Gregor is looking after Father Kerndrew darting away when the next blade is swishing down from the ceiling this time slicing along the door to finish anybody crashed by the falling bronze.
Unable to move he is can only wait for the blow, but at the last secoond a click is heared from inside the room. The blade stops and then slowly retreats up into the roof. Shortly after the sheet of metal also retreats upwards freeing Gregor.
The room is back to its orginal state. There is a pool of blood in the centre and alcoves on both sides. There is a second door on the other side of the room.
Shalissa
"Yes! Exactly there Kerndrew!" Shalissa shots and hold her breath as the axe almost chops Gregor's head.
"Thanks Sky Father" smiling in a much better mood she approaches and lends her hand helping Gregor up "Come. Let's go. We do not need to wait here for the trap to activate again. Let's go through those doors at the other side"
Waiting for the front-liners to open the doors north, she smiles again "I only want to see your own axes swirling" and casts guidance on Gregor.

Davor quickly scans for any traps on the door and opens it. Unless he finds one....

Judging from this cathedral-like chamber’s decor, this area must have once been a significant temple dedicated to some vile god. To the west, a few steps lead up to a shrine presided over by a ten-foot-high statue of a beautiful, fanged woman, save that instead of arms she possesses two upraised bat-like wings and instead of feet her legs end in talons. She looms over a glistening altar of blood-red stone that seems to weep blood into a trough below; this trough of blood runs the length of the room before disappearing to the east through a set of bronze bars in front of a wide opening in the wall that drops away into darkness. Stone pillars support the roof 25 feet above, and two dry fountains sit opposite each other against the walls in the middle of the room. Three large alcoves, one to the south and two to the north, contain complex wall carvings. The entire chamber feels unnaturally cold, and from time to time strange disembodied whispers slither through the air.
On the opposite site of the room in front of one of the alcoves your eyes are immediately drawn to a creature like you have never seen before. The figure reminds you of a lizardman but with much slighter build and a serpentlike head coming out of her bright red robe. The Woman(?) is holding a small notebook and seems to have reading some inscription on the wall, buthas now turned towards you.
"You! What are you doing here?"
There are also 4 skeletons standing around the room. I also added a picture of the serpentfolk woman and and detailed map of the room.

I don't think a new save is actually warranted in this circumstance; Kerndrew is just continuing to attack his previous target, and he already failed a save to resist attacking Gregor. Without a clear shot to Yarzoth, she steps back and starts summoning "I can also bring an ally, your god has no power any longer in this plane of existence!"
Father Kerndrew
Forgot to point out that Kerndrew has a +2 to his AC vs. Yarzoth from smite evil; that obviously doesn't change anything on this attack, however.
Initial save
Fortitude DC 17: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Str damage: 1d2 ⇒ 2
Kerndrew's Initiative
Fortitude DC 17: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
With a pointed nod to Davor, Father Kerndrew steps to the side and pauses briefly to allow the half-orc to mirror his action to gain the flank, then strikes.
5' step
Standard: readied action to attack Yarzoth after Davor moves or attacks
longsword, bull's strength, smite evil, power attack, Str damage: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 - 1 - 1 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 1 + 1 - 1 - 1 = 10 +2 if Davor flanks
damage, S, bull's strength, smite evil, power attack, Str damage: 1d8 + 3 + 2 + 3 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 3 + 2 + 3 + 2 - 1 = 15
Davor Krill
LOL! I'm an old-timer. I forgot that a 1 isn't always a fail!
Davor continues jabbing with his dagger, side-stepping with Kerndrew to gain flanking.
Thank you Father Kerdrew! 5' step and sneak attack!
Attack with Dagger: 1d20 + 2 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 + 3 + 2 = 8 BAB,DEX,Flank
Damage if that hits: 1d4 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 1 + (2) = 6
Well.... A 1 on an attack roll is a fail! :(

Now that the battle is finally joined for good, Davor and Father Kerndrew fall into there practiced routine and attack the Preistess from both sides. But the snewy body seems to be quite accomplished at avoiding the incoming blades and both miss wildly.
With the path cleared, Gregor is fianlly able to step up and slashes at one of the blured serpent images sorrounding the statue. As soon as his axe connects the images disappears though, leaving the Prietesss unscated.
Botting Gregor
Battle axe: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
DAM: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Blur 1-20 misses: 1d100 ⇒ 75
Mirror Image 3 hits: 1d3 ⇒ 2
Feeling secure in her protective spells Yarzoth continue to bite after the hostile paladin trying to take him out of the battle.
Yarzoth
bite: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (13) + 14 = 27
Dam: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
You need to make another Fort Save DC 17+2 during Yarzoths turn.
If you make it I rule this as the second consecutive save so you will be free from all poison.
If you fail, you have now two doses of poison in you making the DC 19 and the damage on fail double, while resetting your concecutive save count back to 0
You can make the Save on your initiative at the end of your actions, so any additional strength losses would only come after you have attacked
Battle Status - Characters in bold may act

"Father of Lightning give us an industrious ally able to stop the serpent charmer!" as Shalissa completes her casting, a celestial giant ant materializes over the statue.
With her ant legs climbing over the statue, she tries to bite and grab the serpent priestess.
bite+higher ground: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 231d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 plus grab
sting+higher ground: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 221d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6 plus poison (Fort DC 14; frequency 1/round for 4 rounds; effect 1d2 Str; cure 1 save)
Grab+higher ground: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 7 + 1 = 11
Critical?: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 41d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
With the ritual finished, Shalissa tries to spark the serpent, but as there is no clear shot from her position, she instead waits and readies an action. If the priestess tries to escape, she sparks her once there is no cover and shooting to melee penalties for Shalissa.

Lightning: 1d100 ⇒ 73
Father Kerndrew
Fortitude DC 19: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
Str damage: 1d2 ⇒ 2
Father Kerndrew feels the additional poison begin working more in his system, further eroding his strength even as he presses his attack harder on the serpentine priestess.
Standard: attack Yarzoth
longsword, bull's strength, smite evil, power attack, Str damage, flank: 1d20 + 7 + 2 + 2 - 1 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 7 + 2 + 2 - 1 - 1 + 2 = 20

Davor Krill
Davor growls at his terrible miss, and adds, "Your magic can't protect you forever! You're surrounded and we will kill you!"
Attack with Dagger: 1d20 + 2 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 + 3 + 2 = 20 BAB,DEX,Flank

Blur 1-20 misses: 1d100 ⇒ 43
Gregor Kardoff
Gregor smiled at the insidious snake creature, even though his guts turned at the reptilian countenance he struck out. he was having a hard time with it though and missed both times.
battle axe: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 91d8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
handaxe: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 221d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Mirror Image 2 hits vs Ant: 1d2 ⇒ 1
Blur Gregor 1-20 misses: 1d100 ⇒ 87
From all sides the hits now rain on the priestess who is no longer able to escape the precise hits and bleeds from various wounds.
The critical from the ant missed due to blur, and the sting attack hit the mirror image. Everybody else hit at least one attack.
When you think you have her cornered and are preparing for the final blows, she touches the face of the statue with her bloodied hand and instantly turns translucent.
You watch in awe as she begins to fly towards the ceiling.
Everybody gets an AoO before she is above your reach. Afterwards you can also act normally on your turn, but not reach her anymore with melee weapons.
Refresh dice: 1d20 ⇒ 1 no game effect I just had an D20 in memory due to a mistype

Kerndrew must make another DC 19 Fort Save on his turn or take another 1d2 damage. I think he could need some help, and you found something on your adventures that would be helpful here.
