They seem genuinely moved, and then begin asking questions "What is a concert?", "What is a strawberry cake machine?"

"We didn't play with the power, but something else is growing within the reactor cores and that we're eager to watch it hatch. We're real." one reaches a hand towards Chuck in greeting, it seems to want to shake hands and looks expectantly "I am Sakharov"

You can try to explain Strawberry Machine Cake through words, song, and dance with Acrobatics, Diplomacy, Profession (dancer), or Profession (musician) checks, with a bonus if you can give them some 'merch', like a tshirt, or holoskin...

And I think that is the first time I've ever burned a re-roll on profession(dancer).

VC - Sydney, Australia

That is also the first time I have seen someone burn a re-roll on profession(dancer), or even perform (dance)!

Gunnz dances up a storm once again to the SMC tunes - the creatures look a bit startled, but seem to be getting the idea!

"A concert" Aegis-9 explains, "is a musical performance given in public, typically by several performers or of several separate compositions. Concert also serves as a synonym for the words harmony, agreement, and cooperation. Thus, it is appropriate that we work in concert to save the concert."

"As for The Strawberry Machine Cake," the bulky android continues, "they are quite simply and yet profoundly--as I have stated previously--a superstar sugar pop sensation."

The creatures look like they have pretty much 'got the idea', they look at Chuck to hear his opinion...

And there we have it, the party is a group of hardcore SMC fans

The strange creatures seem very curious about this Strawberry Concert Cake and depart, eager to see it for themselves.

The reactor hums away, the command console awaiting input...

Computer DC19:

You find and retrieve a strange magical code in the reactor computers that is causing the anomalies. The code is too complex for you to understand at this moment (it will take time to decode)

second Computer check DC21:

You can decrypt one of the program’s subroutines and realize that it is programmed to vent all air in a certain housing unit in the station’s residential area (Lanzio’s residence).

"But more immediately, there's a subroutine set to vent all the air in Lanzio's place! Anything we need to do about that?"

By 'vent all air in', does that mean sucking all the air out?

VC - Sydney, Australia

The comms light back up, with Historia-7 giving you the latest update.

I have deduced that the code is an alien hybrid virus that combines magic and technological code. The virus has buried itself deep in the infosphere, and based on my findings, the code intends to fully activate at the height of the upcoming concert. Unfortunately, the concert starts in 30 minutes"

"There’s no way to evacuate the station in time, and causing a panic in the crowd is likely to result in hundreds of casualties, but I believe I can take advantage of the sophisticated hybrid stage projector that Strawberry Machine Cake uses to project their realistic holoavatars. With a bit of tweaking and a connection to the infosphere, I can use the magic of the stage to interact with the magic of the code, contain the code in the stage projector’s computer, use the holoavatar programming to force the code into a physical form, and have you shoot it to death."

"For this plan to work, we'll need to get the cooperation of the band, but unfortunately both the band and the band’s agent are busy prepping for the imminent concert. That means that That means that Strawberry Machine Cake’s agent isn’t taking calls, you'll need to get back to the concert area and meet the band’s agent in person"

"The band is prepping for the concert and cannot attend the meeting. We recognize the severity of the situation, but we stop the concert - we have poured two years of work into preparing for this event, and we agree the station can't be evacuated in time"

The stage’s spotlights turn on all at once, and the band’s opening chords rise above the excited screams of the audience. The projections onstage warp and twist in time with the music and the deafening cheers, as the band’s holoprojectors struggle to grasp an entity that exists only in the digital world. Suddenly, the holographic lights seem to explode, covering the stage in a cloud of technicolor glass and smoke. The smoke lingers for a minute then finally parts, revealing a pink, white, and black robotic figure that is now standing in the center of the stage. As the crowd murmurs, the mecha slowly turns to regard the audience before it, and then mechanically raises its finger toward the lights and strikes a dramatic pose!

Gunnz rocks down to the current song, dancing around and encouraging the crowd to join in. As she does so she flicks another quick shot^H^H^H^Hpom-pom at the huge mech!

trick shot, DC 20+_CR: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (2) + 18 = 20
attack, get-em: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 1 = 14

The pom-pom bursts into a shower of rainbow light, nowhere near the Mech.

Smashing an arm off may have looked really cool but it left Chuck open to be sliced from shoulder to hip, "AH..cough.. cough Thats not good..." he says looking to the crowd he tries to head bang some energy back while cautiously stepping away from the bot.

Due to Aegis-9's use of In Harm's Way, all damage should go to Aegis-9.

"You will not harm my friends!" Aegis-9 cries as he dives forward to intercept the stroke of the plasma blade. "Not as long as my transitors still function!"

In an effort to get make the blow seem less real to the audience, Aegis-9 does some head banging. Using the roll above would restore 8 Stamina Points as a move action. As a second move action, Aegis-9 ises Get'em.

"My song is not yet over. You will never stop the music!" the android declares.

@ Chuck -You should be able to retconning your actions this turn (and add +1 bonus for Get'em.

Chuck tries to use Aegis' sacrifice to smash the bot some more, but is unable to find purchase this time.

Gunnz and Telwyn add to the light show, but no shots land on the thing.
Chuck swings, but is too enthusiastic and the wings don't connect.
Aegis had applied a bit of TLC to Chuck, but will it be enough...?

Noticing that Aegis keeps getting in the way, the thing swings at the android!

Attack 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (7) + 13 = 20 vs KAC
Damage 2d8 + 11 ⇒ (3, 7) + 11 = 21

Purple Stardust Mimimetal’s dazzling guitar chords summon deep-pink sparkles around the PCs’ weapons. Each of the PCs’ weapons gain knockdown as a critical hit effect until the start of the next turn. A PC wearing a glam costume can instead gain stunned as a critical hit effect until the start of the next turn instead.

"Aa-as aa-an aa-android, I-I d-do not breathe, m-my f-friend." Aegis-9 struggles to make, what he hopes is an insightful and helpful correction. However, his words are labored as internal repair mechanisms attempt to compensate for the extensive damage to the Starfinder's technoframe.

The damaged Starfinder staggers back, allowing the half-orc to better approach the mech. Guarded Step

Then, with greater strength, he bellows, "Let us show this mechanical monster, just what we are made of!"

Gunnz twirls in time to Mimimetal’s dazzling guitar chords! And along with the twirls there are yet more Pom-Poms. Where does she get them from? Who knows? Who cares? Rainbow pom-poms rain down on the mech

Telwyn shoots the curtains.
