I am good with whatever AP GMJester would prefer. If he does not want to run a second RoTRL AP, I am fine with that. I might need to make some minor tweaks based on what he chooses but I am open to pretty much anything.

Well, here is Audri as a cleric. I will tweak her accordingly, depending on the AP we end up playing.

Her new backstory, fluff and stats are on her profile page. :)

Well, I didn't mean for Audri to have to reskin as a cleric but it looks like a fait accompli, so we will just go for it. Appreciate your willingness to make some minor changes and stand for a second table, especially Timerus who is re-classing (I can live with Arcanist if tis your preference...And yes, I know Bards are arcane, but really only a half-caster, and at higher levels, you will need the firepower most likely.

I really don't mind running another table of Runelords, but will give you a multiple choice question rather than an open-ended one. Please vote only once, but you can also rank your preference, if you wish.

1, Runelords
2. Curse of the Crimson Throne
3. Shattered Star
4. Some homebrew which we could also set in Varisia to start.

Makes me know never mind. We will do this by majority or highest rated if no clear winner.

Just so you're aware, I have no problem in playing either a druid or cleric, GMJester. I have created two character sheets for Audri (both are saved on my comp), and, whichever you and the other players feel works best that's the one I shall put into play. They are two of my three favourite classes to play anyway, so I'm flexible. :) Depending on which AP we run with, I'm sure there may be some final tweaking to characters.

I'm going to rank my preferences in order from most favourite:

1. Shattered Star
2. Runelords
3. Homebrew game
4. Curse of the Crimson Throne.

Liberty's Edge

My preferences:

1. Shattered Star
2. Runelords
3. Curse of the Crimson Throne
4. Homebrew game

If Ariarh does not want to play a Cleric I can whip up a Paladin who leans into healing.

Between the Paladin, a war priest and a Paladin with extra lay on hands, we should be ok in the healing department.

Liberty's Edge

I meant a druid, a warpriest, and a paladin. We probably don't need two paladins.

I'd like to keep Malt as is. I would like to try whatever we do with Audri has a druid. The only concept that has to be re-skinned is Timerus, as an arcanist. Would still like to see that build while we decide what table will play.

You might be light on in-combat heals, but you should be able to resource magical healing otherwise, it'll just have to be more of a priority to get that from outside means.

1) Shatter star
2) Runelords
3) homebrew
4) Crimson throne

Im flexible though, no real preference

@Vylatka: Excellent, thanks. :) I think we have a skill character in the form of Azari, the archaeologist bard, yes? And, Timerus said he'd be happy to reskin his guy (as an Arcanist) to fill the arcane position.

I think that completes us on Table 2:
1. Galador: Human Warpriest
2. Audri: Half Elf Calistrian Cleric (Herald Caller)
3. Malt: Half-Orc Rogue
4. Azari: Elven Bard (Archaeologist)
5. Timerus: Possibly Arcanist (at this stage, if the GM allows for the hybrid class as he mentioned he'd rather core classes).

We just need to agree on an AP with the GM. I'm still good with GMJester making a second table for RotRL. Have you got a preference?

If an Arcanist is unacceptable I can go Sorcerer with Tim

Liberty's Edge

Ok so let's make it Shattered Star and I'll stay Arcanist.

I'll work on him over the next few days

Alright. Audri is back to being a druid. I, however, changed her archetype from World Walker to Restorer which helps a little more with her healing ability. I adjusted her backstory to reflect this and tweaked her skills accordingly so she has trained healing now. :)

That seems like 4 votes (Galador has not chimed in, but sounds like he is busy this week) for Shattered Star. Wow!

Unless G-Man has a major objection, we may pivot that way then. I have not run that AP, but have played the first little bit. I will need to do some studying, but welcome the challenge.

There may need to be some revision of campaign traits and therefore backstory, but I will lay that out once we hear from Galador.

Thanks to Dread for agreeing to remake his bard into an arcanist. Perhaps this weekend I will get a new thread set up for us to use in what may be an adventure around Magnimar instead of Sandpoint.

Liberty's Edge

Oh now, you embarrass me, kind sir!

As Ariarh is as intelligent as she is talented, I would echo her preferences in this matter. (Moreso as all the titles mean little to me. I seem to play every RPG except Pathfinder most times, so this is a bit of me stretching my horizons.)

Heh. I also believe in the Rule of Two: If two of the party have agreed on a thing, then let us do that thing then!

But good then. As GMJester, the superman that he his, feels up to taking on a challenge, then I welcome it. Challenges are rarely boring, so this would speak to more success, I should say!

Fine then, it seems that it is anonymous...(jk)

We shall move over to the rarely played Shattered Star campaign, which is at least laterally derived from Rise of the Runelords.

The link to the Shattered Star Players Guidep is here. It is also a free download from Paizo site. You will have to change out the campaign trait from Runelords for one from this text.

I would expect the trait change will also change backstories somewhat, as will the change in location. The adventure assumes you are initiate members into the Pathfinder Society (more info in the free download), so you'll have to incorporate that into your background somehow as well.

I will give you a few days to make necessary changes, and will get a thread up on Friday or so, linking it here.

I think I'm going to give Audri the campaign trait 'Exchange Agent'.

From reading the player's guide, animal companions might not be a great fit for this campaign because of some of the dungeon crawls through narrow corridors. I may need to look at picking up a domain instead. I'll have a think on it.

Alright. I have made the necessary, minor adjustments to Audri's sheet. Her backstory reflects the changes.

I decided to go with Fire (Ash subdomain) for Audri instead of the animal companion in this campaign. The domain seemed to complement her faith and archetype. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I gave her the 'Exchange Agent' campaign trait.

If there are any obvious errors, please advise GMJester and I'll correct them.

All the new info is on Audri's profile page. Thanks! :)

Malt is updated for Shattered Star.

i'll rework the backstory asap. shouldnt be too hard

Except for fine tuning the gear Timerus is ready.

completely done

Done as well, turns out Alabaster outcast worked perfectly with a different part of my background so not much had to change.

awesome. Should get new thread up today. Stay tuned

Liberty's Edge

I too have been updated.

Tally ho!

Here is the thread for Discussion in the new Shattered Star game. We can continue the discussion about build etc there.
