Hey, we get it. This is ambitious (and going quite well so far) and you can't let it become a 2nd full-time job, run you dry, not be enjoyable, etc.

I also have a question. I know that you said Half-Elves didn't result from Novan-Elf unions. However, would Half-Orcs have been around since before the landing? Or are they as new as Half-Elves?

GM, quick question about your world. Where, if any, is there a Gladiatoral Arena that a potential alternate I have in mind could hail from?
Likely the closest real arena is back on Alderran. Both the Valerians (to a lesser extent) and the Ionians (to a greater extent) use the arena for entertainment and for disposing of undesirables.

Unfortunately, half-orcs might have been around for a while. There is no consensual union of Novans and orcs (typically) but there are children born from violence done to, or slavery of, Novan women (or men, I suppose though less likely). A half-orc would be an abomination to most Novans and a sideshow freak to most Alderrans.

Hey folks. This is an FYI that I'm going to be away on a camping trip this weekend Nov2-3 (US/Pacific time), and unable to post until I return on the evening of the 3rd. Please bot as necessary.

Accept my apologies for what has been a bunch of slow play over the last few days (and weeks really). I have been stretched by some other distractions away from posting, and am trying to get the time back for what I have committed to.
My plan on a go forward is to re-prioritize the games I do post in. The Terra Nova group of games will have highest priority. So those threads should get more regular action than you have seen recently.
I may have to drop a few other games I am in or running to make this work well, but I am committed to world development and having a blast running so far. I'll have even more when some stories start cross-pollinating.
Let me know how I can improve your experience!

Vinexa sees and approaches the full-blooded silver elf, ...
Just as a clarification, Zamaris was built as a cavern elf, and her sorcerous bloodline is from a silver dragon. I think it is totally cool if her tribe are called silver elves in this world, because their tribe is basically built around the dragons they serve, and all their hair is probably similarly silvery-white (or at least silvery-something), but wanted to make sure to clarify the build in case I need to change anything.
Also, playing this like Zamaris has never even heard of a half-elf or known that such a thing was possible (at least with humans... obviously dragon blood is different, and a privilege). Therefore she doesn't really have a bias against it. She will be more upset if she learns of Vin's hag blood, because of that possibly evil influence, but knowing she is a half-human won't bother her, because she is supposed to be studying the humans, and that gives her an excuse to hang out with Vin.
If you think that her tribe would already be biased against half-elves though, let me know and I can play it another way when she discovers it.

Re Half Elves: please respond to her nature how you want, but it likely would be the first time you'd ever seen a mixed race and probably the first time you'd even though of it. Some people are more accepting than others, so YMMV.
Re: Silver elves: I just figured your clan would be similar in look at manner so no big deal. Could've just been describing Zamaris.

I'm on vacation today through January 10. I am still going to try to check in and update, but it may be less often, and there may be days where it just doesn't happen. Please feel free to bot me if needed.
