Dexterity Saving throw DC16... Vothe was playing with the wall and Sharee doesn't seem the step up type, so they are both out of the effect.
Upcast Burning Hands: 6d4 ⇒ (1, 4, 2, 3, 2, 4) = 16
A figure in expensive robes appears on the 'x' a moment just before the flames roll over the party... he looks surprised that you are still standing. Perhaps he underestimated your strength.
Marcus, who is holding the letter can keep it from being burned (and just a little scorched instead) with a successful save... otherwise it too bursts into flames.
Xanathon then closes and wacks Ordrud with his black mace.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20 for 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9 bludgeoning and 1d8 ⇒ 1 poison damage.
Xanathon laughs maniacally... Fools, you have delivered yourselves into my hand! You will serve me in the next life!

Ordrud |

Dex save DC 16: 1d20 ⇒ 20
31 -16/2 -(9-3) -1 = 16 HP
Ordrud expects the blast and dodges the brunt of it. The large half-orc starts laughing. "You should have killed me quick." Then, the Immigrant Song starts to play.
It's been so long since he swung his axe, he put too much power in it.
Greataxe: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 81d12 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
bonus second wind: 16 + 1d10 + 3 ⇒ 16 + (7) + 3 = 26

GM Helaman |

[dice=Dex save DC 16]1d20

[dice=Greataxe]1d20+5;1d12+3[dice=bonus second wind]16+1d10+3
Whats the 16 on the second wind?

Ordrud |

His current HP for easier math. So, his new total HP is 26

Marcus Vincenzio |

Based on your description of how a sapping attack works, I can only use the special attack on a surprise round or can I use it if I can sneak attack?
Dex save vs DC16: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Standing behind the big Half-orc has it's benefits and Marcus is able to pull the letter down behind the viking quickly as the flames arrive. Angered, but not surprised, by the attack, Marcus draws his rapier and moves around the desk to engage the recently arrived mage.
I'm assuming the X is in the square closer to the desk and not the one closer to the bed. Edit - I see tokens are snapping to lower right of square. I don't remember how to fix that off-hand.
"We'll see about that," he thinks to himself in response to Xanathon's comment. He sizes up the mage as he moves, looking for a weak spot to attack.
Insightful Fighting: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10 vs Charisma (Deception) check. I make sneak attack if I'm successful.
Rapier Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Damage (P): 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Sneak attack: 1d6 ⇒ 2

Augar Stonefist |

"MY BEARD!!!" he says putting it out as he whips out his Shield and Hammer.
"Thats' Playing dirty" he says moving forward to strike at the nearest foe.
hammer down: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

GM Helaman |

Based on your description of how a sapping attack works, I can only use the special attack on a surprise round or can I use it if I can sneak attack?
Once per turn, you can use this weapon to attempt a sapping attack if you have not made (and will not make) a sneak attack that turn. This can only be attempted while you are hidden from the target or the target is otherwise prevented from using reactions, such as during a round in which the target is surprised. If the sapping attack succeeds and the target is not reduced to 0 hit points, the target makes a constitution saving throw vs 8 + attackers Str or Dex mod + proficiency mod. On a failure the target gains the unconscious condition. Otherwise, the sapping roll has no additional effect. (Constructs, oozes, plants, and undead are immune to sapping.)
If the attacker has the sneak attack feature then add 1 to the DC for each D6 of the sneak attack.
A sapping Attack deals non lethal damage.
A sapped creature regains consciousness after 1d4 x 10 minutes + 10 minutes for each die of sneak attack the attacker has or when it is healed for at least 1 hit point. At the DM’s discretion, other effects can also relieve this unconsciousness.
Deception check: 1d20 ⇒ 10
The mages intent is hidden from Marcus but his rapier still manages to draw blood... the wizard snarls in pain.
Augar slams his hammer into the chest of Xanathon... only to have it merely rock the priest by a step! It seemingly had no effect!
Sharee and Vothe up!

Sharee Blackfeather |

Sharee lets fly her arrow at the mage. Unfortunately, her aim is off due to the shock of the sudden (but not completely unexpected) betrayal.
Sharee vs. Mage: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Vothe Rowan |

So I can't get the roll20 to load for some reason (I just spent 20 minutes digging through their forums to find nothing that really answers my issue), so I'm just going to describe my actions.
Vothe focused his attention on the mage, and a glowing aura that is visible only to him. He then moved next to him, drawing his silver blade as we went. Once next to him, Vothe skewers him with the blade.
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Damage Roll: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

GM Helaman |

The arrow speeds true, and the wizard was too preoccupied blocking Vothes efforts to be able to block the arrow.
He grunts as the arrow slices past his shoulder.
As I am no longer employed I will leave you, he declares, waving his hands.
With a muttered incarnation and a flurry of gestures he disappears with a pop!
Xanathon laughs.
I'll just re-hire him later. As for the letter? I'll take it from your corpses....
He snarls and swings his mace again at Ordrud.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12 for 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8 bludgeoning damage and 1d8 ⇒ 4.
It seems the Viking is too capable an opponent for his efforts.
Party UP!!!

