Welcome back, Losonti! If it's a foregone conclusion, I don't mind skipping ahead to things that you and others might find more interesting. Clearing the rest of the garrison might be tedious now that we've had the big fight already. I would be interested to see how all of us who follow Iomedae deal with the things that have been defiled, but that's a more of a character note rather than something that needs a lot of back and forth. :)

Greta will certainly be interested in getting a ring of protection at some point, but for now has no objection to one of the squishier PCs taking it. Currently, her two biggest priorities are trading her chainshirt in for a mithril breastplate and upgrading her hammer (which she can do herself in one day, once she can afford it).

Also, I know (now) that the wardstone shards are actual magic items, but I'd still really like mine to be embedded in my hammer, if that's okay? I think it provides a really cool explanation for it becoming mythic with me, and would look really cool. Also, bane [evil outsider] will be the next enchant I add to it, so there's a tie-in there too.

Ideally, I’m hoping not to activate it. If we get in a pinch I’ll let you know that I want/need to use it, but I’m hoping to add bane pretty soon- all I need is 8 hours and 3,000g (less if you’ll let me count the value of the shard as part of the material cost).

I’d suggest keeping the wand of daylight around, who knows what we’ll be up against next and whatever monster dropping darkness globes on us would be awful. Caliban will pass on the gear since nothing is of real benefit as outlined above.

Well, the breastplate is no doubt an upgrade, as is the shield. But I also think I'll be taking one of the longspears. Reach is a great benefit for me (and better defense than AC).

The ranged stuff I can use, but my Dex is +0, so it's good if it's the only option.

I'm all for selling as much as possible. I can enchant my own weapon now as long as I have the money to do it, and my next armor upgrade (mithril breastplate) is gonna be pricey.

Yeah, Radiance might be slightly more advantageous. But consider that Tristan has limited rounds of bane each day, and using this sword would mean he wouldn't need to use them vs evil outsiders.

Tristan takes the +1 longsword and the group sells his +1 mace for 1156gp
Tristan since you piped up you get the +1 blinding heavy steel shield Benedic can take the mwk one.
Massielo takes the +1 breastplate and a mwk cold iron longspear.

I got all these changes up on the loot sheet.

It looks like Junior has Craft Magic Arms and Armor. Does that mean that he can/will enchant armor for us? If so, Benedic will enchant his plate armor to +2 (2,150 gp) and his light shield to +1 (650 gp). Also, if he can afford it and it's possible, he'd like to add an Iomedan reliquary to his shield (+250 gp, needs an NPC with the Craft Reliquary Arms and Shields feat).

I have no idea, but it seems to me like something for which a crusading army might have a specialist. It's pretty nice, basically turning a shield into both a holy symbol and an altar, and it's not very expensive.

I'm short on buying a mithril breastplate, but (with my scale) I'm not really hurting for a better AC right now, I just have to decide if I want to save up for the breastplate or enchant my hammer right away (the latter is probably going to win out).

@Junior- look how popular you are now! I just hope you weren't planning on having any fun any time soon because it looks like you're out of free time for the foreseeable future, lol.

I was doing some digging this morning through Magus - and I am going to wait until next level when I can wear medium armor for any upgrades, since it is available at level 7, and mithril breastplates seem like the rage then.

Yeah might have to do for now, doesn't make sense to invest heavily in light armor only to unlock medium next level to me.

Mithril breastplate is light armor, if spell failure is what you're worried about... it still requires medium armor proficiecy, which you don't have yet, but it's armor check penalty is only -1 so it wouldn't be that big of an attack roll penalty for the next level if you decided to buy it early. Also, I call dibs on Caliban's mithril breastplate when he finds something better.
