Hi guys. Sooooo.... I went on vacation and was assured that they would have wireless Internet. It turned out that wasn't the case. I'm heading back to civilization now and should be able to pay tomorrow.

DM medlii |
The downtime isn't too far away! It's hard to predict how soon in a play-by-post though.

DM medlii |
ok! I hope things improve for you. Let me know when it is back to normal. Otherwise, I'll give extra time for you guys to post.

Bosch Glasthane |

Right, back with stable internet. I'll be good to go now. You should probably plan on controlling Yrsa for the near future though.

Bosch Glasthane |

That's the puzzler.
A command like fall prone would be something you could get a dog to understand but the reason Bosch handles Roscoe so easily is that he understands the dog very well.

DM medlii |
That is a good point. It looks like a gray area, but I'm going to say that the greater command DOES NOT affect Roscoe. The spell says it is language dependent and Roscoe does not know common, he just understands a few words of it. And, like you said, Bosch is particularly skilled at handling him and getting him to do specific things things.

DM medlii |
Great! Welcome back for the final FINAL boss fight. Maybe? ;)
FYI, I will be out of town Wednesday and returning Sunday night. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to post while gone - I'm not staying in the middle of nowhere this time, but am letting you know just in case...

DM medlii |
Thanks, just wanted to make sure you didn't change your mind and want to go elsewhere, like closer to the Fishery or something.

DM medlii |
There's some nasty weather moving through tonight. I'll post what happens with the Guard tomorrow.

DM medlii |
Traveling for work for a few days, but should have plenty of time for posting.
I also got a good app called "Wayfinder" for Android phones that makes posting from my phone easier. It can automatically put in the codes for bold, spoilers, dice rolls, etc. so that will help too.

DM medlii |
For your great accomplishments and deeds to prevent the blood veil plague spreading throughout Korvosa, you have now reached level 7! Congratulations!

Bosch Glasthane |

Alright guys, I'm going to update the Loot List soonish. The last time I had done so was after the events at the manor. If anyone wants to help me collect the sundry items into an easily viewable form, I'd appreciate it.

medlii |

I think because COTC was written for 3.5 it does not qualify unfortunately. I've been converting the NPCs to pathfinder for this group.
Also I know the advanced class guide is out now. Not sure if it is in the online PRD yet, but you are welcome to take a look for new feats and such there.
For some reason I can't post on my usual alias from my phone. Weird.

Got the loot list updated. I'm looking to liquidate some of our stores, I'll be marking things I intend to sell so we can have some gold to work with here. Please check the loot list and make any objections known. Going to go ahead and sell the mundane weapons and armor.

DM medlii |
Thank you for handling the loot list, Bosch!
I know that Typhon, Bosch Roscoe, and Bee, and Tessa all live at the Fishery. Trey was invited to stay there if she wanted, if I recall correctly. In terms of in-game time, you've only known Yrsa for a few days, so I don't know that you've extended the offer to her as well.
If Trey is living at the Fishery, I assume her ward, Toby, is also living there. Kester, the young boy you rescued who was living at the Fishery when Lamm owned it is also staying here, though he does spend some time with the priests of Abadar.

Bosch Glasthane |

If no one speaks up on the loot list by Monday, I'm going to do some further liquidations and make suggestions on who gets what from the tastier pieces of loot. Also, I'd like to know if anyone has any specific weapons and armor they want crafted. Once the liquidations are out of the way, I'll divvy up the gold.

Trey Merosa |

Trey would like to claim:
Headband Wisdom +2
+1 Chain Shirt
the potions of remove Disease
the Healer's kits
Cloak of resistance +2
If she gets the armor then she will give up her +1 leather armor
Trey spends most of her time working with the Church and sister Luba concerning the Blood Veil.
she also spends as much time as she can afford working with the Mission in the lower parts of the city. as she has always done before meeting this group.
She has Toby join her as he can can to help. she is also teaching him the ways of the dawnflower.

DM medlii |
Bosch and Ty, just to be clear, you would like to go see Vencarlo Orisini? Or did you want to go visit Corwin first?

Bosch Glasthane |

Oh, sorry! Let's see what Corwin can get us. He's the farthest removed from this whole situation so run practically no risk of tipping anyone off.

Bosch Glasthane |

Useful loot distributions:
Bosch
-Cloak of Resistance +2
Roscoe
-headband of intellect +2
Tessa
-Bracers of Armor +2
-Cloak of Resistance +1
Trey
-Headband of inspired wisdom +2
-x4 Healer’s kits
-+1 chain shirt
Ty
-amulet of natural armor +1
Yrsa
-ring of protection +1
I tried to make up for weaknesses where I saw them and distribute items to where they made sense. Yrsa, Ty, and Roscoe will get priority in my next round of crafting.

DM medlii |
Ty, do you want to start by investigating the Seneschal's apartment or his office inside the castle?
I added the location of his apartment to the map of Korvosa, #17. Seneschal Neolandus Kalepopolis’s apartment, within the upscale district known as “Citadel Crest.”
DC 10 Knowledge Local: Citadel Crest is the wealthiest ward in Korvosa, with more than a dozen noble families and twice that many powerful merchants living within. It contains two of the city’s modern landmarks: the Great Tower and the temple of Asmodeus. Violent crimes rarely occur in the ward, although property crimes, especially burglary, occur with surprising and unfortunate regularity. Alone among all the wards in the city, Citadel Crest has no inns. Visitors instead can stay in one of the three noble-owned bed and breakfasts scattered throughout

Glad to have you back! I wish I could give you a clearer answer, but it will depend on how quickly you guys want to move along.
So far, I'll say you have accrued 8 hours to work over two days alongside the events that have been taking place. More free time will follow, but if you keep the plot moving along quickly and doing a lot in one day, you will have less crafting time.
I'm assuming you are doing things as quickly as possible, but if you are taking your time (for example, waiting another day before going to the Seneschal's apartment), more free time is available.