Marcus Vincenzio |

Somewhat relieves that they only have to deal with the priest now instead of a mage also, Marcus steps up behind Xanathon, thrusting with his rapier.
Rapier Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Damage (P): 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Sneak attack: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Ordrud |

Ordrud steps aside from the cleric's swing and continues to laugh, "You will meet your god today." He chops his greataxe from the high guard position.
Greataxe: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 121d12 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Then quickly backslashes the heavy weapon as if it was a scimitar.
Action Surge! Greataxe: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 201d12 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Great Weapon Fighting! Greataxe: 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

GM Helaman |

Ordruds first blow seems to skid off him but the second blow is solid and sends a shuddering up the haft to the half orcs hands, jarring his fingers slightly.
Augar lands another solid blow that seems to have no effect.
There is no blood... no cracking of bones... nothing to show the effects of your attacks,
Xanathon laughs in the manner of the insane and powerful... it's almost disappointingly stereotypical really.
"I said you were fools, and now you know that I spoke the truth! You cannot wound me, for my life does not reside in this body you see before you! Rather ... and here is a puzzle for your feeble brains ... it is deep in the earth and high in the sky at the same time!"
His laugh will ring with madness as he once more presses the attack, waving his mace at you with one hand as he pulls out a leather strap and waves it over his head with the other while chanting.
This will be GLORIOUS!

Vothe Rowan |

Vothe abandoned his post at the door as he watched their weapons slide through it's flesh. He then moved towards Xanathon and with an audible crack his silvered blade is in his hand.
Attack Roll: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
Damage Roll: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
My blade is magic and silver if that matters.

Sharee Blackfeather |

Sharee frowns, sensing that her weapon will do no harm to the priest. Still, she must try. She lifts her bow and takes careful aim. The arrow leaves the bow, carrying its message of harm.
Sharee vs. Xanathon: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18 Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

Ordrud |

"IT CERTAINLY IS GLORIOUS!" The half-orc matches the cleric's zeal in battle and chops his greataxe from the high guard position.
Greataxe: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 221d12 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

GM Helaman |

Sharees arrow almost seems to shatter against his skin.
Ordruds strike yields no results.
Vothes strike, skillful and precise should have taken out a kidney but instead just slides across his skin without leaving a mark, though it cuts the cloth of his robe.
Xanathon spins and swings at Vothe, almost in revenge for his clothing.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12 for 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9 and 1d8 ⇒ 4 poison.
Mwhwawawa
Party up.

Vothe Rowan |

"You should stick to casting spells. You are a terrible fighter." suggests Vothe, who drops his sword and attempts to grapple the priest.
Str Athletics vs. his choice of Str Athletics or Dex Acrobatics: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

Sharee Blackfeather |

Sharee, realizing that they cannot hurt the priest, looks towards the door, the only visible exit from the room. Not so much as a window. We may have bitten off more than we are capable of digesting.

GM Helaman |

Theres a Window...
Athletics 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17
He breaks out of the crude grapple attempt.
The wave of flame hits him but leaves him untouched.

Ordrud |

"Right, so straightforward doesn't work. Let's try sideways." Ordrud concludes and throws his greataxe through the ornate stained glass window.
throw greataxe: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14

Sharee Blackfeather |

Sharee moves to the window that Ordrud has smashed out. "This will get us nowhere! He has us, for now. Better a tactical withdrawal than to continue a losing battle."

Ordrud |

Ordrud stops casting Magic Missile and jumps on the "cleric."
Athletics (grappling): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 141d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Marcus Vincenzio |

Marcus considers setting the tapestry on fire but considers that it might bring in guards, and they don't need more enemies to fight at the moment.
Hearing the window break and seeing three of his companions already trying to grab the priest, Marcus runs over to the open window to see if it's a possible means of escape or where the priest might end up if they throw him out.

GM Helaman |

You'd expect him to resist but he seems to take a perverse joy in your efforts... and then seems to slide and twist effortlessly out of your dog-pile, only to turn and strike at Ordrud.
The window looks out on a grassy river bank, and is only 3 feet off the ground.
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21 for 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 and 1d8 ⇒ 1 poison.
Party UP

Ordrud |

HP 26 -5 -1 +3 = 23 HP
"What magick's are on this "cleric?" He can't be damaged. He can't be grappled. We affect him as a light rain. This is ridiculous." Ordrud rhetorically asks and concludes.
The Eldritch Viking snaps his fingers and lights the tapestry on fire.
Prestidigitation: You instantaneously light or snuff out a candle, a torch, or a small campfire.

Vothe Rowan |

Let's try this then:
Not able to grapple the priest, Vothe opted to try and knock the man down instead.
Str (Athletics) vs. Str (Athletics) or Dex (Acrobatics) his choice: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
