the log and extra bundle he and Blaze made a nice block from exiting here. With Blaze's words he begins to shift along the rock to find Andrei.
1d3 ⇒ 1 1 Andrei is closest, 3 the furthest.
Aukan gets around the rocks, unsheathes his greatsword, and gets to the first exit. He sighs as he finds Andrei hiding to the side. He makes a quiet tick with his mouth to alert Andrei that he was behind him... 5 feet away.

Andrei Fidecupe |

Andrei is slightly startled by Aukan's arrival, but keeps his head as he quietly as possible creeps up to the sleeping guard with his rapier at the ready.

Thorn Slivertip |

Stealth 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Thorn has an easy time of it as he finds his side empty of any guards. The woods also seems to make way for him, covering him from hostile senses and he too sets up his wood, bringing out flint and steel to light the fire in an old fashioned way.
Once that's done, he slinks back into cover once more, ready for the ambush.

Lilianne Nightshade |

Surprise Round
As the fires start to block in the goblins, as planned, she sneaks up into position.
Stealth+Blend Half speed: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (19) + 15 = 34

Pharos Alexandria |

Round 1
An blazing curtain of shimmering violet fire springs into existence bisecting the camp in half.
No flames or added heat seems to come to Lilianne's side of the flaming wall but goblin screams can be heard from the other side.
Next rounds
She produces flame and adds to the artillery until she has a target in melee.

Aukan the Goliath |

Round 1
Aukan pulls one of his javelins free from his back and throws it at the nearest standing goblin...

Next rounds
Alia begins shooting into the crowd of standing goblins as does Blaze...

Andrei Fidecupe |

Round 1
Sadly the group is too spread out to all gain the benefits of a bless spell, so Andrei cautiously advances into the goblin camp, rapier at the ready, waiting for an ambush attack from the underbrush.

Aukan the Goliath |

Lilianne Nightshade |

I'll roll for round one, but I don't even know what happened in the surprise round? Is there a result to my action? Is it dead? Super dead? Still alive?
Round 1
Lilianne readies an attack on any goblin coming her way and will spring out from behind the rock to slice it down at the feet of the one she skewered who had fallen asleep on his post.

Thorn Slivertip |

Round 1
Thorn hunkers down, ready to charge out at the first goblin he sees.
Ready action to charge, 1st goblin in range. Just not into the fire as well.

GM Wolf |

Oh sorry! Thanks for letting me know in my mind it was rather evident... my bad for no recap.
Surprise Round
Lillianne cuts deep with her blade and you are sure it is dead and will never wake up. Andrei's goblin appears dead too.
Round 1
A wall of fire springs up in the middle of the goblin camp, it is 20 feet tall, spreads past the camp, and you hear screams.
A javelin skewers a goblin that was standing up, it was about to scream for the fire then went up a few more octaves.
Thorn readies himself and his weapon before the exit for a clear charge at the first goblin in line of his exit.
Aukan grabs hold of Andrei then releases him.
As Lilianne readies to strike a goblin that comes through the exit.
The goblins are nearly awestruck by the flames that appear, by the screams the rest of them wake up and gather. Nearly 30 goblins and 20 goblin dogs gather. One armored goblin with a rather large looking maul exits the large tent and wonders at the wall of fire too.
Thorn eventually one of the goblins pass through your line of sight, you charge 20 feet and strike the goblin.

Thorn Slivertip |

I knew I forgot something.
readied Charge 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 2 = 141d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9 Terrible rolls.

Lilianne Nightshade |

Round 2
Lilianne sees that most of the goblinoids head toward Thorn with extreme prejudice. He had shown his hand, and that was fine. She anticipated as much would happen. Now, in the area in front of Thorn, a black tar-like substance of grease will spring into existence, forcing those who would come face him to be on slippery ground.
"Idiots...now they will have to filter to us if they want to get at him without falling over."
Casting Grease. Reflex DC 15

Andrei Fidecupe |

Round 2
Andrei sees his comrade in a heated battle with a multitude of goblins.
"Come, Âukân! Ţhorn needș our help!"
The varisian makes his way over to aid the secret elf.

Thorn Slivertip |

Round 2
Thorn is more then ready as a host of goblins and their ugly pets come towards him. With shield braced and Mace in hand, he lowers it slightly in preparation of smacking the next goblin to come close to him.
He didn't fail to notice the greasy tar materializing in front of him. He was going to use it to his full advantage.

Round 2
He shakes his head at the cleric letting him charge into the fray of his own choice. He quietly cursed under his breath at the actions of the group.
He moves after the cleric, though after his first 30 feet of movement he stands within range of the assembled goblins. With a great side slice using great cleave he rended three heads from bodies.

Lilianne Nightshade |

Can she see Aukan moving to help Thorn from where she is? And he is essentially abandoning his post and allowing goblins to escape if they come that way? Also, since fire is blocking the other exits now, can we assume that since a third of the goblins are all in one spot that they are a definite target for the fireball launchers of our group?

