To clarify, you can choose to roll for your HP and are stuck with whatever you roll, or you can take the 1/2+1 HP and be stuck with slightly better than average HP.

Since it wasn't clear, I'll let it slide this time and it will apply when you reach level 5.

The rooms of the fishery are whatever you guys want them to be. As written in the module...
Map.
I will also add this to the campaign info page.

A2 - Loading Dock - A 15-foot wide loading dock abuts the side of the building here.

A4 - Front Room - A single desk sits in this room, a chair pushed up against the far side

A5 - Barracks - a pair of bunkbeds sit against the far wall of this room to either side of a window.

A6 - Office - A wooden desk sits in one corner, a cabinet in the other

A7 - Upper Workfloor - A large wooden trough occupies the eastern side of this room. A pair of wooden chutes lead from the trough through holes in the northern wall into a larger room to the east. To the west, a desk and chair sit in one corner while a tall cabinet sits in the other.

A8 - Fishery Floor - The floor here is only five feet above the river below. An open bay to the south allows direct access to the sloppy, muddy water, while to the northwest, stands an immense, ten-foot-tall wooden vat. Nearly two dozen small hammocks hang under the catwalk.

A9 - Kraken's Folly - The deck of this ancient barge is worn. The barge is lashed tight to the pilings that support the fishery and nearby boardwalk.

A10 - Aft Cabin - this small cabin contains a narrow flight of stairs leading into the ship's hold

A11 - Ship's Hold - Now dry and empty, this musty hold contains a secret door leads out to the boardwalk beneath the fishery

A12 - Underpier - A narrow space exists under the fishery, with about four feet of room between the floor of the building above and the languid river water below. A wooden walkway floats on the river surface, leading from the barge to a wooden door in an understructure beneath the landbound part of the fishery.

A13 - Underfishery - Several pilings emerge from the water to support the roof. Two five-foot walkways cross the hole's edge to the other side of the chamber.

A14 - Basement This room contains a wooden bed, a sagging dresser, and a small desk.

Sorry, my dad is an architect so I end up thinking about this stuff too much. Anyway, here are my suggestions.

Spoiler:
A1?
On the shore nearby is Bosch's makeshift smithy. He's got Kester working on it from time to time.

A2
No real ideas for this, I suppose it has become an impromptu deck for the Fishery.

A4
An office/study

A5, A6
I'd say we should make these into more homely bedrooms

A7
Front room/kitchen/dining area

A8
Storage and additional sleeping space, Bosch would be more than happy to stay here with his daughter and dog. There is probably room to spare. It could later be divided into several smaller private rooms.

A9, A10, A11
Typhon's Territory

A12
Likely reinforced and made safer with better access to the Fishery proper.

A13, A14
Renovations here, a bit too tired to really figure them out.

I don't have a strong opinion on who carries the consumable magic items. We should have them divvied up between multiple people so our eggs aren't in one basket. With a level of sorcerer, and the rest in oracle, Tessa is capable of using just about any consumable magic item. She has a pretty good UMD for the outliers as well. I think we're well off if both Tessa and Trey carry wands of cure X wounds and lesser restoration.

I plan on taking Intensify Spell for Tessa, but other than that I don't have my feat slots planned out. I'm game for taking the Craft Wondrous/arms and armor feats. Between Bosch's smithing and our available spellcasting, we should be able to make a whole bunch of our own stuff.

Tessa would like the basement room for a workshop.

You may pick rooms out of Ultimate Campaign book and use them as guidelines for pricing and benefits.

Please post here or in game what specific upgrades you buy and I will add it to the room descriptions for the Fishery. This will be important to track if whatever you purchase gives some kind of benefit.

For the cost of Tessa's upgrades to the basement, I would go with the bedroom (300gp) and the greenhouse (only because it's the only thing that uses a bunch of glass) (also 300gp).

I'm getting concerned about Niveus. Has anyone heard anything from him?

Besides escorting the ladies out of the city, that's all there is to it. In terms of crafting, you'll have 4 weeks worth of time to make whatever you'd like to make.

I was going to focus on training up Bosch's hit points some for this week and maybe trying to gather information on Rolth.

Also going to set Kester on Home improvement mode for now. I'll look over the rules and figure out what we need.

