Special Abilities::
Favored Class: Kineticist, +2 hp

Slow and Steady: Umbaraki's speed is never modified by armor or encumbrance.

Barrow Scholar: Umbaraki gains a +2 racial bonus on Knowledge (religion) checks to identify undead.

Barrow Warden: Umbaraki gains a +1 bonus on attack rolls, and a +1 dodge bonus to AC against undead.

Darkvision: Umbaraki can see in the dark up to 60 feet.

Greed: Umbaraki gains a +2 racial bonus on Appraise checks made to determine the price of nonmagical goods that contain precious metals or gemstones.

Hardy: Umbaraki gains a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against poison, spells, and spell-like abilities.

Stability: Umbaraki gains a +4 racial bonus on his CMD when resisting a bull rush or trip attempt while standing on the ground.

Weapon Familiarity: Umbaraki is proficient with battleaxes, heavy picks, and warhammers.

Burn: Umbaraki can overexert himself to channel more power than normal, pushing past the limit of what is safe for his body by accepting burn. For each point of burn he accepts, Umbaraki takes 2 points of nonlethal damage*. This damage can't be healed by any means other than getting a full night's rest, which removes all burn and associated nonlethal damage. Umbaraki can accept only 1 point of burn per round*. Umbaraki can't choose to accept burn if it would put his total number of points of burn higher than 3 + his Con modifier (7).

Elemental Blade/Kinetic Blast: As a standard action, Umbaraki can unleash a kinetic blast, though he may only do so with the kinetic blade infusion, or an infusion that lists kinetic blade as a prerequisite. He must have at least one hand free to aim the blast. All damage from a kinetic blast is treated as magic for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction. Even the weakest kinetic blast involves a sizable mass of elemental matter or energy, so kinetic blasts always deal full damage to swarms of any size

Kinetic Warrior: Umbaraki can use his Constitution score in place of his Intelligence score when qualifying for combat feats. He also counts as having Combat Expertise for the purpose of feat prerequisites.

Gather Power: If he has both hands free, Umbaraki can gather energy as a move action. Gathering power creates an extremely loud, visible display in a 20-foot radius centered on Umbaraki, as the energy or matter swirls around him. Gathering power in this way allows Umbaraki to reduce the total burn cost of a blast wild talent he uses in the same round by 1 point. Umbaraki can instead gather power for 1 full round in order to reduce the total burn cost of a blast wild talent used on his next turn by 2 points (to a minimum of 0 points). If he does so, she can also gather power as a move action during his next turn to reduce the burn cost by a total of 3 points. If Umbaraki takes damage during or after gathering power and before using the kinetic blast that releases it, he must succeed at a concentration check (DC = 10 + damage taken + effective spell level of his kinetic blast) or lose the energy in a wild surge that forces him to accept a number of points of burn equal to the number of points by which his gathered power would have reduced the burn cost.

Elemental Bastion: Umbaraki is proficient with medium and heavy armor and shields (except tower shields). In addition, he can accept 1 point of burn to attune himself to a specific light or heavy shield until the next time his burn is removed. Wielding an attuned shield doesn’t prevent Umbaraki from gathering power. Once he has the shroud of water defense wild talent, whenever its bonus would be increased by accepting burn, Umbaraki instead increases the enhancement bonus of her armor or attuned shield by an equal amount (to a maximum of +5).

Infusions:
Kinetic Blade (Form Infusion) Burn 0: Umbaraki can form a weapon using his kinetic abilities. He creates a non-reach, light or one-handed weapon in his hand formed of pure energy or elemental matter. The kinetic blade’s shape is purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect the damage dice, critical threat range, or critical multiplier of the kinetic blade, nor does it grant the kinetic blade any weapon special features.

Umbaraki can use this form infusion once as part of an attack action, a charge action, or a full-attack action in order to make melee attacks with his kinetic blade. Since it’s part of another action (and isn’t an action itself), using this wild talent doesn’t provoke any attacks of opportunity. The kinetic blade deals his kinetic blast damage on each hit (applying any modifiers to the kinetic blast’s damage as normal, but not his Strength modifier or Elemental Overflow). The blade disappears at the end of his turn. The weapon deals the same damage type that his kinetic blast deals, and it interacts with Armor Class and spell resistance as normal for a blast of its type.

