I haven't heard anything from Bosch after sending him a pm last week. We have a couple options, please let me know what you prefer or if you have other ideas.

1. Continue as is with Typhon, Trey, Yrsa, and Tessa, when she is able to post. I would tune the content to better fit the small group and the skills and abilities you have.

2. Recruit some more people to fill in. I will make sure any new players would have a reason to join up with you in saving Korvosa. If you have any preferences on what type of character joins, let me know. I'd be looking for one or two additional players.

3. End the game. I'd be sad to see the game go, but I understand it can be tricky or not fun to keep bringing in new people or only have a few people in the party.

I really am seeing great character development with Trey. I like the character.

I'm in for whichever Except quitting. Ty's fun. Not super optimal but fun. I also enjoy the other characters. Just not so good at bouncing ideas around by myself....XD

Good to know, I appreciate the feedback! We will keep playing then. I will post in the recruitment thread tomorrow to see if I can find two others to join us. The current posting pace is okay, especially with the holidays coming up, and possibly recruiting and introducing new people.

If you have any preferences on types of characters that we recruit, let me know. My initial thoughts would be an arcane spellcaster of some flavor, and I will think about it some more tonight.

I like the group we have. It's nice to have fun and interesting characters rather than optimized, uninteresting ones!

Typhon, are you okay being the leader for now? Saying where you are going and what preparations/ general approach you guys are taking? That to me is the biggest hurdle as I think we were all very used to Bosch taking charge and he did it very well!

Sorry for the delays guys, the recruitment stuff has kept me busy answering lots of PMs. FYI, I will be traveling for work tomorrow. Hopefully there will be enough downtime during my layovers at the airport that I will be able to post then as well.

I changed out one of my first level spells (shocking grasp) for enlarge person. I had reach spell for a feat originally and forgot I had changed it at some point.

At first I thought it might be difficult to have an aasimar and a tiefling, but then I realized it just means interesting roleplaying! heh heh heh...

No rush on the stats/spells/etc, finalizing them this weekend is fine. It doesn't matter too much until we get into combat.

I'm safely back home after my whirlwind tour of the middle of nowhere, Pennsylvania (left my house at 5am and got back at 11pm). Just as an FYI, I don't travel often for work (maybe 2-3 days per month at the very most) but usually have no problem posting since they are usually overnight trips at hotels with wifi, and I have a chance to get out my laptop and actually type up a post, compared to trying to write a novel on my phone. Most days, I post sometime between 6-11pm eastern time after I get home from work.

Alright, went in and tweaked my skill selection slightly as well as fixed a couple of errors I found, I am done now though and good to go too now.

Sorry for the lack of posting today. My grandpa had a heart attack and I spent the day at the hospital with him. He's doing okay now but is having surgery later this week. I'll respond to everything tomorrow morning.

Hi guys, sorry for the silence. Looks like the paizo site was down for awhile.

While we might have moved on from a time line perspective, I'm OK with going back to answer questions. Although the events occur one after another, it's OK if we jump back and forth as we aren't really affecting the story by asking more questions or getting details or role playing. I like this especially during downtime when people might be doing a variety of different activities apart from each other as we can have several threads going on at once.

In this case, Ty, Yrsa, and Trey went to the Academae. Events happened and we are still hashing out some of them. Chronologically, other things happen afterwards, which are also playing out. I hope that makes sense. If not, let me know and I'll wait until something is complete before moving on.

Now that the site is back up, I will get caught up on in game posting this evening.

Lantressa, you saw exactly where I was headed with your connection to the rest of the party. If it didn't work out for some reason and Lantressa found her way to Old Korvosa on her own, she would run into the group there.

Cephelo, you have a good point. I was going for the tack that Helena could convince Cephelo to go to Old Korvosa to help.

Once Trey responds to Cephelo at the Temple, we can move on :D

Just make Helena have a 'friend' who is stuck/trapped on the other side. The stubborn girl will not give up until she can get across and rescue him/her. She only accepts giving up that crazy idea when Cephelo promises to go across and find him/her.

If that 'friend' is somehow involved with the 'bad guys' on the other side then so much the better but I can't speak to that or provide any suggestions because I don't know who the 'bad guys' are on the other side. I'm sure you can think of something.

You guys also received a few items from Corwin recently. I don't see the wand or scrolls on anyone's inventory. Trey has a few potions of lesser restoration, not sure if they are the same ones or others that she had previously.

-three potions of lesser restoration
-wand of invisibility (10 charges)
-two scrolls of fly

Ty, Trey, or Yrsa would certainly know that Tessa left them behind when she vanished.

We have quite a few things on the loot list, that are just labeled 'keep' Ty would have scooped 'em up to parcel out to people going to Old Korvosa.....
And while he can use wands with UMD, he avoids scrolls. So if someone else could use those...
grabbed the wand of invisibility and 1 potion of lesser restoration...