GM Wolf |

Round 2
Grease appears before Thorn. Andrei moves out to stand beside Thorn. He doesn't see the oil slick and is able to avoid falling. Now standing adjacent to Thorn with rapier out. Aukan moves into the village stopping at the first collection of goblins slicing them into pieces.
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23 goblin mob
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 goblin leader
The pint-sized goblins who make up this chattering, shrieking mob hold jagged swords and bare jagged teeth. Some get slowed down as others charge into Thorn and Andrei using the momentum.
Reflex: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
damage to Thorn and Andrei: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 1) = 4
The armored leader leader dives back into his tent, the largest tent.
Round 3

Lilianne Nightshade |

So to clarify, it should be:
Rock - Big Fire - Rock - Big Fire - Rock - Big Fire - Rock
Rock - Aramyros - Rock - Thorn/Aukan/Andrei - Rock - Lilianne - Rock
So there is still no way for them to escape, despite him moving, right?
Round 3
Things seem to be going alright. Goblins haven't thought to attempt any other exit yet and are bottlenecked to where they can only be fighting one at a time versus the two of their people. Now with them struggling under the grease, they all are at a serious disadvantage. Lilianne seeks to make them struggle even worse and increases the area of grease underneath of them.
Another area of grease behind the area already made. So a 20ft x 10ft area of grease is affecting them.
She hopes by making the mass of goblins struggle to stand it will give the fires more time to spread and then will present a continual target for Blaze and others for area attacks.

Thorn Slivertip |

Wait he moves into the village? Seriously? So who's changing the plan yet again? lol.
Reinforced by Double AA.
I honestly don't know which map we are on. I looked through all of it and I can't match to any of them so I'm just going by written descriptions.
Round 3
In common, Taldane.
Looking up as the figures of Andrei and Aurkan joins him. Thorn turns his head to look at them as he sees Aurkan crash into the mass of goblins going into the village.
"Wasn't the plan for us to bottle neck at each of our respective points? Why are you and him here? What about your guarded area?"
Looking as he sees Aurkan take the heads off a trio of goblins.
"Once again, seems like the plan is rendered different again."

GM Wolf |

Round 1
A wall of fire springs up in the middle of the goblin camp, it is 20 feet tall, spreads past the camp, and you hear screams from the other side of the wall.
A javelin hits the ground next to a goblin that was standing up, it was about to scream for the fire then went up a few more octaves as the missile stuck in the ground next to him. He screams and points at Aukan.
Thorn readies himself and his weapon in the underbrush near the exit, his fire there is smouldering. He waits for the first goblin to come into his exit.
Aukan grabs hold of Andrei then releases him.
Lilianne readies to strike a goblin that comes through the exit but none come.
The goblins are nearly awestruck by the flames that appear, by the screams the rest of them wake up and gather. Nearly 30 goblins and 20 goblin dogs gather. One armored goblin with a rather large looking maul exits the large tent and wonders at the wall of fire too.
Some of the goblin dogs sniff in your direction...
Round 2
Most will likely wait with their readied actions. Let me know if you change your mind.
The armored goblin goes back into his tent shouting instructions in goblin. Some of the goblin dogs venture to the exits, with the smoke from Thorn's fire they avoid his exit. With the close scream of the one goblin that then gets skewered by another javelin the goblins and goblin dogs charge with fury.
As the mob comes to Aukan and Andrei the goblins get bottlenecks, only one can go through at a time. If the first one gets killed by Andrei the others might flee. Otherwise the others filter through surrounding the two of them. The AAs get an AoO on the first goblin dog if you choose.

Aukan the Goliath |

Round 2
Aukan taps his little mechanical bird on his shoulder. Which wakes up and begins to sing.. He then pulls another of his javelins free from his back and throws it at the screaming standing goblin...
Javelin: 1d20 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 10 + 1 = 29
damage: 1d8 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 8 + 1 = 15
Then he waits in view of the goblins standing behind the rock with both hands on his great sword. He whispers, "Hey Andrei can you enlarge me?"
---
As the goblin comes between the two of them he swings and cleaves into the rock above its head.
Greatsword of Mastery with flanking: 1d20 + 16 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 16 + 2 + 2 = 21
damage: 3d6 + 16 + 2d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 6) + 16 + (2, 5) = 38

Lilianne Nightshade |

Assuming a Goblin Dog came her way.
Round 2 AAO
Lilianne waits patiently. Sure enough, the sound of padded paws comes closer. No doubt the dog can smell her, but that doesn't mean that it knows where she is, especially downwind. When it comes into sight, she leaps out with her sword in a charging motion into the gap between the rocks so as to block its path.
Melee Attack vs Flat-footed: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Damage+Painful Stare: 1d10 + 5 + 2d6 ⇒ (6) + 5 + (4, 4) = 19

