Lord P has the Hero point feats, I paid for em hehe, and as you can see Worth every feat when fighting a Mythic baddy.

You can explicitly attack through a Blade Barrier, but Nero gets cover (+4 AC). The save was DC 24 in the post where it was cast.

Because of blade barrier cover, Johann's attack would miss even if he did factor in heroism and Ihrin's +1, so disregard my gameplay question... deleting it.

Yes, there is enough space between the ceiling and the top of the ring of blades to fly over with a successful DC 20 Acrobatics or Fly check...

Thank you eventually she can explode into ribbons and appear elsewhere. She also can create clothing like webs, as well as an unravelling touch that makes leather and clothing erode away. Tatterdemalions are fun

So, I believe Johann still gets his turn, and Fox might have an AoO to make (he was adjacent to Nero when the lich provoked, right?) before Nero acts a 2nd time in round 4.

And if no one needs healing, Lord P, this is a perfect opportunity for you to steal the kill with a couple touch attacks to apply those wand heals to Nero. LOL! :D

WTG, guys! You defeated a CR 17 mythic lich in 4 rounds, and that with some uncooperative dice! Very impressive. Now you must discover the hiding place of the Antichrist's phylactery and destroy that before he reincarnates in 1d10 ⇒ 8 days...


Action economy's a b&!+&, yeah. Similar scenario happened with my live group last night; they defeated a CR 13 Lich in 2 rounds as a level 8 party (though the dice were definitely on their side; he got crit hard in round 1, and everybody passed theirs saves vs Maximized Fireball). His Contingency Teleport went off before they could strike the final blow, though.

I thought about having a contingency to teleport him away before the final blow, cast on him by his minion, the lich Roger Bacon, and decided Bacon is secretly a traitor and only pretended to ward his master with contingency because I like Roger Bacon and want to put him on the side of good ultimately lol...

Haha! Only in MJ66's Fairytale Earth can you meet a lich named Roger Bacon... :p