Map of Korvosa | Encounter Map

Tessa brought up a good point - much of the infrastructure is already built (you aren't building an entire room from scratch). So if you choose to use some of the Ultimate Campaign stuff to upgrade a room, you get a 25% discount. If you are building something new, then use the full cost.

stats:
AC18 T12 FF17/Init+5/Perception+13 (Low Light 60 ft)/ saves F+5/R+3/W+6 HP 47

Tessa's purchases:

-Bedroom (300g)
-Greenhouse - not really building a greenhouse, but representative of the cost to fix up the underfishery with a badass river-view floor of thick (structural) glass and shore up the structure. (300g)
-Lavatory (120g)
-Artisan's workshop (360)

With 25% discount, this comes to 810 gold pieces. For the description of the artisan's workshop, it says that it counts as masterwork tools for a craft check. I'd like it to apply instead as masterwork tools for a spellcraft check for creating magic items and researching spells.

new construction (not discounted)
-Sewer Access (110g)

as far as time to construct, I'm going to ask that the bedroom not count against our available time. It's already built, just being furnished by outside craftsmen.
Greenhouse - 8 days (spending 180g to purchase enough labor to halve construction time; 9 labor x 20g)
Lavatory - 4 days
Sewer Access - 4 days
Artisan's workshop - 10 days (spending 140g to purchase enough labor to halve construction time; 7 labor x 20g)

total: 1240 gp and 26 days, so I bring it all in with two day's idleness during the four week period.

can someone please help out here?

where is the money coming from? (personal monies from treasure?)

Bosch: what is this influence stuff? (class thing?)

for this down time I have Trey doing nothing really. she is right now just back to what she was doing before meeting everyone at the graveyard. with some small exceptions.

Is there room at the Fishery for Trey? who stays in what rooms?

any additional help would be useful.

good project for Bosh would be to introduce Trey to all of the party's political affiliations. could be helpful in the future.

Map of Korvosa | Encounter Map

I believe people are spending their personal money on the upgrades to the fishery.

As for the influence stuff, it is a new feature that came out with Ultimate Campaign. I didn't really call out that we were using it or not and haven't read it all yet, but if you'd like to read through the rules and use it, that's fine.

Quote:
Influence: Influence represents your ability to get other people in the settlement to perform favors for you or use their skills to accomplish things (as opposed to Labor, which involves hard physical work). This includes getting a merchant to change the terms of a contract, or convincing a politician to do you a favor.

And some of the things you can do with it:

http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateCampaign/downtime/downtimeActivi ties.html

For the fishery, Tessa is staying in the basement, I think Typhon stays on the ship, and Bosch is staying in one of the rooms on the first floor. I think the office could easily be converted into another bedroom. The map of the fishery and room descriptions are linked on the campaign info tab.

It's certainly plausible that Trey was doing her work for the church, visiting the fishery occasionally, and researching Rolth and necromancy in general this month.

I will post what happens next in the campaign either later tonight or tomorrow. I'm leaning towards tomorrow based on Trey and Bosch's latest posts. That would give everyone time to get more acquainted and get Trey up to speed on anything that she missed.

From a party optimization standpoint, you need your feats for fighting. Melee martial classes are feat starved. My abilities aren't really reliant on feats. You'd still be crafting the physical item, I'd just be powering the enchantment. If it's important to you no big deal - I'll take craft wondrous item and we'll have the bases covered.

Male Human Cavalier 7 Huntmaster [ HP: 60/60 | AC: 19 T: 13 FF: 16 CMD: 23 | F: +6 R: +5 W: +3 | Init: +3 Perc: +9 | Challenge: 3/3 | Tactician: 2/2 (6 rds) | Effects: ]

Bosch was never meant to be optimized, besides that is what he has Roscoe around for. My character concept for him is that he is as much defined by his life outside his adventures as he is during them and strives for excellence in his professional life with the persistence only a player character can seem to possess. Anyway, Medlii has something cool waiting in the wings for us.

Also, in retrospect I should have made him a tailor or some such and gone for Craft Wondrous item, it is a lot more useful to have in my own opinion.

To clarify a few things about the blood veil disease:
1) You must pass one saving throw to overcome blood veil.
2) If you do pass the saving throw and are not using remove disease, you are then immune to reinfection from blood veil as your body's immune system has come to resist the disease on its own (or with minor magical help).

So we have to be initially infected to gain an immunity?

Map of Korvosa | Encounter Map

Sorry for the delay guys.

Yes, to gain immunity you must be infected, even if you pass your save right away and don't take any ability damage. Unless you guys come up with a creative way to become immune...
