Botamo, being unable to move, begins absorbing light, aligning with the gravitons. He then raises his hands towards Commander Malakar and says, "Well thats a nice little Pistol you got there. Mind if take a look eh?" he says as he yanks his hands down in closed fists!

Gravity Surge:

As a full action, you can perform a disarm or trip combat maneuver against a target within 30 feet. Use your Charisma modifier on your attack roll instead of your Strength modifier, and you gain a +4 bonus to this attack roll that doesn’t stack with the bonus from the Improved Combat Maneuver feat.

When you are attuned or fully attuned, if you disarm a target with gravity surge and have a hand free, the dropped item flies toward you and you can snatch it from the air. If you trip a target with gravity surge, you can pull the target up to 10 feet closer to you.

tl;dr: If I beat her KAC+8 I'm holding her gun now.

Sorry, quite busy these three days, and moving around a lot.
So I tried to look into how to move and get rid of being stuck— and then later promptly forgot and posted my move.
So, just Kush did not move and threw his axe.

Yeah the Entangled condition is ambiguous. It refers to whether or not your "bonds are anchored". In practice, what I've done in the past (and here) is rule that if you fail your save you're glued in place, but only if the ground is solid enough to be anchored to. So like an Entangled grenade thrown in a desert or a swamp wouldn't hold you stuck.

Wednesday and Thursday I was flying for work. Today I'm recovering from the lack of sleep and jet lag. Tomorrow and Sunday I work all day. Monday I finally have off.
