In a PFS setting though it would be RAW though correct so the flurry of blows would work with tiger claws correct?

I was not aware that the DM could counter act what a player stated that they would be doing, especially if the DM is going to scold someone for making an action, even it if was out of turn.

It could change actions as others may have done something or wish to do something and couldn't because another player posted out of turn.

That includes the Creatures or other possible actions that could have happened.
Like that stone blocking your charge and fellow pathfinder who jsut found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He just asked that you take note and repost your actions.
Not exactly scolding. It's hard to make out intent from just words alone.
Also I note that GM moved you into a position where you could make a charge your next turn.
