Raatchet quickly looks around and with lighting rat speed, gathers various bits of loose boxes, containers and materials to form a makeshift barricade between him and the big, bad, scary dragon.

Raatchet uses the barricade feat to build a bit of cover in front of him.

Then he lets loose another overcharged rifle shot!!

Valikar hesitates on approaching the dragon, but only for just a moment. Once she breathes on the parts of the party he deems to label under "squishy and fleshy sorts" he takes a careful step in under Norys's guard, his arms up protectively against any sudden surprises.

As his boots stomp in close he peers up at the dragon's head and just stares a moment before speaking. "I'm not any good at witty battle banter." Then one of his hands snaps out in a rabbit punch right for the bigger lizard's guts.

Guarded step to the dragon, and a standard to attack it. If my attack hits I and any allies adjacent to me get +1 to AC vs her melee attacks.

Hammer Fist(Get'em, Shaken): 1d20 + 13 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 13 + 2 - 2 = 29

Valikar steps in and strikes the dragon with a blow that visibly moves her. "Gah, you're an annoying one, whew, you must be Valikar."

Capt Brob's efforts prove in vain as Norys seems to be unaffected, and then his shot goes off target. Uncanny Agility

Charli's shot with her hutchket rifle strikes home and the dragon's blood begins to flow.

Neon's electrical blast strikes and does what it does, all the damage.

Raatchet's attack still seems to hit some kind of deflection, but what does get through seems rather effective.

Norys is caught in the blast of Naylor's grenade, but seems to manage to move herself so that she takes no damage.

Reflex save DC 15: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20 20 - takes no damage (evasion)

And she still stands.

How is the dragon able to move and attack twice? Haste?

Yeah, I'm also wondering about that second attack after moving. Is there a haste circuit on this dragon -- who also has evasion and improved mobility? This is badass.

With a massive dragon towering over the little guy, Raatchet says, "Well hi there! Didn't expect you to come all the way over here to shake my hand! It's much appreciated! I just thought I'd give you a little bit of extra warmth, y'know? I mean no one likes cold feet, amirite? It's just so very unpleasant...

"You know what else is unpleasant? It's when other people crowd into your personal space. And I feel I'm a bit too close into your personal space for your comfort. So here, let me help you out... I'll take a step back... okie??"

Raatchet guarded steps away from the dragon.

"And I know, I know. I stink. What can I say, it's been a long day and I've been sweating a lot. Ysoki may be small but I admit, we can certain get quite smelly. But it's your lucky day my friend! I got a solution for that too!!! It's a lil bubble that'll keep my stench contained. Good? Good!!"

Raatchet activates an energy shield, giving him 12 temporary HP.

"Hey." His tone is rather flat and nonplussed as the dragon skirts around him. The big vesk lets out a rather heavy sigh and rolls his shoulder before turning around and stomping his way back across the bridge. Ice and snow crunch under his boots, and so do some of the survival panels on the command station and he climbs right over it. [b]"You talk a lot. Stop running. I have abandonment issues."

He pulls back a fist again, and this time tries to use the height of the console to give him the angle to hook Norys across the face.

Move to new location. Standard to smack the dragon. +4 AC vs AoOs from mobility. +1 AC against melee attacks if I hit her.

Although Naylor has a fairly flat affect so is often difficult to read, anyone who looks closely may be able to see slight signs of embarrassment at their total inability to hit the side of a barn dragon. In truth, they are mortified.

Greatly inspired by Charli, Naylor takes the time to aim carefully...

OOCly, I'm wondering if there's something under that snow drift that would help us. ICly, I don't think we have any reason to think so...

Raatchet takes another guarded step away from the dragon and seeing that he's still probably within reach of it, Raatchet says...
"Awww.. Fuggit!!" And Raatchet opens fire with an overcharged shot!
Raatchet, in his mind, ROARS as he fires his shot!! Which in reality comes out as: "squeak. squeak. squeak."