Andrei Fidecupe |

Round ?
Andrei tries to take some of the pressure off of Thorn, attempting to widdle down the swarm.
MW Rapier: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Dmg.: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Thorn Slivertip |

Round 3?
Thorn continues holding the line, striking where needed at too eager a target rushing in.
Attack, randomly enemy 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 81d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

GM Wolf |

Round 2
There is no threats in front of Thorn. His small fire has done well to keep the goblin dogs away and soon likely more.
Lilianne missed the goblin dog. It sees you now.
Andrei swings his rapier and sticks the goblin dog but it does not fall from the wound. goblin dogs: 1d4 ⇒ 4 surround Andrei as the same amount filter around Aukan. There are a lot of goblin dogs.
Round 3
The goblin dog in front of Lilianne snarls at you and is about to lunge, but you get to act first. Two other goblin dogs wait for their turns behind the first.
Players first!!!

Aukan the Goliath |

Round 3
Being surrounded was ideal for Aukan. He secured his two handed grip and with full force cut down all around him. Then he stepped into the bottle neck ready to help Andrie. Blood and gore fell in his trail. He grinned at it with a glint in his eyes.
Round 4
He sliced down the two goblin dogs between him and Andrei with the goblin that moved into the bottleneck. With a guttural yell he scared off the others behind the body he just cut down.

GM Wolf |

The bottlenecks make it so only one goblin can face one of you at a time. The fire wall holds strong for a whole 10 rounds. By then the screams from the other side have stopped. In those 10 rounds you each take down 4 goblin dogs and a couple goblins. The goblins see the death of one of their fellows and scram away. Eventually another one inches forward with enough courage... then *splat*!
At this point in the battle of waiting, Round 10, the chieftain in armor emerges from his house and begins to shout orders as he holds a great axe over his head. Roiling the two dozen goblins into a frenzy.
The goblin in padded armor and a skull over its head walks over to the chieftain. With a gnarled staff in one hand, the other hand draws upon magic and a spell is cast upon the chief. He enlarges to the size of a portly orc.
The fiery opaque wall stops and shows the other half of the burnt goblin village. It takes time for some of the goblins to get enough courage to move over there and they are punished with an arrow or a fiery blast. Those of your allies on the other side keep the goblins pinned down.
I am giving you a chance to do something else before more happens.

Aukan the Goliath |

He looks at Andrei and asks, "You got this so I can go and cleave?"

Andrei Fidecupe |

"Yeş!" The cleric answered breathlessly. "Once âye em done here. Âye șhâll mâke for dâ şhâmân!"

Lilianne Nightshade |

Seeing the battle turn in their favor, and the goblins meeting their demise, Lilianne now sees the chief emerge and the remaining forces dwindle. She is covered in goblin and goblin dog blood and her blade drips readily. The last thing she wants is for the chief and his spellcasting pet to head over to anyone else on the far side dealing with the remaining goblins, so she calls out to the others on her side in a loud voice, "Alright! Let's get them! Aukan, everyone, charge in!"
She will rush in first toward the goblin chief, hoping that Aukan and the others will take care of the remaining masses and meet her in the fight against the chief. With Thorn, Aramyros, and Andrei hopefully coming too, they should be able to dispatch the remaining two, no problem.
How far away is he?

GM Wolf |

6d6 + 10 ⇒ (3, 5, 4, 3, 5, 4) + 10 = 34 feet. Lilianne is 35 feet away from the chief. As she charges forward many of the goblins scurry away. The chief would be 55 feet away from Aukan and Thorn.
challenge dice vs. Lilianne: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 7 + 1 = 17
---
After Aukan takes down another round of goblins before him a solid goblin figure in armor with bones adorning it raises against him.
challenge dice vs. Aukan: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
challenge dice vs. Aukan: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
The goblin is no match for Aukan and he quickly realizes it. He changes to other tactics and does its best to use poisoned needles instead and keep this foe at reach, at least. Then Aukan went for a final blow and succedded. The goblin rolled on the ground in at least two pieces but it snickered at the goliath. "I have one last present for you!" It coughed out before pulling a cord. Alchmist fire, acid, oil, and some alchemist bombs ignite. They explode and Aukan is able to get clear of the explosion but it sends him clear over the rocks of the perimeter of the camp.
challenge dice vs. Aukan: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
The loud explosion likely stops the battle of the others for a brief moment. The Chief swears under his breath, and looks at Lilianne uneasily.

Aukan the Goliath |

Aukan moves forward and sweeps his greatsword slashing goblin bodies into pieces.
challenge dice: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
His greatsword stops upon the armor of this sturdier goblin. He hops back as its hooks reach out to cut his flesh.
Aukan sees that the other goblins have lost their fear due to some unique ability of this foe. He cleaves again aiming at the fodder first and his greatsword comes upon this foe last.
challenge dice: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
He continues to hue through goblin bodies but this foe is evasive. He goes for a high jump in order to finish it quickly as whatever was coated on the needles slowly began to have effect upon his body.
challenge dice: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
