"Behold! For I am the Eldritch, a being of cosmic and dark powers! I call forth the powers of Acid and Storm from my very fingers, and blast enemies with the arcane arts I have mastered!"

Eldritch uses Arcane Strike with Gloves of Arcane Striking to deal splash damage to clustered enemies. Each enemy that takes Arcane Strike damage suffers -2 to their saves for 1 round due to Riving Strike. I also utilize a Cat Sith familiar, which has permanent See Invisibility.

Finally in my bag of tricks is my Ring of Invisibility, which when combined with the Vigilante ability Startling Appearance and Frightening Appearance, forces my enemies to remain flat-footed each time I appear visible for a full round attack. Combine that with the Mystic Bolt 30ft Touch Attack (SU) ability, and I can barrage a target's Flat-Footed Touch AC.

The scale still makes them a little small, unfortunately.

So Shirley has proposed going through the way you haven't been, and said he was thinking of staying back if you encounter the area the reaver busted through before.

The other two have said either stair works, and said they *do* plan to stay within 20', even if it means going past an area they saw the reaver bust through before.

Need commited decisions from the group about which way you're going.

I want to give Eldritch plenty of room to scout. And then follow him in whatever direction he is leading us. In a dungeon, let the scout make the call, IMHO.

Which stairs is irrelevant, that's whichever one Eldritch wants to go up. The point is just to take the direct way there, instead of the long way around and walking though through the trap again, which would be unwise.

Shirley would have just went straight to it. We were already at that same door earlier, so its not really new territory.

Ok, if you're trying to do so stealthily please roll a stealth in gameplay, otherwise don't worry about it.


Please position your character wherever you'd like to be. Keep in mind, you don't know how the reaver will get in. I'd like to start the final encounter later today so we can finish by our deadline.

If you haven't moved yourself (or indicated that you don't want to move) into the main room with others, I'll move you to at least all be in the same room. Not being in the same room can be problematic when stuff happens...

No worries. Bardsong is a competence bonus and Fervor is an untyped bonus. They stack!


@Shirley Do you have a way. to challenge without a swift action, because of the indomitable mount? Also does Effy have something that let’s him charge through difficult terrain?

I didn't hit any difficult terrain did I? (Wheeling Charge allows me to make up to a 90 degree turn during a charge, so was straight up the middle)...
But even without that, Effy has Feather Step going on her. So the difficult terrain gets ignored.

As for the challenge bit... for some reason I thought it was a non action (like raging) ... been a while since I played this guy. =)
So you can ignore that bit for now.

The reaver busted in two hours after you guys first entered, so I think the feather step would have faded.

You could have easily challenged it last round (as opposed to delaying) and cast your second feather step, which is a retcon that requires us to change nothing, so lets do that.

Yes you can attempt to distract it, butI just read the mechanics, and it works off fascinated, so it won't help now that its taken over 120 damage. Unfortunately.