I'm not sure if the space below Naylor is a legal spot for Raatchet to be in. If not, then please feel free to move Raatchet to the square right below Charli or I'll do it myself later.
I'm assuming the dragon has 15' reach and so Raatchet's attack will provoke an AOO.

The second attack will miss KAC thanks to the borrowed armor. And with Brob's useful encouragement to heal my other stamina damage, I'm only down 3 now.

Valikar tries to duck under the first bite, the dragon's teeth scraping along the back of his new armor as arcs of electricity shoot off into the air. He stops in his assault to try and peer over his shoulder at the damage. "Waste of good armor. I hope it looks impressive." His Ysoki companion Doc Kemple lets out a polite cough and points at the big dragon still bearing down on him, and his head snaps back around just in time to see the attack coming.

On pure reflex he lifts a gauntlet up between himself and Norys, letting her jaw catch around his forearm where her teeth can gnaw harmlessly. Seeing an opportunity, he brings his other hand around overhead to slam down atop Norys's jaw and crush her teeth against his guard.

He grunts through the attack and gives Brob what appears to be a sneer, but should be assumed a grin. "Don't worry. I'm tougher."

Charli reaches out with her synchronous heart, extending her life sight. "Yeah, she's dead. Her heartbeat... It's no more." Another adversary might have been healed, or saved at the last minute by Charli's synchronous heart, but not this one. Naylor feels slightly guilty as they stand, undamaged, while several companions look somewhat battered. At least they were able to help take the dragon down, even if it took too long to become effective. More time training and practising is definitely required. I must be able to support my team whenever necessary.

Valikar gives Norys a good kick to the head despite Charli's assertion that the dragon was day. He stares at it for a moment, then shrugs. "Woops." When the others start debating how to get back out of the bridge he reaches over and tries to grab Naylor, chucked the android over one shoulder. Then he proceeds to climb back up towards the hole faster than most people could move on the ground.

"Out we go. Keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times. Thank you." He then stomps his way over to the hover loader, where he can dump Naylor off and go back to the hole to lower a cable and offer a hand to anyone else that needs it.

What does it look like? Small? Big? Lots of weapons on it and hostile? Just video cameras and benign? Does it fly? Or is it a ground only drone? Is it intact and operational? Does it look broken and need repairs? Is any skill roll needed to do anything with it?

"Uh, that's one way to do it," Naylor says with a slightly bruised dignity.

Naylor then busies themselves making sure the hovercraft is ready to go, guessing that some of the team will avail themselves of more dignified modes of transport.

Once Valikar returns, Naylor adds, "You know, at no point did I suggest I was incapable of exiting independently, though that was probably faster and certainly less effort on my part. Thank you? I think."

The big vesk peers down at Naylor, eyes squinting slightly. He turns his head to one side, then the other as if really trying to consider and understand the android. "Oh. You said we needed to get out of the hole. I got you out." Non-vesk were weird. You say what you mean and be done with it, so he had just taken what Naylor said at face value.

It made sense to him, and he nodded. "You're welcome. Glad to help."

"Brob's the one that I think we need to help get out," Charli says. "Raatchet, let's you and I fly up next to him as Valikar pulls Brob out with the cable. We'll make sure he doesn't fall. C'mon, Brob. Let's get you going. And then after this, let's get you purchasing a nice jet pack to put into your refractor suit!"

Working together, Charli, Raatchet and Valikar get Brob out. "Okay gang, let's get out of here!"

It seems to be a basic utility drone, large size, that someone had set up to move about under the snow, maybe to provide a distraction that nobody saw.

Raatchet will strip whatever useful parts and/or data is available from the drone then proceed to assist with getting people out of the hole as mentioned by Charli.

Decided that Raatchet has the drone handled, Neon Ten flys back up, bringing the transponder and data pad with him.

Once on stable ground, he asks “Shall we wait until we are comfortably back at the lodge before cracking these?” gesturing to the data pad and transponder. “I am especially interested in seeing if the transponder was somehow used to subvert the merchant ships.