Draining Infusion: (Substance Infusion) Burn 1: Saving Throw Fortitude partial (DC 15)
Umbaraki can drain elemental energy and matter from his foes to strengthen his next attack. When he uses this infusion, his kinetic blade affects only creatures with the cold subtype. Because he is draining energy from the target, Umbaraki's blade doesn’t apply his elemental overflow bonuses or Constitution modifier. The target can attempt a Fortitude save to take 1/4 the normal amount of damage. Draining infusion ignores any damage reduction, resistances, and immunities the creature might possess. If at least one creature fails its saving throw against his draining infusion, Umbaraki can reduce the total burn cost of any one blast wild talent used before the end of his next turn by 1, or by 2 once he has the supercharge ability. If Umbaraki uses draining infusion again before applying this reduction, he still deals the damage from that draining infusion, but the burn reductions don’t stack.

Wild Talents:
Basic Hydrokinesis:
Umbaraki can create water as the cantrip create water, purify water as if using purify food and drink, and dry wet creatures and objects as if using prestidigitation. He can create mild currents in a body of water by concentrating. These currents are strong enough to run a water mill as if the mill were being turned manually by a creature with a Strength score equal to his Constitution score.

Slick (DC 15):
As a standard action, Umbaraki can call forth slippery water or ice, creating any of the effects of the grease spell for 1 round. He can accept 1 point of burn at the start of his next turn to extend the duration to 1 minute per kineticist level he possesses.

Feats::
Weapon Finesse

Traits::
Stabbing Spells: Umbaraki has learned much of the ways in which past warriors have used weapons to enhance magic's effectiveness, and he has taken these insights to heart. Whenever he strikes a foe with a weapon, he gains a +2 trait bonus on caster level checks to overcome their spell resistance until the end of his next turn.

Glory of Old: In Umbaraki's veins flows the blood of dwarven heroes from Tar Taargadth. He receives a +1 trait bonus on saving throws against spells, spell-like abilities, and poison.

Prestige and Boons::
Prestige: 6/8
Boons:

Inured to the Elements: Once per adventure before rolling a saving throw against an effect with the acid, air, cold, earth, fire, electricity, or water descriptor, Umbaraki can gain a bonus on the save equal to 1+1/2 the number of goals he has completed (+2)

Explore, Report, Cooperate: Umbaraki has an excellent sense of what makes an exemplary Pathfinder. Once as a free or immediate action, he may consider whether a particular action would help realize the goals of the Pathfinder Society.

Prized Find: Umbaraki was instrumental in uncovering a cache of lost records that the Pathfinder Society can use to explore hitherto unknown sites. If he would fail to earn a Prestige Point at the end of an adventure due to failing a success condition, he may use up this boon to remind his superiors of his past breakthroughs and earn the 1 Prestige Point as if he had successfully fulfilled the condition.

Confirmed Field Agent: Having successfully completed and documented his Confirmation, Sorrina Westyr has formally recognized Umbaraki as a field agent and given him a wayfinder engraved with his name and the date of his graduation. Umbaraki may acquire this wayfinder by spending 1 Prestige Point.

Explore, Report, Cooperate: Umbaraki has an excellent sense of what makes an exemplary Pathfinder. Once as a free or immediate action, he may consider whether a particular action would have a positive, negative, or negligible impact on the secondary success conditions of the scenario.

Friend of Janira Gavix: The field agent who oversaw Umbaraki's Confirmation is appreciative of his bravery and camaraderie in the face of danger. She helps him perform research, granting him a +1 bonus on Knowledge checks attempted while he is in the Grand Lodge.

Elemental Investigator (4/4): The insight Umbaraki has gained from his studies in the First World helps him channel the influence of the seasons, honing his understanding of the balance of elemental forces. He may check off the first box before this boon in spring, the second in summer, the third in autumn, and the fourth in winter, using real-world seasons. For the abilities listed below, his caster level is equal to your character level.
Spring: Umbaraki can channel the essence of autumn’s harvest. This functions as goodberry, except that its target is any plant, and it causes 2d4 pumpkins to sprout that grant the berry’s typical benefits.
Summer: Umbaraki can channel the essence of winter’s chill into a creature he touches. This functions as shocking grasp, except that it deals cold damage instead of electricity damage.
Autumn: He can channel the essence of spring’s growth, casting entangle as a spell-like ability.
Winter: He can channel the essence of summer’s heat, casting burning hands as a spell-like ability.
Once he has checked all four boxes, he gains access to the elf racial spell ward of the seasons (Pathfinder RPG Advanced Race Guide 29) on all of his Pathfinder Society characters as if they were elves. Your elf PCs gain a +1 bonus to their effective caster level for the purposes of this spell.
Remnant of the First World: One of Umbaraki's items has been infused with a spark of transformation from the First World, giving it unusual characteristics. His quill changes colors according his moods.
