Vision of future?:
You find yourself in a forge of sorts. Lava drips down from above randomly you feel drops of it infrequently. Lava pours in streams down the wall into different forges. You see teams of folks working the billows as Efreeti walk by with fiery whips. Dwarves are bundled up and work hard on weapons, armor, and more for their tyrant overlords. Then out of the smoke you see Jafar's face grinning with pleasure. You hear the voices yell for freedom! They anguish under his rule.

This muscular woman has golden skin, hair that appears to be literal flames that acts like hair and hazel green dual colored eyes.

When ready for combat she assumes her large giant form ready to rock with her blazing glaive.

Change Size (Sp)
Twice per day, an efreeti can magically change a creature’s size. This works just like an enlarge person or reduce person spell (the efreeti chooses when using the ability), except that the ability can work on the efreeti. A DC 13 Fortitude save negates the effect. The save DC is Charisma-based. This is the equivalent of a 2nd-level spell.

Glaive of the Mighty Curse:
Yes it can, how would you like it to augment the Blood rage? It could increase the Str, Con, or Will bonus by +2. Or it could let your rage last an extra round. Or something of the like. It will augment any 'Special'. For Pharos it will augment her Special of 'wishes'.
Its curse: Can only be used by and elf of an alignment of CN alignment. To bypass this one of the requirements: Roll a d20 each day:
1: Character must attack the nearest creature when it happens is determined by the DM, most likely during combat.
2-8: Character’s vision is blurry for the day, (–2 penalty on attack rolls, saves, and skill checks requiring vision).
9-14: Character must make a Will save or take 1 point of Intelligence damage.
15-20:Character must make a Will save or take 1 point of Charisma damage
