Oxnard Kettlebeak |

Clearing through another a room H6 that looks like it was formerly a storage room, you check another abandoned house, and then a third finding yourselves in a room which connects out into another.
You can either progress forward into H7 or backtrack down the walkway to check the H4/H5 rooms closer to the H3 pit area

Talios Yintargo |

"Glad to hear it, Kage. This place is looking like a maze. I still want to push through and clear out the goblins either way, just worried if some are going to get behind us or escape." Talios muses.
Okay with pushing through H7 or going back to H4/H5. I can watch the flank if necessary.

Mitsuru Hisakawa |

Bluff: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23
Mitsuru's ears twitch involuntarily when Kage mentions Shalelu, but she hides her face by stepping up to the next door. "Hold on, let me see what I can hear in there."
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

Oxnard Kettlebeak |

As you move through H7
Then, as you move into the next room, sure enough- another group of four goblins!
Emili Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Kage Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Tenchi initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Mitsuru Initiative: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Rin/Red Oni Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Talios Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Goblin Initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Round 1
The goblins get the jump on you!
The one in the corner Dark green/different marker chants and waves his arms- he is casting a spell!
The one holding the fire work shoots it at Tenchi:
Firework: 1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (10) + 2 - 4 = 8
The other two goblins brandish their Dogslicers. Readied action to swing in melee
Dogslicer: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1
Dogslicer: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14

Turn Order:
1. Goblins 25
2/3. Red Oni & Kage
4. Talios
5. Tenchi
6/7. Mitsuru + Emili
That will bring up the party- how I rolled ties for both pairs of the same init modifier I do not know

Talios Yintargo |

Hearing combat, Talios quickly moves up in case Tenchi gets injured, but see a clear line of sight decides to fire at the goblin (Teal).
"Lean to your right."
Longbow: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19 Ignores 1 person of cover.
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 3

Emili Vhaddruddr |

Emili likewise sends something flying past Tenchi’s ear, though his missile is actually his whip. The shepherd tries to catch the goblin in front and pull them off-balance - maybe even to the floor!
Trip, Whip: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 6 + 2 = 10
Ooo boy. If that fails by 10 or more (which is possible due to cover), Emili will drop the whip rather than become prone himself.

Rin Kaijitsu |

"We should flank them." Was all the Red Oni said before she sprinted outside. With a running leap she flipped onto the platform behind the goblins.
Double move action, jump on to the platform.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16

Mitsuru Hisakawa |

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Moving through the room, Mitsuru notes the stash for later, when there aren't goblins trying to kill them. Using the other members of the party as a distraction, she steps past the first door around to the next corner. The amount of debris lying around for her to bump into makes hopeless any ideas of a stealthy approach.
Stealth: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8

Oxnard Kettlebeak |

Round 1
The Red Oni charges out and around jumping back up to try to come up behind the goblins!
Kage follows on his somewhat shorter legs.
Talios shoots his bow, catching on goblin in the shoulder with an arrow.
Mitsuru also moves to position attempting to do so more quietly.
Emili attempts to trip with his whip, but misses the nimble creature. It is NOT more than 10, so no need to drop the whip
Turn Order:

Mitsuru Hisakawa |

Spellcraft because I forgot to roll it earlier: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Pointing at the caster, she yells out "That one first!"

Oxnard Kettlebeak |

Round 1
As Tenchi steps into the room, the goblins swings at him, one of them hitting, but not deep.
He chops at one of the goblins, but misses!
Round 2
The goblin cleric turns and heads out to the other door, his eyes going large when he sees the Red Oni before him on the back platform!
The fireworks wielding goblin steps back and fires at Tenchi:

Mitsuru Hisakawa |

Mitsuru steps around the corner behind the cleric, ready to strike once the Red Oni is in position.
Readying an attack for when Rin moves into a flank with me.
Damage: 1d4 - 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) - 1 + (5) = 6

Kage Kurai |

Kage Kurai skitters up the ladder and around, coming to a halt just behind the Red Oni. He ducks down and fires a ball of acid between her legs, striking the caster squarely.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24The goblin probably gets cover here, but it won't matter since it's a 20.
Damage: 1d3 ⇒ 3
Confirm?
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Damage: 1d3 ⇒ 1
Nope.

Emili Vhaddruddr |

Emili tries again to catch the goblin's foot...
Trip, Whip: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 2 = 9
...and overextends himself, dropping the whip to the floor with a dull clatter. The shepherd scrambles to catch it before anyone else notices, glancing around at the others to gauge their reactions.
Standard action to trip, drop whip, move action to pick up weapon.

Talios Yintargo |

"Another volley coming in.." Talios says as he fires through the opening again but the close quarters has his aim off.
Longbow: 1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (11) + 2 - 4 = 9 Ignores 1 person of cover.
Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 2

Rin Kaijitsu |

As the Red Oni moved to flank her opponents, she was surprised to find a goblin running her way. Thankfully the goblin was just as surprised, giving the Red Oni enough time to swing her Hanbo at the small creature's collar bones.
5ft step, full attack
Hanbo; Dual Wield, Flanking: 1d20 + 3 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 3 - 2 + 2 = 9

Kage blasts the cleric with an acid splash!
Talios fires past Tenchi, but the small goblin is elusive and his shot misses.
Tenchi swings, missing as well.
Mitsuru attacks the goblin cleric, her dagger finding home in its flesh!
Emili attempts the trip again, but frustrated at his failure switches weapons.
Round 3
The goblin cleric invokes his foul god and lets off a burst of negative energy.

Pushing through the pain from the cleric's channeling, Mitsuru tries to finish the goblin off before he can do more harm.
Dagger with flank: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 3 + 2 = 22
Damage: 1d4 - 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) - 1 + (1) = 1

Emili Vhaddruddr |

Emili cracks his whip again, relieved that nobody seemed to notice his fumble earlier. Or maybe they just didn't want to say anything right now...
Trip, Whip vs Orange: 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 6 + 2 = 14
Attempting to trip again. Bit of a pain with all these small rooms and blocked doorways, but that's how it goes sometimes.

Talios Yintargo |

Seeing Tenchi get hit once more, Talios moves behind him.
"Right behind you Tenchi, going to get some of those wounds healed up!" he warns as he gently puts his hand on the worst of the wounds, hoping to not get attacked by reflex.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 1 + 2 = 9 I forgot the extra +2 from my trait (Rescued) when healing Emili as well, if we can toss that in.

Rin Kaijitsu |

The Red Oni was able to resist the goblin's foul magic, but it left her unable to concentration on her attacks. She swung wide with her hanbo, only connecting with the air.

Oxnard Kettlebeak |

Round 3
Talios heals Tenchi. I lost track, but I think Emili went back to full and took a new wound for the 2 HP? Because of the order this heals Tenchi of the existing wounds and the channel negative.
With another crack of his whip, Emili finally finds purchase to trip the goblin!
With a blow from her dagger, the goblin cleric's eyes boggle and he seems severely wounded! Staggered

Stepping over the fallen goblin, Mitsuru enters the room, taking advantage of the distraction caused by Tenchi and stabbing her dagger deep into the goblin caught in between.
