Swift action to activate Challenge on Alarka. Sayna gets a +2 dodge bonus to her AC vs Alarka, a +2 bonus on damage vs her, and everyone gets a +2 circumstance bonus to attack Alarka while Sayna is threatening her. Sayna's AC is instead -2 lower vs anyone other than Alarka

Buster does unfortunately come up empty while Sayna does manage to connect with Alarka.
Alarka scowls and steps back. She raises her arms allowing her loose fitting robes to fall from her arms revealing shriveled and blackened limbs.
She speaks a few words of power as her arms raise and a ring of fire erupts from the floor reaching all the way to the ceiling, shooting through Ethan, Celie and Gorf.
Rather than quickly burn off the ring of fire lingers, its heat radiating inward, scorching Green and even tickling Sanya a bit.

Not liking standing in the fire that much, Celie looks at the green foe, "Bad luck will follow you my friend." she hexes him with Misfortune DC 19 before stepping 5 feet back and cackling extending both the misfortune and fortune another round.

The Green Raider wards off Celie's bad luck with a well placed hand sign.
No 5 feet back to go, that door is shut without the rods in place. You could step 5 feet into the circle to get out of the wall at least.
Also I realized I rolled the wrong dice for Sayna/Green. Green takes 2 fire damage from the heat and Sayna resists it all.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22
"Yowza thas hot!" Gorf leaps from the suddenly-engulfed wall toward the center of the circle, spreading his limbs and gliding forward a ways as he does. He hits the ground running, drawing his musket as he takes cover against the central altar. He seems to stare at it for a bit, then calls out to the bandit trapped in the circle with him. "Don' worry, it won't be me killin' anyone today. Might hurt a bit, though." Gorf has the Glider alternate racial trait (this is only the 2nd time it's ever come up), meaning he halves the falling distance for the purpose of damage (the remainder of which should be negated by that Acrobatics check), and can glide horizontally half the vertical distance. He'll then complete his movement running to the central altar and re-activate the Merciful property of his gun.

Gavin's AC is 22 because he uses Controlled Rage (only +4 to Str, but no side effects). He also has Crowd Control, which gives him a +1 to AC when 2+ foes are adjacent.

I assume that Ethan is on the hot side of the flames?
Also, though I don't have LOS, I still have LOE on the far side of the flames, I believe.
Ethan moves towards the middle of the room, to get away from the worst of the flames. He will also fly up to the ceiling as he does so. With his lesser selective metamagic rod still in hand, he casts a empowered Fireball, and casting through the rod. He will change the element of the fireball to cold, and will exclude himself, Gorf, and Sayna from the blast!
