Name: (You'd like on your chronicle sheet)
Character Name:
PFS ID and character number:

Any fun, unusual, or interesting information about your character:
Another few things I'd like to see:
Have your character sheet in your profile or linked in your profile
Have a quick reference header line with the basics (feel free to ask for more of a description of what I'd like to see)
In the slides linked in my header, there is a character survey about what chronicle sheets you might have applied to this character, along with your climb and swim modifiers. Please fill this out, and also add your Initiative and Perception modifiers to the first slide.
There is one place where I will batch roll something, ask the group's input, then potentially batch roll something else.

Day job Roll: will roll later if that's ok - might use downtime for something else.
Any fun, unusual, or interesting information about your character: Boom Sticks is an excitable vine leshy with a fascination for firearms and technology.
I should be playing Boom Sticks in a face to face game at my 'local' lodge on Sunday. Assuming survival, that will take Boomy to level 2.
Level 2 will be Gunslinger (or possibly Spellscar Drifter cavalier, I haven't quite decided), and Boomy will finally get his first gun.

Any fun, unusual, or interesting information about your character: As an Enigma, Vari replaces the painful stare mesmerist ability with enigmatic stare; the subject of the stare takes a penalty on Perception to notice Vari. I haven't used this ability in play yet, but she intends to use it to disappear from view in plain sight to enable sneak attacks. :) We'll see how that works! She also has a bonus to Perception to avoid surprise; I'll note that on the slide as well.

I've placed Boomy in the second rank, as they're primarily a reach fighter. Hope that's ok with everyone. If we go two abreast Boom Sticks is best at the front, where they might get AoOs. They have Combat Reflexes.
The blunderbuss is for utility, rather than the primary attack method. It provides for limited area attacks as a scatter weapon, but is not very strong.
ETA: character sheet inventory now up to date.

I put Tazra third; at early levels she's more likely to be smacking things with a greataxe than using her extracts so she wants to be near the front.

Just wanted to let everyone know, GMs have been asked to report ongoing games immediately, as per this post. I'm making that report in just a moment. That said, everything still can change, including prestige earned and character death. Don't go thinking you're invincible now. ;)

As we just discussed over PM, Tazra's Day Job roll will be used to fulfill a goal on the Liberty's Edge faction journal card. She's giving away the items she created to help people recently freed from slavery instead of selling them for gold.

Each person may choose to bet against Falbin, Jamila, or neither. They've shaken on their wager, and they're offering items worth quite a bit more than 50gp because they are very confident in their own theories. Both Falbin and Jamila can only accept 3 bets, so the first 3 to accept will exhaust each NPC's resources. Either way, I'll wait for all 6 of your choices.
Can you clarify what the impact of winning this bet is re: our chronicles? You can't keep scenario items past the duration of the scenario, so can winning this bet actually enrich our PCs, or do we just get the items to use in this scenario?

I'll answer that question better after we are past this point. Since we have had one accepted wager, you don't have to worry about anything other than what items you encounter as far as your sheet goes. But no, you will not keep these items past this scenario if you win a bet

Boomy is very likely to help fellow pathfinders.
Though their alignment is True Neutral, this is because they are a creature of the natural world. The animus of a vine leshy is a nature spirit - in Boomy's case a spirit originating from the Mana Wastes, where gunpowder weapons have greatly affected the landscape.
Boom Sticks is very young - they have a child-like grasp of morality, but feel very protective of their friends. Other leshys or plant-people are their greatest friends, but any pathfinder who is not a dreaded vegetarian is someone deserving of help.

Tazra would definitely aid her fellow Pathfinders, so long as it didn't require her to do something immoral. (Which, given the non-evil alignment restrictions, I don't think it ever would.)
If this is a question related to faction politics, Tazra is devoted to the Liberty's Edge faction. However she has no objections to helping other factions accomplish their goals. They're all part of the same society.

Tazra

Tazra's chosen offering: 1 normal arrow.
While I'm all for you rolling the skill checks, it does actually matter how long it takes Tazra to succeed and get back out of the water. Her journal is in a waterproof bag, but said bag will start to let in water after ten rounds. If it starts looking like it will take that long, she'll get out of the well and (reluctantly) leave her journal with Jamila before trying again.

Currently Grimildi has never met a Pathfinder who broke her trust, she treats them as she would a member of her tribe and will do what ever she can to help them.
Grimildi without really thinking about it will likely pull out the arrowhead she retrieved from one of her spent arrows, a Cold Iron tip.

Wooden holy symbol to Erastil will be eranahu's offering. His like torch would actually make more sense, since we are jumping in the water and the torch would be useless for some time, but this seems more fun.

Umbaraki Kulgursson

Umbaraki will likewise be leaving behind much of his scribe's kit, but happily his wax tablet and stylus aren't particularly affected by getting wet.
His offering is a feathered quill from said kit.

^.^ I'm just taking what I've learned from several different GMs on these boards and am trying to incorporate the bits I like.
This is one scenario I really wish I could go off book for a while. If I ever homebrew a one-shot, it might lean heavily on this adventure. I'd love to see half the hunt side with the PCs and half attack, but as written, that's impossible.
I'm going to recap everyone's item from crossing over. Correct me if I missed something please.

I don't find it boring - at least, with a group that likes to roleplay :)
PbP is good for this sort of epilogue - you rarely get time for it at a face to face table, especially if you're playing in a Con slot or at your FLGS. Not everyone does it though.
ETA: day job!
(I decided to check off the "closed a portal" faction card goal, so can make a day job roll still).
craft (alchemy) - makin' bullets!: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 I think that's a zero?
Also, please would you note on my Chronicle that I've spent 6PP on Expedition Manager - assuming we got 2PP from this adventure. (This is a boon that will return me an expensive item next time I do a downtime / roll a day-job).

            Faction Goals
Does this scenario qualify Vari for either of the following faction goals?
Adventure either on another plane or in the Mana Wastes, the Shackles, or the Worldwound.
Peacefully resolve an encounter with a creature with the air, earth, fire, or water subtype.
While traveling back, Vari finds a moment to pitch Azure on joining Jamila and herself in The Concordance of the Elements.
"I'm glad that we were able to help you out, Azure. You look positively vibrant with your color back! Would consider working with us again in the future? The Concordance could use the help of someone like you, with all of your knowledge of both the natural and First Worlds!"

I have a favor to ask all of you. This was my first time GMing a PbP, and my third time ever GMing a tabletop. I'd love any advice and feedback from you guys, from things I did well, things you enjoyed, places I failed, and things you didn't like so much.

Roxxie, I liked the way that combat was handled. Especially recapping what each of us put in, like I said. I also enjoyed some of your nudges/hints to keep us moving along.
On another note, to clear things up in my muddled brain, could you go over the boon on our chronicle sheet for me? Do we get to check the first box? Does that represent spring even though it is summer? What allowed us to check off the first box and what do we need to do in order to check off the other three? Please speak to me as if I were 5.

GM Roxxie

ELI5 version of the boon: I have to be concordance to use any portion of this boon. It is currently Summer where I live. That enables me access to the summer portion of the boon. At any point where I want to use it, one time only I can use this boon to cast a cold version of the spell Shocking Grasp, at which point I cross off the appropriate box. Here in three months when it is fall, I can access the fall portion. Over the course of a year I'll have access to each part of the boon, but each part is single use.
I hope that made sense.
